I needed a last minute tow and my driver Robert was truly phenomenal. He arrived within 10 minutes and got me home quickly. He was super knowledgeable and diagnosed my car (and was correct!) Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better driver.

They did a great job, but I was told they would have somebody there in 30-60 minutes and it took almost 2 hours. My car was stuck in the turn lane so the wait seemed twice that long. The driver did a great job loading my car and took care while driving to the dealership. I’d use them again, but I would try to get a very realistic timeframe for service.
Robert did an AMAZING job with my brother's car. The dispatch was also very kind and flexible in working with our schedule. Our calls were answered immediately and they were in constant communication every step of the way. Would DEFINITELY use them again for a tow!!
Chicago 24 Hour Towing was so easy to work with. They are so straight forward and amazing with communication. Our driver Christian H. was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We had hired them for a company event float and they were phenomenal. In the past with other towing companies, I’ve had to micromanage and stand there as things are delivered or picked up but with Chicago 24 Hour Towing, it was different. I really loved how hands off I was with this one. They took care of it all and I didn’t even have to manage them in anyway. We will definitely be using them for next year and for many years to come.
I had a great experience with Chicago 24 Hour Towing. Robert, our driver, was courteous, prompt, and incredibly accommodating when my daughter was stranded. He arrived quickly and had our car parked at home within an hour. He was also very patient regarding payment and even recommended that we submit a claim with our insurance for a possible refund. His professionalism and helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
We were involved in an accident, where our car was undriveable. Robert was on scene within 30 minutes of me calling. He kept me informed of everything as he dropped the car off at the body shop. Sent numerous pictures of the car after he dropped it off. Fantastic service thank you Robert

Stop looking for other options because these guys are the BEST!!! From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy and effortless. My situation was that trans gave out and I was left stranded in middle of street. Not only that but had to be at my sons graduation within 3 hours. Meanwhile I am 45 at the soonest away. They handled everything; told me where to leave key, took description of my car and any other information that may have been of importance and told me to not worry and to go see my son graduate. Stevan reached out to my to let me know he was on his way, he reached out when he got my car, he notified me when he dropped my car at my home. He even went above and beyond to ask if I want my car in the driveway or street. On top of that left it with consideration of surroundings. Not like how others just drop go and pay me. Seriously, knights in shining armor. Did I mention that they also told me that they were able to diagnose what the actual problem was with my transmission? Now I did.
I highly recommend this towing company they were awesome they hooked up my car right away they had no problems he was very professional. I had a very bad experience with a tow truck driver before villalobos towing tore out the whole front end of my Ford fiesta last year I paid him for the tow to get it to my house. I did my part I paid $75 and he never fixed my car he never ever even helped me wouldn't even give me his insurance information. I was very comfortable with Robert he did a great job I didn't even worried because I knew he knew what he was doing. Robert you are great thank you so much.

I ran into some car trouble and needed a tow. It was a Sunday evening and I just knew I’d be waiting a while. This place happened to be across the street from where I was so I decided to call. Best. Experience. EVER. Not only were they quick to get there, the driver (Robert) was super, super nice. Robert did a great job after my car had major issues while on the tollway. He called a few times with updates on his ETA, got me hooked up and taken to the garage I requested. Also impressive was how easily he backed my towed vehicle into a tight service bay on the first try with incoming traffic. He is a solid guy, and represents the company well.
FANTASTIC company! Oren saved me when I needed help getting my keys that were locked in my car. He was extremely kind and genuinely cared about helping me(something that's not always easy to find). I strongly recommend this place for anyone who needs a tow or other roadside help.
Robert was amazing picking up our disabled company vehicle. Not only did he do great with the police and TSA he was able to drive between 2 airbus aircraft wings without even getting close. Then he navigated the inside airport traffic seamlessly. Christopher D did great as well. Contacted me right away as he dropped off the vehicle and put it right where it needed to go. Besides my truck breaking down on the highway the rest of this experience was a 10/10. The tow truck driver Robert was able to get to me really fast, not only that but he was also extremely careful when hooking up my truck to the tow truck. He was also very friendly which I'd say helped make a not so pleasant experience surprisingly pleasant. On top of all that, they offered me a really great price for the distance I needed to go. I'm super appreciative for the amazing service I got. If I were ever to have another incident like this, I'll be calling Chicago 24 Hour Towing first.

I contacted this company to flatbed my Ram1500 to the dealership. The tow driver, Christian called me, gave an eta and responded within 15 minutes. Christian explained to me in great detail everything he was doing ro secure my vehicle onto the platform, made payment and he was off. upon arrival to the dealership, Christian called me to confirm and verify delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the dealership called me to confirm as well. This tow service is hypersensitive to proper securing of vehicles so as not ro create more damage to our prized vehicles. great job to the owner of thos service and to the driver, Christian.
