I have decided to never purchase again anything through Sid Savage. We have purchased many items throughout the years, until last week when I purchased an inflatable dancing man that happens to be out of stock, yet they have it listed as available because it is still showing available on their page, I called the lady was very rude very unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. I just called to tell them that there were items missing from my shipment, even though the packing slip said they were supposed to be in this delivery. The guy on the phone told me multiple times that the package weight matches what they would expect it to be (we are talking about sheets of stickers here, $7 of product and cant weigh more than .1lb) and he can look into if we can dispute it with Fedex. I had to instruct to him that this was not a Fedex problem, and that their employees forgot to package our items, and that they need to just stick the missing items in a package and mail it to me, and he was still hesitant! Such an easy solution to a minor problem and they just absolutely tried to inconvenience the customer for no reason. Will absolutely never buy from them again. They sell stuff that you can find anywhere online anyway, nothing makes them special or will cause me to miss them at all.
Im gonna give them 1 start just because they don’t have less number. But is a very bad company. Never delivery the products on time, they are not honest with customers, and when you call them to ask for it, they are rude with you, and say is not their fault. Incredible!! Im not recommend you this company to buy anything. 0 stars.
I placed an order and was shocked to find that everything was missing from stock — and not a single call, email, or message was sent to let me know. No update, no apology, nothing. I had to find out on my own after waiting unnecessarily. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you don’t have the items, the least you can do is communicate. I won’t be ordering from here again unless something seriously changes.
Was told since we had ordered the same product before we should get it in 2 weeks now they are saying 6 weeks TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Loyalty means nothing I will shop elsewhere next time
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Waiting months for our business receipts Just to tell us they haven’t even gone to print. Do not work with these clowns 🤡
Garbage product bought American flag banners about 8 months ago and they look like they are 10 years old , faded and all ripped . Another set I bought from someone else is still bright and undamaged and got it about the same time . Customer service is a joke lady wouldn't even give a discount on a new 1 let along money back
Ordered stickers from Sid Savage and received them the next day. I did not pay for overnight shipping and they showed up within 24 hours. The quality is great, I would highly recommend purchasing supplies from them
