I needed my '88 Porsche 911 towed in for service and my shop recommended Synergy. I can't recommend them highly enough. Eddie was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing properly attaching and safely getting the car on the flatbed without damaging anything. He was a heck of a nice guy too and explained everything he was doing and encouraged photos. You really can't ask for better service than that. Thanks for getting my car to the shop safely!

This tow truck has no respect and doesn’t know the rules of the road. Hey ran a stop sign trying to pass me up for taking my time on the speed bumps in the residential areas . Very unprofessional and reckless.
These people are the definition of scammers. Storage $225/day and they don't want to release the equipment. Told us towing would be around 10k, then sent a bill for 36k. 6k in admin fees and fuel surcharges for a 10 mile tow. Furthermore, they drove our truck back and claimed they towed it, their driver was visible on our dashcam. After we informed them that we see them driving instead of towing, they cut the camera cable. They drained all of our antifreeze and cut the starter cable to try to get more business out of us. Avoid these people at all costs!
Owner is complete scammer, charging RANDOM FEES, will keep your equipment for no reason, STORAGE FEES are unreasonable, they don’t do anything that they put on the invoice, just charging for whatever they want! DO NOT USE!
I had a 38 ft rv trailer on a wooded campsite and needed it to be removed. Was informed by different companies that they could not do the job because they didn’t have the equipment and the trailer was obstructed by trees. Patrick and his crew showed up and said to me this ain’t going to be easy. The crew was able to remove the trailer and in my opinion with ease because he had the proper equipment. Patrick showed professionalism through the entire process and kept me informed. I highly recommend him and his services. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. A BIG THANKS TO PATRICK AND THE CREW
Stuck in snow during storm they were towing another truck near by called they put other truck down came over towed me out all in less then 45minutes..

After another tow company left me stranded in downtown Chicago, I found this company. I had no idea of where I was at, or where to get vehicle repaired. Synergy towing was very responsive to my situation, they immediately dispatched an after hours wrecker for me. They kept me posted on when the driver would arrive. Driver was very helpful, assisted me in answering all the questions I had and was about to get me back on the road after some minor repairs the next day. Fantastic group of men and women to talk with and work with. Very friendly and also did their best to keep me updated on the work being done to the vehicle. Will definitely use again if I ever break down in the Chicago land area again
