Very pleasant experience here. I had been searching for a truck for a few weeks. I had went to a few different used dealerships. Ace Motorworks was by far the best one. They were professional, organized, and personable. Well ran operation. Collin was great to work with. He knows his stuff and he was very easy to communicate with. I had questions come up after the initial visit and he answered very promptly and was very helpful. I took the truck to my mechanic, they were happy to let me to do it. A couple things came up and Ace worked with me the best they could. And I actually believe it was the best they could do. Always do your own due diligence but I’d recommend Collin and Ace to anyone.

I’m in Kansas and I bought a car here online. Process was smooth and fast. Got the car delivered to me in less than a week despite a pretty terrible winter storm. The salesman I spoke to, Colin, guided me through the paperwork and helped me finance through Westlake which also netted me a 2 year 24000 mile warranty. Base price was pretty good too and Colin hooked me up with a brand new battery as well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a car and was told it was inspected with "zero issues" then showed up with multiple issues. They tried to make more money off of me by low balling the shipping resulting in me getting the car 3 weeks later. I spent hours trying to get the title which was in their possession, to end up getting it 10 weeks later. This resulted in me having to pay interest and penalties at the DMV. They have since stopped communicating with me.

Absolutely LOVE my car. Thank you to Daniel, he helped me find the perfect car for me. Very respectful, professional & helpful. I was specifically looking for something spacious since I’m a mom of two and use a double stroller. This was not only a good mom car for me but aesthetically nice looking, sporty kinda. And very affordable. I love my car so much!!!! Definitely recommend this dealership.

Colin and Julian were the best they sold me a ford F150 and it runs and drives great. I feel like I got a great deal and when I came in it was pulled out front ready for a drive and cleaned up. I will be doing business here again!

I give them one star because I got a vehicle and that is being generous. The process started out really smooth and great. It did not end that way. Once they had my money I had to argue with them to get my car delivered. They had my money for a week before I ended up getting my car and it was quite a battle with them to get it even though I had already paid extra for delivery! I had been promised that it would be the next business day and they kept coming up with excuses every day as to why they couldn’t. They did not replace the rear headrest as agreed upon, they didn’t buff out a specific scratch that I asked them to that they also agreed on and when I finally got my vehicle it wasn’t even detailed. They should be embarrassed that they let a vehicle leave their lot looking the way it did . Very unprofessional. I have the entire e-mail exchange between the salesman and I regarding all the things I have mentioned. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them. I waited 4 months to write this review because of how angry I was.

Can't say I had the best experience with my purchase from them. I worked with Colin. I'm out of state and purchased my Cayenne from them sight unseen and had it delivered. I asked online and over the phone if there was anything wrong with it and was told there was nothing wrong with it. There ended up being a list of things wrong with it. The blower motor needed replaced. The heater control valve needed replaced. The water pump needed replaced. The thermostat needed replaced. Both rear door lock actuators needed replaced. The drivers window switches needed replaced. The front hood strut needed replaced. And they also stapled down all of the window leather that was lifting instead of gluing it back down or just leaving it.

I had an amazing experience at Ace Motorworks, and I can’t say enough great things about Nico! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. Nico went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable. His honesty, attention to detail, and dedication truly set him apart. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and who will treat you with respect every step of the way ask for Nico. It's unfortunate that I am forced to even give one star to this place. My company recently purchased a used truck from Ace Motorworks in Lisle, IL. All descriptions of the vehicle were positive. We signed no disclosure of any issues, mechanical or otherwise. Within a few days, we noted numerous issues, including powertrain related. Within a week of delivery, we had a shop telling us the diesel turbo was done for. Within a few days later, we had another expert note that the engine block was rusted through. We are well within the implied powertrain protections of the state, 15 days, 500 miles. The odometer noted on the listing didn't match the delivered truck, of course. Among the powertrain issues, we have a full DPF filter, steering and suspension issues, a rusted bed floor, bad clutch fan, bad pulleys, bad belts, and a list of smaller concerns. The dealer isn't willing to do anything meaningful or resolve what is now an illegal act. They are now non-responsive.

