AMAZING PEOPLE! My 20 year old son was on his FIRST 500 mile road trip without mom and dad and had some issues on the interstate! I called and they had him in and out of there in less than an hour and didn't charge him a PENNY! There are still good people left in this world and they took an opportunity to take care of someone else's kiddo and I am EXTREMELY grateful! 10/10 recommend!
Our car was at the shop for a very long time but not at fault of Precision but because there was a part of backorder. All work was done except for the 1 missing part and when it came in the car was available the next day. We were very happy with their work and keeping us updated on the part that was on backorder

I was involved in an accident and my car(2024 Honda Accord) was damaged on the drivers side from the rear fender all the way to the front fender. I had my car repaired by them and I will say that was very impressed as the professionaliam in the whole place from the front desk to the guy dealing with the insurance company of the other driver who was at fault and making sure my car got taken care of.
Sadly I had to get a new bumper after someone made a bad exit from a parking spot. I spoke with Brian there, gave him my car details, and had everything planned. They even noticed the first new bumper being damaged and gave me the opportunity to source a new one. The color turned out absolutely spot on. Talk to Brian, and he'll get you absolutely sorted.

Had 2 doors repaired and they did an excellent job in matching the paint of the rest of the car and keep the cost very reasonable. Very courteous people and repair was done in a very timely manner in fact was done sooner than estimated. Would go there again for repair work.
