We hired Junkluggers of the northwest suburbs of Chicago. A great company with excellent employees. Initially Jarvis and Joey were at our house for an estimate and review. They were professional and punctual and explained the process. Wonderful representatives of the company. Alexis and Paul came to our home on the date set for removal. They were punctional and extremely hard working. All items were removed and handled with care. Great communication and caring professional employees. Thank you to Alexis and Paul. Overall experience with Junkluggers was excellent.

Highly recommend. They arrived on time. The guys who came to our house were professional and a pleasure to work with. They worked quickly and made sure not to track any messes through the house. Will use them again!

This is the third time I have used Junkluggers. Each time it was a very positive experience. They were prompt, courteous and got the job done in no time. Today I had Corey Davis and James Molenhour take a couch. They were great and and respectful of my newly painted walls. Aside from the removal of the couch, everything looks untouched. Phil and Connor did an outstanding job delivering the dresser to my mom’s house. They were punctual, professional, and handled the furniture with great care. The dresser arrived in perfect condition, and they even made sure it was placed exactly where my mom wanted it. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Phil and Connor for any delivery—they went above and beyond!

I got an onsite quote of $295 from Jeremy and his partner. Junk Jaws quoted me $175 for the same job. For reference I’m about 5’2 150lbs and I was able to move these couches, so it was a fairly small job. I just really dislike to be taken advantage of as a woman. Hope that moving forward that service is honest and gender-neutral.

Shaun and Corey were fantastic. Easy scheduling, very communicative, showed up on time, super polite and careful. I’ve moved a lot and this was top 5 star service. The whole experience was great! Had to clean out my moms place and this company worked with me long distance. Connor and Manny had great communication with me for pick up. They were on time and even called with their ETA. 10/10 I would recommend to everyone. Very nice company to work with. Took a huge burden off my shoulders

Shaun and Jeremy did an excellent job decluttering my family's basement. They were quick, professional, and meticulous. They hauled an entire truckload of junk up my basement steps (in the snow) with no complaints. They really did a great job. We are so grateful for their help. Great price for the service as well.

These guys were great and the price was very good. We really liked the gentlemen they sent out and they were very professional as well as prompt and diligent. They gave us a great quote and got right to it. Before we knew it they were loaded up and done. Right on time. And if course we weren't completely ready. Senior citizen affected...😟. Anyway the guys were really helpful. Once the path was fully cleared, they had our items out of the house and on the truck in no time. They even moved a piece of furniture to its new place in the living room. Can't thank them enough. If I had to estimate the time, it took not much more than 45 minutes. We didn't have a lot right now, but all was heavy & bulky. We highly recommend Junk Luggers. It was a pleasurable experience. Don't hesitate to call them.

This is the first time that I used Junkluggers. What an incredibly great experience! I called at the last minute to have furniture removed. Lisa Best and her team arrived at the pick up location 30 minutes later! We agreed on a price. The furniture was then immediately removed. Fantastic service at a great price! I can't recommend this place HIGHLY enough!! Big shout out to Shaun & Alexis specifically from the Elgin area. They were extremely professional, helpful, communicative, and just overall nice. It felt like they genuinely wanted to be helpful, do a good job, and seems like they enjoy their job. It's nice to work with a company that cares and you don't feel like you're just being sold to. From the beginning this company was not only easy to use/communicate/schedule with but they were also very nice and clear and concise with their information. I called on several occasions to get information for my dad's house. He passed away recently and we needed to do a removal of a lot of items in a short time frame. I researched several companies trying to find the best and what I really like about this company is that they try to donate and recycle as much as they can! Because of our tight timeframe we just really weren't going to have time to do that ourselves and we were really having a hard time with that. So finding a company who would do all of that on top of the removal is genuinely what drew me to them in the first place. And then every phone call I had after that was just really informative and helpful. They offer same day estimates as well as removals if they can. And I never felt like they were trying to sell me or upsell me. Which was great. There was just no pressure involved whatsoever. When we did have someone come out for an estimate, Josh, he was again very nice and went through everything and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted. They removed a whole house full of items, a lot of furniture and miscellaneous items as well as the garage and outside shed. I felt like it was very reasonably priced and they got us in very quickly. Again, we're operating on a tight schedule and they really do make themselves available, which is awesome. Can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.

I was actually shocked by the professionalism and amazing customer service from start to finish! The 2 guys that came to remove my furniture were so kind and they were very careful during the move to not damage my walls or carpeting. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend.

We contacted Junkluggers knowing that we had to get rid of something’s an after we moved. We called set up an appointment for them to come out, the associate on the phone was very helpful and understanding. When they got to our house, it ended up being a little bit more than what they Intended on taking. thank goodness for such understanding employees they have, and friendly. They went above and beyond to take our stuff, went back to their shop and came back And worked until it was done. I would highly recommend this Company to anybody. Thank you, Junk Luggers. I hired JunkLuggers to empty a storage unit on Friday Oct 24. Arrived as scheduled, polite and friendly young men, efficient removal of all the stuff, and honored the quote. What more could anyone ask for? I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

By far the best price I was quoted. The guys showed up on time, did some problem-solving, and took out a super heavy water softener from our basement. They were organized and made sure nothing on the stairs up was damaged. Mark and Joe did an excellent job!

Shawn and Pedro were amazing. They called to confirm the appointment on the morning of the pickup. Both men were hard workers clearing the garage and the basement in less than an hour. We highly recommend using JUNKLUGGERS if you have used and well loved furniture that you no longer need and want to donate to an organization who could repurpose and use. After contacting "Habitat for Humanity" online, we were directed to book with JUNKLUGGERS for a paid pick up and delivery. We booked a free estimate on the phone with Lisa. She was knowledgeable, articulate, and kind in explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates. Within 24 hours, JUNKLUGGERS Joel and Paul arrived at our home, inspected our furniture, gave a free estimate, and negotiated price of removal and transport to a new place. They also were knowledgeable, respectful, and careful in removing 7 pieces of furniture. They spent time explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates, and its commitment to the environment and community. JUNKLUGGERS accept credit cards without an additional transaction fee, and within hours, we received via email a receipt and donation information confirming that JUNKLUGGERS had found a home for our furniture. We are grateful and plan to use JUNKLUGGERS again.

Junkluggers moved my piano on 12/21/2024 up the flight of stairs of the basement, thru the side door, up the front porch steps and thru the front door. The piano and movers survived unscathed! The cost was reasonable and I’m glad that I chose them. I had hired them three times before so I knew my piano was safe.

Luke and Will were on time. The whole process took about 2 hours (furniture for a one bedroom apartment). They were polite and courteous, and very careful with the furniture. They even unscrewed the mirror from the double dresser for easier transport. Couldn’t say enough positives about the Junkluggers team.