It was a pleasure working with Colin for my recent vehicle trade-in and purchase. He was patient with my schedule and transparent throughout the entire process, providing a seamless and comfortable experience —exactly what everyone deserves when making their next vehicle purchase.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would hello my name is Aubrey waits and I am 18 yrs old I am a female from Wisconsin and I decided to save up for my dream car and drive all the way to lisle Illinois for a 2018 dodge challenger I had only had it for two weeks before the hood flew off while I was driving on the interstate:/ very scary and traumatic they not only where very disrespectful to me and mean but it took me a while just for them to help me get a new hood they finally did but didint send anything else with it no hinges or bolts it was also a cheap used hood this could have hurt someone very badly and they have failed to give me inspection papers on the car saying it was safe to drive off the lot they have been avoiding me like no other I now have to scrape together money for these parts as I’m also trying to save for my own place to start my life and now this has to come out of my pocket they tried to tell me I didint latch my hood but all that was left on my car was the latch and the two hood hinges and the gas shocks after it flew off so I suggested if you want to buy a vehicle please go else where they are not willing to help you like other places they do not take responsibility and if you must buy from here pop the hood and look at the under body like you’re buying from market place sad honestly but take extra precautions with this place or you’re pocket will hurt

Never recommend this place, no professional work ethics, rusted cars They sold me a car without disclosing to me about the rust i found underneath the car after buying it for two days, they refused to help me when i came back telling them about the rust along with the rear pumper support not being there cuz the rust ate it and thats decreases the safety of the car in case of rear collision They kept playing with me and drag me to the next day ended up telling me they will not help, i had to replace the whole suspension front and rear ended up paying more on the car

I saw my vehicle listed on Ace Motorworks inventory, and when I went to see it, it was accurately described, if not better. The car was clearly a good value and my salesperson, Colin, was very helpful and did a great job fielding all of my telephone questions and emails. This was an out of state transaction that was handled promptly and professionally. When I flew into Chicago, the paperwork was completely ready, and I hit the road back to New York. I observed the fluids were serviced, tire pressures checked and included a tank of gas. I would have had the vehicle shipped although I wanted to see the Willis Tower! The whole staff at Ace Motorworks was great. I would do business with them again without reservation. Thank you

Let me start out by saying I own a fleet of vehicles for personal use. Ace Motor Works has exceeded my expectations. Bought a high end car and received high end service. A-Z these guys do not mess around. Exceptional service and exceptional vehicle. Will be doing business again in the future and I highly recommend you do as well. Great people and great company.

I purchased a vehicle from Ace Motorworks in Illinois in August 7, 2025. Within three days, the check engine light came on, followed by two more warning lights. I notified the dealer immediately, but they brushed it off and told me to take the car to a shop. The shop confirmed multiple issues and provided documentation, which I sent to the dealer. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the dealer ignored my requests and refused to take responsibility. A second repair shop later found additional issues, and I ultimately had to pay out of pocket to make the car drivable. I now have a full paper trail of everything and will be filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. This dealer does not stand behind their vehicles. Be cautious before doing business with them. I wish i could give them negative stars.

First of all, good evening. I would like to retract the first review Colin Dean and I started off pretty good. We ran into a roadblock after I placed a $500 deposit down a little misunderstanding communication. I'm assuming we cleared it up and I would like to retract the negative reveal I wrote earlier. They are small dealership. They do have some great cars and the vehicle I was looking at was a nice vehicle but it wasn't what I wanted in the vehicle and I figured if I was spending my money then I should get what I want and I needed leather and a sunroof. It was the 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan the s model I believe and just wanted to say we came to understanding that it was that's to retract the negative review and he is to be fine. My $500 deposit down back to me to my credit card. As I said this this wouldn't stop me too. Ever shop there again. We just have to have a better understanding but I just wanted to clear up that if there's a negative review on here by Harry Washington, please ignore that one to read this review. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman Alex is the most professional car salesman I've ever dealt with. The hospitality was wonderful beyond what I was prepared for. They closed at 6pm but Alex waited til our loan got approved at 7pm and he still waiting with us!! I felt very welcomed by everyone here. I’m glad I chose to come here! The best choice I have ever made!
