I just want to thank Amber and Jeremy for all of their help. My son has an older vehicle and need to have the old bearings pressed out, and the new pressed in. There are not a lot of shops/locations that do this, and the few we had found wouldn’t be able to get to it for 1-2 days. This was no option for obvious reasons. However, they welcomed us with open arms, and got right to doing the first hub/bearings yesterday, and again today for the opposite side. Love the time they take to explain everything, they even gave us the old parts back. Highly recommend, this will be my new go to for my vehicle. Thank you again for being amazing

I had a very bad experience at this store. The salesperson Tony responded to all my questions with "I don't know". He was very unprofessional and should not work at a place like this.

Snapped a bolt which working on my truck Saturday evening. Called around to a couple places. O’Reillys had the part. And at the best price. When picking it up the two people working there were friendly and made my day a little better after having to deal with snapping bolts on a quick project. Always been an auto zone guy. Might need to make this spot my first stop from now on.

Shout out to John!! Thank you Thank you!! He managed to switch out the bottom headlights in the hard to reach Kia 😬. Now I don't have to drive around without 1 headlight. Saved me a ticket & travel time! Much appreciated

They should hire somebody that actually knows how to use the tools that they offer. I literally just wasted two hours waiting for my part and then got a ridiculous excuse on why it couldn’t get done on top of the fact that the guy doesn’t know how to measure anything but the people at Napa Auto-Parts and Advance Auto-Parts were amazing and helped me find everything I needed

Don't let them put you on hold when you call. Give'm your number and aske'm 2call you back. It works ! They're good at find'n what need. I forgot the manager's name but she's a big help.

I really wish I could give less than a one star rating. Ordered parts. Was told they would be in that afternoon. Didn't happen. Came back next day and the manager looked for the parts. Then, while I am standing at counter she went and made a personal call. Never got parts. Very rude and inconsiderate. I contacted her district manager, Lindsey, and he said he would look into it and take care of me for the inconvenience. Four times he said he would do something. Four times he lied! The store manager is a rude and inconsiderate person and her district manager is a flat out liar .

Always have the part I need and on the rare occasion they don't. If I order it in the morning it will be in by 1 and if I order it in the afternoon it'll be ready by 9:00 a.m. the next day. Staff is super helpful.

Everyone was super helpful but their online pickup leaves quite a lot to be desired. I ordered online and then went to the store to pickup. Once there, they only had half of my items pulled even though I came 2 days after ordering. Once at the register, I had to wait while the employee scanned each and every item again to create a receipt for me. One of the items I was given was different then the one I ordered and I had to return the next day. In the end, there was absolutely no benefit to ordering online and will just pick out my own things in store in the future.

customer service?whats that? yes exaclly what i asked them after 3 and a half weeks of run arounds and lies trying to order paint. one person has no clue whats going on so ask to speak to someone else ,they had no idea if they can even get it.its on your website heres the part numbers,says ill call you back 6 days later i call back,again no one has a clue what im talking about,says they will have to call me back.ok fine.30 hours later someone else calls and i have to start all over with what i want.says samething ,ill have to call you back.im done at this point.about 8 days later my wife calls asking just out of curiosity about the order, person says let me call you back of course 7 hours later she calls back and its the manager from the woodstock store says its ordered and will be here monday by 5 pm.ok great monday comes along and guess what? no call. wife calls on tuesday.manager says ill have to check on it ill call you back.really? how how hard is this? ok of course no call back, wife calls back tuesday afternoon and manager says no it was never shipped from new york.ups wont ship . ive bought a ton of paint online before all shipped with ups.we can look for another shipper. really?umm no you can keep it were done.

Tyler (manager) & Reinaldo are the BEST at O'Reilly in McHenry. I have never been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Reinaldo, helped me with headlight replacements as I was worked up from a HORRIBLE experience with Auto Zone just moments before going to O'Reilly. If you need products or what have you I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing these two gentlemen.... Thanks guys for all you did for me today!

