I mainly order things online and use their online discount codes. Service is usually good with orders being ready within their 30min window advertised with their app.
After being told that Autozone doesn’t help replace batteries, I calls these guys to see what they could do to help. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent service helping me get my car back on the road. Benjamin was extremely professional and thorough, and I commend him for taking the time to make sure I was all set. These guys will definitely be my first stop going forward!
grumpy young lady seemed irritated that I walked into the store. Asked her if she could plug in the error code machine so I could see what part to order.
Once I got the error code, I asked her if she could see what part I needed to order. She said it doesn't work that way and that I needed to find out myself. She told me to take a pic of the machine....
I went across the street to Auto Zone to purchase the $200 oxygen sensor.
I walked in and the girl at the counter didn't acknowledge me. No one asked if I needed help. I eventually found what i was looking for and placed the item on the counter where she was now on the phone. I waited and waited. I was there across from her looking at impulse items to kill time. At least 6 minutes had past and nothing. Not a nod or glace or a "hi." I put my item back. (I wanted to leave it there and storm out. But I took the high road.) I won't be back. So many orher places I can buy my auto related items.
Came here to replace my car battery. Jeff as well as others here are very educated. He was able to help me change out my car battery in no time at all. Great work.
Like 4 years ago I bought some brake pads.
And and when I took my old brake pads to get him return? They told me that they can't return them because. The manager manager was not in the store And and I had my brake Off my truck They told me to come back when the It's in the store I will stop buying parts from Adidas, then I'm done.
They're not there when I need it. So I can take my business to another auto parts.
Will not shop at this particular Advance auto. Manager drilled me on a thermostat return. And didn't really won't to give me the return. I thought that was policy with a receipt.
I bought a can of fix a flat for my tire, but the can was a complete defect, because instead of flowing to the tire, it was flowing out of places it shouldn’t, like the button that you press to release the fluid and the screw knob, so I went back to the store to try to get another can, but the cashier told me that Jeff the store manager said no! The can cost $15 and was 3 quarters full because it was defected, so if I’m gonna have to buy another can, I might as well get a real fix! Stay away from the store because if you have a problem, Jeff the store manager will tell you no! Jeff makes me feel like auto zone, which is across the street, is where we all should go! So if you need parts, save yourself the trouble and go to Auto zone across the street, they actually have a return policy and they took care of me for less! Stay away from Jeff and Advance auto parts, they’re a joke!
The stock is excellent—they have always had what I needed, and they are able to quickly locate it. The store is well kept and in a convenient location.

Well this is my second time having a bad experience at this location I shop here pretty regularly looking for parts. Went to recycle some oil at this location and you know for some reason the guy I was working with just doesn't seem like he wants to be there in my opinion he was an a******. And he also wouldn't take my oil containers not that I care .it's just he lied saying the EPA would get on his back .when I checked the local laws and it's completely legal for it to go in the trash.
They had my part in stock after Auto Zone was completely out of four different types of my part. Very helpful. Offered many different options. Will be going back the next time I need parts.
this auto parts store is really nice and it should be a 5 star store but dealing with some of the employees is difficult due to lack of experience with there own computer systems but other wise its a great store
By a lot of parts but seems here in Kankakee Advanced us the best for hard to find parts, especially for my Audi. Other than that I don't see much of a difference between the big three (Advanced, O'Riley's, & AutoZone).
Went there to get 3 hub mounting bolts that are 14mm x 1.50 x 60mm 10.9 class flange bolts. Unfortunately, they do not carry them. That is why they only get 4 stars. They took their time trying to help me find anyone or anywhere that would carry them. We just couldn't find them, even on Dorman's website. They went above and beyond to try and help me.
Decent prices on diesel products, but always check the prices as they ring up your items. There always seems to be something rung up at a higher price than what they have advertised. Staff is friendly and willing to help you find whatever you're looking for.
Best place to go for the DIY wire for cars the prices for car parts there compared to the the dealers is such a huge difference and most of the things you can look up on YouTube and take care of yourself pretty no-brainer $100 compared to a minimum of $500 at the dealer you make the choice
