I went there to get my wipers change he made me do it after I told him I didn’t know how he said to me what do you do for living nothing I just stood there embarrassed he was an older guy with a cane very rude. But then an another guy came out and helped me very nice helped me and showed me how to do it.

I never got my email receipt for the battery I bought today around 3:30 pm, assigned to my number and email. I would like it sent because I paid 250 bucks for a battery and a warranty if 3 years. Battery works fine

Came In this morning to get a starter and I was able to look it up online last night to see if they had it in stock because most of the other locations within 50 miles didn’t have it in stock, it was in stock online and when I came in this morning it was in stock, I was able to go in purchase the part I need and it was very fast and the young lady even double checked with me to Insure we had the right part and it was the right part and I was in and out quickly, in fact I would have been faster but I am a talker so I was talking her ear off so I went In for a starter and was back out of the store in like 5 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly, very helpful. I wish I received that kind of service at every auto zone location.

Just got the worse customer experience in my life. Just came in to buy a filter and oil combo after purchasing from Colton who said it was free and picked it out for me . I looked at the recipet and said it didn’t add up he couldn’t figure it out so he asked Keneth and this is where it went bad . Keneth said it’s because I got the upgraded filter and that there’s nothing he can do. I look at Colton and ask him did you say this was the upgraded one with an extra charge he lies and says “i don’t remember “ even tho he’s the one that told me and a friend it’s free. Then Keneth proceeded and told me he don’t have time for this and I can just deal with the manager ! I said is this how you treat customers? He said ya talk to the manager when he comes in . I said you should lose your job over how you are talking to me which there was a lot more he said “ I don’t care about this job and don’t need it “ worse experience ever

This Team at this store NEEDS retraining and I was sold a wrong part after telling the staff the vehicle make,model and year and part that I needed they don't seem to know ANYTHING about cars and the inventory needs to be Updated, the part was in stock on the computer but not on the shelves and the same thing happened after I was sent to the Kankakee store CORPORATE THIS NEEDS TO ADDRESSED. I spent over $200.00 Dollars I was not happy and had to go To Advance auto to get the right part overall over 50 miles Got to do BETTER AUTO ZONE used to be a store I trusted

Miranda L. is the best. I was about to leave for work when my car battery died. By the time I got to AutoZone, Miranda helped me purchase my new battery and swap it out in little time. I’ll definitely be back to this AutoZone just because of the service Miranda provided. (Though, hopefully not for a battery any time soon). Thanks Miranda!

This store has some of the most clueless employees I have ever dealt with at a parts counter. A little more training would help a lot. If you want to buy anything, you better find it on their website first and have their part number and a picture to show to them. Be prepared to walk them thru searching their own inventory system as they don’t seem to know how to navigate their computers. Products are fine but poor management and lack of training make the buying experience painful at this location.

I love AutoZone I deal with the commercial department and Moe from Kankakee and Antonio from Bourbonnais are the best!! The delivery drivers are so nice and respectful they go out of their way to deliver parts as quickly as possible and if it's a wrong part they're quick to replace it for you. All of the ppl are great! Both locations are awesome and they really work with ppl to help them as much as possible ?

I stopped by this shop last week to buy a new windshield wiper blade. The staff immediately asked me if I needed assistance. They weren't sure if what they had in stock was the right fit and took the time to take it out of the box and go try it on my car in the 4° night air. While we were out there Antonio realized that my current wiper blade wasn't broken and properly reinstalled it for me. Saved me $40! Thanks Antonio!

I just left AutoZone in Bourbonnais, IL. Antonio was PHENOMENAL!!! I needed new back brake light bulbs. He was great with servicing and got me out of there in a quick timely manner. If you have any automotive needs, please see Antonio. Excellent customer service???!

I purchased a wiper blade for my truck. Took it home and neither my husband nor my self could figure how to install it. I returned to the store and Preston was so helpful and not only installed the blade, but showed me how for next time. Thank you.

I was helped by Jen and she was absolutely amazing!!! She taught me how to change my blinker bulbs. I’ve been to quite a few places and they don’t offer to teach stuff like that. Super great experience and I’ll definitely be returning!

Luis was awesome. I couldn’t get just a connector for my VVT Solenoid. Luis went above and beyond by telling me to go get the plug and he will fix it. I ran home and grabbed it. He grabbed the materials he needed and went to work. Had it fixed within 10 minutes using wire, solder, shrink wrap and a lighter. Great personality and great customer service! I paid for the materials and went on my way. Thank you Luis!!!

I went into this Auto Zone to order four spark plugs and an air filter for my car, none of which they had in stock in store. I ordered them to pickup in store, which I did using my family's auto zone rewards card, under my brother's phone number. I was then looking online, when I saw that their site had a sale for any purchase over $75, which mine was. So I went to order them online, only to find that they wouldn't let me get the discount (when I read the terms and conditions, there was nothing excluded) and so I called customer service. They explained that even though the discount conditions didn't state my product or brand specifically amongst the many products and brands that it did list, they have a caveat that some items may not apply to make it impossible to know without calling and I had to speak to a supervisor to get anybody who could even tell me that. So I looked at several other sites, finding that my products were less than half the price on Amazon that they were in store when I ordered them. I had to wait until they had arrived to store to return them. When I entered and explained the scenario to the clerk with a receipt stating that the products had been paid for, he treated me like I was a pain for asking him to do anything and treated me like I was lying to him about having paid. Even though I could tell him the products that I ordered and the name on the order with a receipt saying that they had been paid for, he still made me produce my card that I had used to confirm that I was indeed the person who had paid for them. Everything about this transaction from start to finish has been incredibly disappointing and I will not be taking any more of my business to this store or company. It has been in my town for years and I have always gone even though the prices were a bit higher because I like supporting local business, but I won't go when it means being unappreciated.
