Was told id have a tow truck by 9am. At 1030am I called and was told I won't have a truck till 12. So I worked threw lunch waiting on the truck. At 1 i needed to leave for chicago. I rearanged my jobs and all my employees work to stay in the suburbs. At 130 pm I called again. I was told 230pm. At 230pm I got a call telling me 330. Finally a driver got here. Nice dude. Offered me half of what I was quoted on the phone. 6 hours late. Job lost waiting. And offered less. The driver was awesome. But dispatch and management need to get it together.
I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but I got a quote for a jeep to get scrapped, got an appointment set up for 8/10 at 1:00 P.M. I waited at the pickup till 1:38 when I called and asked if they had an ETA and was told they were running a bit behind. 2:58 I call again and was quoted an extra 45 minutes, then at 4:40 was quoted 15 minutes, 5:15 I was told they’d call me back in 5 minutes and couldn’t even do that. 5:30 I finally left the pickup location in Naperville and they had still not picked it up. Not once did I get a courtesy call, 4 and a half hours I sat in a parking lot waiting with no consideration. Next time I’d rather drive it without brakes than call these guys. Every call on this screen is to them, same guy as “Broadway Auto Wreckers Ltd“ listing on Google, if you call both numbers you’ll get the same person.
When I called they said tomorrow I was first pick up..then this morning 9 to 10:30.ok fine.over an hour late so far.il be ready for the low-ball offer if they do show.they said 500 on phone after I told him what was wrong.il let you know what the driver offerse if he shows.

Very disappointed with this company, out of all the junk your vehicle companies I was referred to you all and after doing my own research on you all I called and was quoted $550.00 for my truck even without the title. I was told as long as I had my registration they will give me $550.00 well the tow truck gentleman came and low balled me talking about my wheels are steel and not aluminum so they won’t get as much for the vehicle and my Cadillac converter needed to be replaced. I was not once told if those things are missing then I wouldn’t get was what told to me. Then the man tried to argue me down. Such a mess and I will not be doing business with this company anymore nor refer them.
Beware of this company. They promise you one price and then when the tow truck driver shows up they lowball you. He was quoted $500 on a car with key and title. Tow truck driver offered $140 for the car. So this company will just basically tell you what you want to hear and then hopefully strong-arm you into accepting their lowball offer. I would highly recommend dealing with somebody else.

I junked my old infinity and nissan they grab both of them the same day and really fast because i had things to do and paid me what they paid top dollar for both of them not disappointed i would highly recommend them
***BEWARE*** this place says they will pay cash for your junk car Once the tow truck driver goes out there he’s the one that determines whether you get anything or not they didn’t give me no cash whatsoever?! I called and they said that it was not original parts give me all kinds of excuses I know for a fact any other junk will give you some type of cash these people won’t give you anything! My friends car broke down and he was told they couldn't fix it. We decided to junk it and called this place. They showed up within an hour. They paid in cash. Overall would recommend!!
There scammers. Called Monday about a car they had. Told the gut I wouldn’t be able to come get the part til Thursday he told me that was fine. Drive almost three hours to get there. When I arrived the guy tells me it’s to late the car is gone. It made me think that either they never had the car or they was using the picture to scam people out of money. I’m just glad I didn’t pay first
