Just called this location asking if a part was in stock. Was told to come in and check. When I asked if he could look it up on the computer, he simply said, "no".
The call was on 3/6/26 at roughly 6:40pm.
Sam the manager helped me with my crazy windshield wipers! I tried for 45 minutes to remove the old ones. He calmed me down and replaced them in 3 minutes. So thankful! Love this store!
I went in to buy some new headlights, and apon entering a kind gentleman helped me find the correct ones for my car, then another gentleman put them in my car for me. Overall very welcoming and generous.
Thank you Dylan for saving us during this extremely cold winter. He replaced our car battery while snow fell on his head in negative degree weather. Excellent quick service. Absolutely recommend.

The folks working here on the evening of December 27 were amazingly helpful! A dead battery at 7:30 pm, when most places were closed was solved with their thoughtful and friendly assistance.
Dylan was awesome! I came in because one of my windshield wipers broke so he really helped me pick out a really good pair which is the Bosch brand and he put them on for me! Great customer service and fast! Dylan is very knowledgeable because I asked a lot of questions! Thank you!
Friendly service. The associate was very knowledgeable. This location has a bit more variety for license plate screws than the Downers Grove location. Prices were cheap. Parking was easy. Getting out of the parking lot can be tough if you come during rush hours.
It’s autozone. They are likely to have what you’re looking for if it’s for a car. What set this one apart and worth to come here is Dylan. Whatever he’s getting paid ain’t enough for the level of professionalism and respect he provided during my time buying a battery. Explained different options available to me as well as other services autozone provides that I didn’t even know about.
Had to run in for a new light. Dylan was super helpful and and came out to install it for me. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Its much appreciated!
I brought my car in with a check engine light and Fernando scanned it and gave me a thorough conversation that helped me at ease with the situation as well as a print out of my codes. Wonderful experience!
My wife died unexpectedly last Friday and I had a car battery and I was under a lot of duress with having to plan a funeral and all. So many things to take care of. What awful timing to have a car problem.
Long story short, store manager Dillon provided me a top notch battery at a very fair price. He installed it for free and explained all my battery options beforehand. When he said he’d take excellent care of me under the stress that would be an understatement.

The two guys working were super communicative, friendly, and helpful. They tested my battery, alternator, and starter out; and I was out of there in 5 minutes.

Came in to buy fuel injector cleaner and i was helped and content until one of the other the guys in a red shirt shouted that his name was the n word from the register to the door, not only that the customer he was chatting with repeated it back to him shouting too both laughing about it and corrected his name to Nicholas unprofessional and disgusting
I frequently visit this Auto Zone location and Sam has consistently delivered exceptional support for all my needs. His understanding and helpfulness are truly commendable. Auto Zone would benefit from having more employees like Sam, who consistently demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Thank you for your assistance, which is a key reason I exclusively frequent this auto parts store.
Worst costumer service ever seen. Walked into the store and two employees were sitting and talking. There was no acknowledgement when I entered the store. We looked around the store and could hear the same employees talking with profanities. Then went up to them at the cash register. We were told to use the self-checkout! Pure laziness and disrespect from the employees at this AutoZone. This was the AutoZone on 53 in Lisle.
I know NOTHING about cars. Mine needed new wipers. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a friendly salesperson who showed me all the options for my vehicle and wasn't pushy with the sale. He got the wipers and even installed them for me! Great service. Thank you!
Poor service. They don't rent a tool even though they say that they can rent it, they will try their way to avoid it as much as possible. Poor manager, she said she can rent a tool per the policy but she doesn't have the tool. She refuses to even help.

Visited this store today to replace my windshield wipers and Ryne was the customer service associate that helped me. Ryne was very attentive and knowledgeable on the products. Also, he helped changed my wipers too. Really appreciated the help and easy shopping experience!

AutoZone Lisle is and has amazingly professional, knowledgeable and willing to help employees. My first visit I didn’t get the guys name. However, second time I made sure to get Joshua/Josh’s name. He was patience and extremely helpful. I needed to get brakes parts and he was helpful. He didn’t have to up sell me I was sold. The information he gave me I will be returning to purchase all of the other parts I need to get my car up and going thanks to Josh!!
