I've bought several new vehicles from them and been treated great in each case Brad Koto was my latest sales person and he is top notch. He was very knowledgeable about all the features on my new vehicle and believe me there's quite a few.

Sunnyside is an honest, family-owned dealership and I cannot say enough good things about them. From their service department to their sales team, they are absolutely wonderful! I recently purchased a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. My car was having off-and-on starting issues. My nephew (who works on cars) thought it was likely the battery but said to get it checked. I drove it to Sunnyside just fine, and they told me it needed new batteries. We planned to replace the batteries ourselves to save money. But when we went to pick up the car, it suddenly wouldn’t start. I asked multiple times for them to try jumping it—they claimed they did and said it still wouldn’t start. They told me they’d need to install new batteries for $700 just to see if it also needed a new starter, which would be another $1,000—nearly $2,000 total. It felt like once we said we’d do the work ourselves, they made it seem like only they could fix it. My husband came in and asked to watch them try jumping it—and sure enough, it started right up on the first try. I love supporting local businesses (which is why we chose this location), but this could’ve cost us big for something simple. Just a reminder to trust your gut, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to get a second opinion.

Excellent service and very friendly. Although the major repair require parts, they went ahead and serviced my Rubicon - and allowed me to pick it up same day. They’re ordering the parts I need and will call me, once they come in. I love using Sunnyside CDJR

We had a problem with a door on our 2018 Caravan. Called Sunnyside and spoke with Kevin. He immediately looked up our vehicle and said it may be covered by warranty. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dropped it off, and a few hours later, he called and said it was done, no charge! They didn't try to sell me other services, just fast great service! Sunnyside replaced the engine on my 2019 RAM. The service managers were very knowledgeable and kept me informed on the progress of the repair. The technician did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem and expertly replacing the engine. Working with an aftermarket warranty company proved to be a bit tricky, but Sunnyside’s crew persevered and my truck is running beautifully. Thanks Sunnyside for a job well done!

Could not find a quality vehicle here. Do your own research and check the cars background yourself. Do not believe the accident free report they provide unfortunately. Had to go elsewhere to find a vehicle. Found honest reports and quality vehicles at fox valley motor works in lake in the hills. Bought my f150 at Motor works instead.

First time getting service, they busted my oil cooler on my jeep wrangler during an oil change and then offered a discount on a $900.00 fix. Needless to say, I won't be back there.

Brian was really knowledgeable and even though they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot, he hopped onto his computer and quickly found cars with the specifications I wanted, He was patient with me as I looked through and helped me find upgrades or packages I wanted and kept my budget in mind. It was a great price and they were excellent to work with. So I bought my car there, but I wanted to check out the service side too, and after talking to the Service Manager, I feel 100% confident bringing it there. I really liked this place. They are the real deal.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My daughter and wife met with Cristi and test drove the car earlier in the week. There was never any pressure. We negotiated everything via email and phone. I walked into the dealer at 4:30 pm. Brian the business manager had everything printed out and ready for us to sign. We drove home at 5:00 pm. Amazing! I purchased a 2021 Durango at Sunnyside about 6 weeks and it was the BEST experience I have ever had. I was treated like a knowledgeable adult instead of a woman only interested in the cup-holders. We were given a fair and honest price that nobody else could even come close to. Everyone, but especially my sales associate Nick, were wonderful. The financing process was smooth. There was never any double-talk or any of the other ridiculous things that can happen when buying a car. My husband and I are Sunnyside customers for life now.

Sunnyside was recommended to me by my brother and it was a fantastic experience.
