Amish at Midwest was a godsend and an angel during one of the more stressful times in my life. Within a week before my due date, my car got hit by a light pole and insurance became a nightmare. Amish took the time to explain the process and educate me through both the car repairs necessary, as well as how to deal with less than kind insurance folks. I’m so grateful to Amish for his expertise & knowledge about auto body repairs but most of all, his kindness & empathy!! Thank you!

Got the privilege of meeting Amish earlier this month when I got into a car accident. The Shop was highly rated with State Farm and after reading the great reviews, took my car there after the car accident. While it's unfortunate that Midwest Auto Body didn't get to fix the car due to it being Totaled by State Farm, working with Amish made a stressful experience not stressful. He worked with me in getting a rental car, gave me clear directions on how to get to the shop slowly and safely, and worked with us to give us time to get everything out of the car. I appreciated his explanation of the entire process which gave me a heads up of what to expect and the thorough inspection of my car that they completed. I would highly recommend Amish and Midwest Auto Body of Lisle.

Dropped off my Subaru for repairs after reading great reviews. Amish (Owner) is exceptional! You'll receive outstanding Customer Service from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail and I was updated very regularly. Amish is extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and handled that as well as getting a rental car set up for me. He test drove my car on the weekend to make sure it would be ready Monday (the date he promised) and delivered on time. If you are looking for honesty, integrity and a superb experience - this is the place!

Amish is a professional and it is no wonder why he has a near perfect rating. From start to finish, he took a stressful situation and made it a simple process. He is very detail oriented and explains everything from start to finish and guides you on what to do with a myriad of options while giving you his professional opinion. I bought 2024 Toyota Corolla with only 849 miles on it. Apparently it had small accident before and I don't believe it was fixed correctly. I called Midwest Auto to take it out there for proper repair. They are very arrogant. He told me they're not interested in what was already fixed by someone else. They mostly work on insurance claims. Even though I live less than half a mile away he didn't even want to give me an appointment to see the car. Very selective, and very conceited people.

I brought my car into the shop because I picked up some paint on the rear panel on my Honda CRV. I was given a good estimate on having the panel buffed. When I brought the car in for service, they honored the estimate, and completed the work in just 1 hour. When the work was completed, I was given a complete education on how the various built in sensors work with the road and objects around them. I fully trust this shop to do honest and excellent work.

Amazing service! As a female with no car knowledge, the auto body shop is an intimidating place to be. I know nothing about repairs and this was my first time having to deal with damage to my car. Amish was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. I was up in Lisle visiting family when I broke a window. Amish was exceedingly helpful in getting my car fixed in a timely matter so that I wouldn't miss another week of work. He kept me updated on where my car was at in the process and how to update my claim with receipts for reimbursement. Absolutely would recommend.

If I could give a place 10 stars, this shop would be it. Since the day I first spoke to amish, I knew that working with him was the best choice for getting my car repaired. He thoroughly helped me understand the process since it was my first car accident. I can not express how beyond happy I am with his help. Despite Esurance making the process more difficult and a pain in the butt, I was thankfully able to get my car repaired in a matter of few months. If I ever (hopefully not) get into another car accident, I will not hesitate to reach out to amish. Cannot recommend working with him enough.

Amish was exceptionally transparent and honest in our repair search. While Esurance only chooses to work with less-reputable body shops (and takes months to "work" on your claim), Amish did us a solid and suggested alternative shops even though we didn't give him any business. If you have State Farm or any other insurance worth a damn it's worth taking here.

I couldn’t be any happier with this business’s work. After getting into a small wreck late last year, they helped remove a lot of the stress from the situation by completely handling all of my body repairs. Amish thoroughly explained the process behind all the repairs to me, handled communications with my insurer, and kept me aware of the timeline for my repairs. He was always honest, gave me accurate advice, and even helped handle my rental during the repairs.

I have been using this place since 2018. They are honest, and that is so hard to find with body shops. The customer service here is outstanding. Ask for Amish. Dealing with an insurance company and not having your car is already a stressful process, but owner Amish helped explain everything and made the process so much easier to deal with.

THE MOST HONEST SHOP IN ILLINOIS. I recently needed repairs done on my vehicle and needed someone who worked with my car insurance as well as foreign cars. I was lucky enough to try Midwest Auto Body of Lise. The owner, Amish, not only ensured that I got all the best parts for my vehicle but he also fought tooth and nail with my insurance company when insurance tried to low-ball prices and many other poor practices. Amish is a rare person in an industry that doesn't always have the best integrity. He has gone above and beyond for me, working after hours to find the best parts and deal with my insurance. All of which he doesn't get paid to do but is still happy to do it. In his own words he told me "When you treat a customer the way you'd wish to be treated, you make a customer for life". At that is exactly what he's done. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to get service done here and am grateful to have made such a great friend in the auto industry. Give this place a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
