Customer parking is located at the north parking lot, the south parking lot is for employees and deliveries. Since the covid outbreak the doors are open to customers from 9am to 4pm monday through friday.
Horrible conditions, trash everywhere pace stinks,couple of rats passing by,lady at counter is slow and has long conversations with drivers she knows,takes forever to receive parts,when you do get your parts they're used,dirty,box greased up,not all parts come inside,
Horrible place,saw group of rats,trash overflowing,old used parts in new boxes,poor management, seems like management prefers white people, seen other workers getting mistreated while the white workers stand around talking by the trash, the Pilsen community should be notified
If you are driving a 53" semi with sleeper it's very hard to get in and out of south dock, where is receiving. Be extremely careful. But unloading is pretty fast if you came on time.