This is my go to store but recently they will refuse service if you dont wear a mask. So theres that unfortunately, they really dont get their target audiance thats for sure.

Wayne was so rude! I asked him a simple question if I was buying the right wiper blades with the hooks that would fit my car and I get yelled at! I didn't even bother asking anymore questions because it was a waste of energy with him. Im definitely! Never coming back. Im taking my business elsewhere!. Poor customer service.

Staff was very helpful and actually knowledgeable on the items the store has for sale. I was helped by an older gentleman named Scott and I had a great experience. I would recommend this store and to see Scott to anyone.

I’ve never been overly impressed with this place and usually go there only when all else has failed. My problem isn’t with the layout of the store or parts they sell but the prices are often a little higher than competitors and more importantly; the service is usually obnoxious. Either you get some group of kids talking about getting high working the counters (yes this actually happened), a long while back at that, but happened none the less or you get an overly chatty person or persons that are excessively loud, yelling across the store, striking up irrelevant convo like another reviewer mentioned, etc. I get the trying to be nice thing, but there’s a difference between making cheap talk and holding someone against their will At the counter. we are coming in for parts meaning we are likely busy doing something we don’t want to have to do and likely in a rush to get it done. We aren’t coming to socialize or discuss weed and or politics or conspiracies.

With a broken leg and working down the street from them. I showed up at night with a bad license plate light. They came out and replaced the light for me without asking for help at all. Her name was Michelle I believe. Awesome crew.

I work in a place that often get reviews that are unnecessary and unforgiving. I am here to do the opposite. I have been helped by both Ashley and Patty. They have been beyond helpful. I am more than impressed with their knowledge, and customer service. Ashley went to the next step, and helped me find a place that would do a wiring job that O’Rielly’s was unable to do. Thanks Gals, I truly appreciate your hard work!

Worst experience. Messed up my order twice, had to drive around with broken shocks which lead to the need for an alignment. Choose to give me a gift card for my trouble from corporate which came 6 months later for only 25 dollars!!! Never going to this place for service again.

You tell me a part that I needed since 10am would be there at 1:30pm and its 3:30pm now and still no call so you guys can take that caliper and shove it up your a$$$$!!

Rude register man, they don’t match prices with the others.. when I was there I noticed that there was a lady on a phone that man left her on hold and exchanging explanations with his colleagues.. I went after that to Auto Zone, next door, and I’ve got nice price with respectful service.. I will never go to this particular Oreilly ever, and I advice to check the prices with others before purchasing..

Check engine light came on and I needed help. The guy gave me 5 minute conspiracy about global warming involving Einstein, Car Companies, and the EPA instead. He couldn't figure out the machine and told me my car didn't throw a code out with the check engine light still on. Plus more conspiracy theory talk. Auto Zone down the road was very helpful with only small chit chat.

My SO goes here and I always hear about something going wrong. We have had wrong part ordered due to employee error, there have been parts that sat almost 24 hours in the back because we were told it had not arrived yet, although it had. Also there has been problems with the assistant managers attitude when working with my SO. This doesn't seem like much, but my SO's hobby is working on cars and we do all our own work on our vehicles. We spend a lot of money here and most time need the part asap. We don't like having to miss work because the part was sitting in the back for over 24 hours. We won't be coming back even though there are knowledgeable people there my SO doesn't feel like being treated with disrespect from the assistant manager.

Went in there to return parts that i didn't need , the cashier Cassie was not only extremely rude ( rolling eyes , snappy tone ) but told me i didnt buy them there and tried to push me off. The manager Michelle was able to find the part instantly . i also tried to buy a wireless adapter and when cassie pointed me in the direction it wasn't there . When i told her it wasn't she kept telling me it was and had me searching for 5 mins before she came over to help me . there was a group of their friends there and they seemed more interested in talking than helping a customer . WILL NOT RETURN
