I leased a new car and in 2 months I need to change the camera, not only that they didn't give me the car in exchange, they didn't charge the battery after work. What kind of service is this, I don't advise you to take vin fast. Many of my friends also have cars on lease, and there were no problems when they left the car for service so that they would not be given as a replacement and constantly charged the battery and this is about 5 different brands of cars. Very dissatisfied, very bad service.

Fredys Santos was an excellent salesman. He checked every box without me even having to ask. Super friendly, always easy to reach, and quick to answer calls or questions. The whole process felt smooth and stress free. I’d recommend him 10 out of 10.

While the staff is friendly and competent, my VinFastVF8 Plus requires software updates constantly. 5 times in less than a year. The service department had my car for 4 days just 2 weeks ago, and there are now 14 error codes on my dash. I’ve never experienced such a troubled prone vehicle. It’s not ready for the general market.

I had a great experience with VinFast. I purchased a Toyota Camry, and it has been an excellent car reliable, comfortable, and very affordable. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I especially want to appreciate Sam Shahin for providing best-in-class customer service. He was professional, honest, and very supportive throughout the deal, making sure everything was clear and handled perfectly. Truly a great buying experience, and I would highly recommend VinFast and Sam Shahin to anyone looking for a car.

Well, very disappointed, bought car 4 months ago, its been back at dealer for 3 months!!! do not buy these cars they are junk!! Service is horrible and only have 1 location in Illinois for service.. They do not return phone calls, last week picked up car that sat at dealer for 6 weeks for not charging issues(4 times back) and to our surprise windshield cracked!! they have not returned my 20 phone calls with messages... Appears Ramon is service manager and Alida is service writer they went to same school of ignoring customers! Today my wife is stuck at the doctors with vehicle broken, mind you we just picked up Saturday the 10th, called 1 800 vinfast number and they said all they can do is tow it back to dealer in lisle .. Run as fast as you can and buy Tesla, they have the best cars and act together..

I purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Car is good, deal is good. I found out the same day 1) a seatbelt (safety issue) is missing for one of the seats in the back. And 2) car play keeps disconnecting. I inform the manager and he tells me to call service. I reached Roman the manager in service and he said I don’t have loaners before Christmas wait until after new year. I’ve called him in the past week a dozen times and left few messages with no call back. My car has safety warnings and im worried to drive it because one of my buddies his car shut down on him while he had kids with him on the highway. No response from anyone, no customer service no ethics. The deal is not just to buy the car but also to make sure SAFETY for customers and their families. Neither did the sales man Freddy or the manager nick agreed to switch the car even though we have the issue and they were informed since day one.

While visiting my friend's deli in Lisle, I came across this amazing new car brand on Ogden Avenue called VINFAST, and they sell all-electric vehicles. One of their models is a GIANT SUV with All-Wheel-Drive for ZERO DOWN - and only $399 a month! Now THAT'S impressive! 10 Year / UNLIMITED Mileage Warranty on the battery too! Clearly, this is the BEST warranty in the automobile industry! It's definitely something to consider, especially if someone has little or no money to put down - and wants a Super-Cheap monthly payment. BRAVO to Vinfast! I see them becoming a HUGE hit!

I had the pleasure of working with Sam at Vinfast in Lisle and I have to say he was such a good guy to work with. Patient, detailed, and informative he helped get my daughter into her very first vehicle. Five starts for the experience and customer service.................I really hate to do this but after going through everything I had to, I definitely feel the need to share my experience. My intention is only to help others avoid going through mine. So, the vehicle I purchased for my daughter(8/11/25) had extreme issues not even a full week after leaving the lot. How does a Motor Mount just fall off a vehicle. Im not a mechanic but I do know that the mounts support the engine and I've never seen anyone driving and there motor jumps from underneath the hood. I had to return the car that my daughter picked out because it was obvious the car had been through major issues. They had me to come back in to pick out another car after having the first one for a week. Got the second car and one week later the motor goes out, what the hell. But lucky for me I bought there extended warranty right. Not so much because it still cost me money. I notified them that I got the second car on 8/26/25 and the motor failed 9/7/25. Of course this is where the run around began. I took the car to a Meineke Car Care in Bolingbrook who determined it needed a new motor. The warranty of course wanted that verified by a "certified Chevy Tehc" . I payed to tow it to Advantage Chevy, payed $1,500 for an engine tear down, omg i can go one with this but in final, they sale junk use cars. I finally, after 2 months go my daughters engine replaced through the warranty company while they continue to push worthless used cars on hard working people then turn there backs when the car fails.
