I can't thank Midwest Towing enough for their exceptional service! They came to my rescue quickly when I got stuck in a snow ditch, and their response time was impressive. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I felt at ease during the whole process. They were experts at towing and got my vehicle out of the ditch without a hitch, handling everything with care. Overall, they did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and friendly towing services!
Very Rude woman that hangs up on you if she doesn't feel like answering a question .I'd Never use them again. They are contacted with the city , they should do a better job
Even though they could not help me when I needed the services, they did try their best to accommodate me. I was grateful for the effort, but I had no idea that there was such a shortage of drivers in this field. My best wishes to them.
My wife was stranded with a car problem, so we called All State roadside assistance for a tow. Midwest Towing accepted the job, despite being over 500 miles away. They (obviously) did not show up, and the number provided to call just hangs up on you.
When I called around to towing services in my area (north of Chicago) with Midwest in the name, one stated that they've had almost 200 calls about this issue.
I'm not sure what Midwest Towing gains from this, if they're malicious or just stupid, but I would avoid them if at all possible.
My daughters car was stolen and found in East St Louis Midwest towed it it was there for 12 hours cost me 390!! I'm sorry to say it but because I'm white..I was 10 dollars short and he was not going to give me my car no matter what!! Disgusting service!!zero reviews this place is scary!!

I had work done by a auto service that use this company as a tow and its listed on the voicemail of the company that did my work . I paid 900.00 for the tow and work and because the work was not done right my truck is now down in another state when i was told via the voice mail this is the company to call and noe they dont want to tow my truck and trying to charge me 750.00 more for a tow when it did not cost that much to get it towed from a place far out than that
