Will act nice and friendly until your car breaks down after you take it off the lot. Then they will use profane language towards you on the phone. Absolutely disgusting language. Totally unprofessional. The nice guy act is fake. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I came in in a pinch and Shannon worked with me to get me some wheels with a low monthly payment and back on the road . Highly recommend these guys they'll work with your budget within reason and won't try to upsell you somthing that isn't in your budget.
I was looking for "A to B transportation", and to reduce my car payment. Mike was a great help and very knowledgeable, about both the vehicles and the paperwork/financing. He helped me find an older vehicle, in excellent running condition, a 2007 Trailblazer. When I've paid it off, I will definitely be back to see what they have in inventory.

The owner replied with an extremely unprofessional response, which can go to show you that if you are thinking of buying here, you shouldn’t, In my opinion.
They are blaming us for the engine blowing in 1 day of driving it.
When we first bought the car, the coolant levels and everything was fine. The issue is, is that we believe Jesse gave us a vehicle with a huge leakage, and I believe he covered it up and reset the system to appear as if the car was perfectly okay, although this is allegedly, this is my honest experience as his customer. My problem with this company is that I feel like they were not being honest Of weather or not the car had issues. I feel like they tampered with the car to make it appear in good conditions (allegedly) They are threatening us with audio proof but the truth is, I was there to witness the owner being dishonest and committing a lot of errors and messing with the car. Jesse met us up at where the car left us stranded and I witnessed him mess with the car even more and it seemed like he made the issue even worse. He took the car and drove it around, resetting the car with this computer every 5 minutes. We’re currently trying to work with attorneys to gather this evidence and return his junk car and get us out of the contract. I would not recommend trusting this owner with your hard earned money because based of research of past customers, it seems like cars are in bad conditions & based off passed reviews and my personal experience, the cars are good when your first buying them but they break down within a month. It seems like based off others experiences as well, if something does end up wrong with car, they will be unprofessional & careless about it and blame you, and try to use “evidence” that it was your fault.
If you’re even thinking about getting a car here, I would recommend taking it for inspection to the mechanic because 9/10 the car may have bad issues and that are not apparent upon first getting the car and test driving it and they didn’t tell me or their other customers here about the serious problems with the car.
Please do your research before coming here. Please let this be your sign, to rethink before coming here, I believe this place truly doesn’t deserve your hard earned money, and your trust. They do a good job of making good first impressions, and making their cars look good on the lot, but based of the experience of their past customers and I, these cars are in awful conditions. Passed customers here have had their car break down within a week and they will not help you if you want to return it. Especially if that warranty doesn’t want to cover to fix it, arak and their workers will leave you feeling so lost and alone. I believe ( allegedly) They clean their cars up to get you hooked and feeling safe but please, save yourself the headache and don’t fall for that tactic. I took their car for a test drive, everything seemed fine and I was in love with the car. We checked everything and things were okay. I feel They took advantage of the fact that we were young and needed a car. The engine and everything broke down after 2 days, I’m not sure what they did but I feel allegedly that they did a very good job of covering up the issues on this car. My partner and I are left feeling lost and stupid for not doing our research before coming here. We’re not sure where to go from here and how to get out this loan and this awful broken down 2016.
This place truly doesn’t deserve to be up in business and I hope my partner and I are able to make it out this. We’re currently looking for support because the dealer is just lying to us and saying is not their problem. I’m just a regular person and hoping to save someone else’s headache.
I stopped in and talked to Jesse about vehicle options. He had all the information I needed. Very helpful and polite. He discussed payment options and is willing to help you find what works best for you. 5 stars for Jesse!!!
