I recently had to use B&B to get my M3 towed. I was very skeptical as the car was in bad shape and on top of that my car is lowered significantly. I wasn’t sure if they were going to get it on the truck. Thankfully Joe was one of the best guys I could have possibly had. Was very quick and resourceful as the car was very messed up. He was able to get my very dumb lowered car onto the truck without even messing up the bumper! On top of that Joe was extremely professional and kind. 10/10 experience and I plan on using B&B in the future. Thank you Joe!

B&B Towing and Recovery are extremely friendly and professional. I only spoke to Joe who is one of their tow truck drivers a couple of times and I felt like I knew him for some time. I called for a jump but my car started before he got there. He wasn’t pushy at all but recommended I bring it to their shop to have it looked at because I have a 45 minute home. At first I was reluctant to do so but I did. Their employees are just like Joe, warm and friendly. The service manager even gave me a ride to get something to eat while I waited.
I feel they are very trustworthy and don’t do repairs that are not needed and they are very fair with their pricing. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to them for all your auto needs.
Anytime one of my cars has a problem I bring it here and it's always taken care of as if it's one of their own personal cars. From minor body work to more complex issues I've had, the guys over here have taken care of everything perfectly!!
Brought my car for regular maintenance without appointment, I was taken in right away and updated on all repairs that needed to be done. Car was repaired very quickly. This place was great, great customer service. I will be coming back soon.
Horrible people. Horrible company . Towed my car in the middle of the night saying we did not have a parking permit in the back window. Went to get car and was told we would have to pay cash before we could see the car and show them the sticker. They pulled up the car ran inside and locked the door . Parking permit clearly in back window. And they damaged my aluminum wheel with there substandard equipment. These are dishonest people-tried calling several times owners daughter hung up on me. Over $300 for tow and they charged extra because we picked it up on Saturday . Stay away from this company there are far better choices available.
Update! They say sticker was put on after car was picked up yet they will not provide us the picture they say they have of the car without the sticker??? Like I said they are horrible dishonest people who prey on people. Do not trust them with your car. Far better choices available.
For those of you looking for a reputable towing company, be careful before using B&B Towing & Recovery.
Between the hours of 2am and 3am on Saturday, 4/5/25, they stole my vehicle from my residence, damaged one of my wheels, and brought it 45 minutes away to Spring Grove under the guise of “not having a Parking Pass Sticker in the Window.”
How convenient…
The parking pass issued to me by my management company was present in the top/left/rear window when the vehicle was released as well as newly created damage to my wheel from a “go-jack.”
I was billed $390 in total. $300 for the “recovery” and $90 for an “after hours fee.”
The “after hours” pick-up time was 11am-noon.
The pick-up time caused me to miss my work shift for the day.
Upon paying the CASH ONLY fee, I went to inspect my vehicle, only to find the damage.
I attempted to speak with the individual that drove my car out of the lot, and he scurried into the office.
These people are dishonest, unprofessional and rude.
I immediately attempted to re-enter the building to prove my car was illegally towed, and complain about the wheel damage - the front door was locked!
Let’s review:
-You stole my car without cause.
-You damaged my wheel (as clearly pictured).
-You prevented me from going to work.
-You forced me to spend $50 on a 45 minute Lyft ride to Spring Grove
-You held my car hostage while I tried to prove that the sticker was in the vehicle.
-You showed me dark shadowy pictures trying to prove cause for towing my vehicle.
-You stated to my management company that I brought a bag and installed the window sticker after pick-up.
-You will not provide a copy of the photos taken at the time of tow after multiple requests, stating they are confidential.
-You hang up when I continue to try and call for a resolution.
What do you have to hide?
I have exhausted all of my efforts to resolve this issue in person/over the phone and must now seek assistance in Small Claims Court.
Don’t walk, run from these crooks…

B & B Towing goes beyond expectations! A few weeks ago my Son was involved in an accident in Lasalle, IL. I called Sean at B & B Towing and he said he would go get the car Tuesday Morning. I called him Monday mid morning. Now Sean had been in the Hospital Sunday!!! So Monday around 9pm I get a text from Sean showing me he decided to go that evening and get my Son's car! I was shocked! Not only did he go that evening and get it, he paid the towing bill from the local Body Shop and storage fee! My sons car is now at his new shop in Spring Grove in a secured lot waiting to be repaired, Thanks so much to Sean and Klaudia at B & B towing....
