!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!....I had my motor go out and Tim the owner of this company gave me the cheapest price for a new motor out of other auto shops. I see why now I had my friend look at it because it was not starting and he found the starter cable wasn't even tight when he fixed it. My ac wasn't working when i got it back they said I had a leak and could fix it for 370.00. It worked completely fine before the work was done! I got an ac can at the auto store and put it in and its been good for months. My engine/coolant/ABS comes on all the time. I had it looked at and my sensors were damaged when installing the motor and to fix it was 2486.88!!! So now I see why this company beats all competition because they dont care or even take time to look over their work... BE CAREFUL NOT TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY
!!!!!!!!!!!!Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!! do not bring your vehicle here, I brought my truck here to get fixed because of an oil leak. He said it was my vacuum motor and charged me $1,098 to fix. 2 days later my truck was still leaking oil. I called them and he told me to bring it back so I did and then he told me it is my oil pan gasket and charges me another $1,000 when I got my truck back. I had rim and underglow lights on my vehicle, the front rim light was damaged so I called him immediately and told him about it, he said that his new employee damaged it by accident because the rim was too heavy and he will repair or replace and I can get that done and he will pay for it. I went and got quotes and sent them to him and he did not want to speak to me anymore after that. I also felt something was wrong with the motor so I brought it to the emission center and it showed that my oil pump switch is bad, so now I had to replace my oil pump. This family is not trustable please do not bring your vehicles here, his daughter when I went to the shop to talk to them would not even look at me, I could see the owner in the back ducking behind a vehicle and she snatched the paperwork out of my hand. I'm in the court process now. His lawyer called me and asked if I could remove my first reviews and they would settle out of court so I removed all my reviews that anybody could see and then they said they were not going to pay. I have all my documents showing the days that he had my truck my truck was passing no codes were getting sent and then right after I get my truck back my engine lights were on and my engine was acting funny. This company is untrustable please do not bring your vehicle to this office they will overcharge and not take care of the issue please beware!!!!!!!!!.I have pictures on other social media platforms if you want to look
My car was leaking anti-freeze. They repaired it quickly before a holiday weekend and they didn't price gouge on the repair. They offered shuttle service and they were very friendly. It's a mom and pop owned place that offers free evaluations. I would recommend them and will use them again.
My family and I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. They always do great work, are very honest, and flexible. Well-deserved 5 stars.
These guys are the most honest mechanics! They are so reasonable, they explain everything. Finally a place I can feel safe taking my car too. I've taken my car in 4 different times for routine maintenance, oil changes, tie rods, alignment and every single time is been an awesome experience.
Tim is great! His daughter who runs the front of the office is wonderful as well. They were honest and very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend anyone with a car to have their maintenance done here!

I had a low tire and I went to the Goodyear next door to Integrity. Just wanted someone to give it a look and fill it. The guy was so rude and told me I'd have to leave it with them. I asked if there was another place I could go and he had no answer. Well, I went over to integrity and out walks the nicest woman! Thank God for a woman mechanic! Taylor was so nice and filled my tire within a few minutes. She also told me to go to Discount Tires the next time as they do it as a courtesy. When my car has issues - I'm going to Integrity. Thank you Taylor!!
My family has been going to Integrity since before I can remember. My grandparents spoke highly of them and my Dad loved them, especially visiting the dogs ? Never had better service, and doubt we ever will. Lol in fact I can't wait for you to open tomorrow so I can get my baby fixed ☺

Honestly, the best auto mechanic I’ve ever been to, and I’m so glad I happened to stumble upon them. I’ve only been here a couple time and both times my experience was very pleasant. They are professional, honest, reasonable, and definitely do not try to take advantage of you like so many others do especially when you’re a woman. Thank you so much for being one of the very few good, honest, professional people in this business, especially during this crazy and rough period in time.

I deliver to repair shops for a major auto retailer. I have evaluated Integrity auto servace as just that. Friendly, honest, blunt, fair, reasonable priced, what more to want in service? My 1996 Chrysler loves them and so do I. They are so busy, consider it an honor to have them take on and resolve your car problems.
The name says it all. Tim, his daughter Taylor and the mechanics exemplify integrity. Recently had a large job on a 2009 Ford edge , they did great work no over charges and they stood by their work . I love the piece of mind I get here. These are people you want on your team for all your car and truck repair needs . Keep doing what you're doing . You guys are rock stars .

Very nice work staff. I broke down on the highway awhile ago and called them and the owner actually called a tow truck for me and then came from home to pick me up himself then drove me back to his shop and let me use a loaner to get home. Great mechanics. Will always go there when needed.
Any time I come here for an oil change or maintenance I’m always treated great. The staff especially the front are always knowledgeable and kind. Bring all your automotive needs here !
i would not recommend this shop to anyone, if it had a no star choice i would have made that. I took my car there for a new alternator and all they did was recharge my battery. (charged me $500 for the alternator that they never put in) i had it towed back after the owners daughter stated she would pick up the tow amount, and after they looked at it said there is nothing wrong with the car, we charged up the battery and its working fine. she then charged me for the $175 tow after she said she would not and said it must be the battery. i went and bought a new battery and the next day (even though they said my battery is still good) it would not start again. i called them and she said she would try to see if the company would trade her the alternator but could not guarantee it would not cost me more. so i ended up going to another repair shop, they changed the alternator which was not working. (even though i had the new one put in a week ago with Integrity Motors). Integrity Motors do not do what they say or repair what they state, but they will sure be willing to charge you for it. Do not go here.
Tim, Taylor, & Crew have been my families go to place for honest, reliable car care at a fair price for 5 years now. They are quick to diagnose and clear any work they do with you beforehand. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles here. I've only had one issue where a repair wasn't made completely correctly, and they took care of it, what else can you say? Integrity lives out their name.

this is the second time the owner has saved our butts! The first time my husbands tie rod broke on the highway . we had it towed to integrity ( because it was by the train) and the owner actually drove him home! 20 minutes away! as well as let us by our part.
This last time we paid 550 for another part to be fixed at a car dealership. Well the mechanic didnt tighten the lug nuts! My husband was driving and the wheels almost came off! The owner ...again! drove my husband home and charges us a VERY FAIR amount. Integrity is the best name for this place because they are honest, fair, trustworthy, reliable, and they actually CARE about the customer! Places like this arent around much anymore. Thank you Integrity for keeping my faith in humanity!.; we will NEVER go to another place again!
