I was able to buy a 2016 Buick Enclave. My sales agent Mr. Xavier Mills really worked hard for me to buy the car. Mr. Mills went above to speak with the manager and the general manager of the options I wanted. I am telling if anyone wants to have a good experience to buy a car go to Napelton Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in Arlington Heights. I am driving home with my car and the experience is amazing. The dealership is a five star.

Can’t put in words how thankful I am for the help Raylon and Dan provided. They explained everything very thoroughly and made the car buying process easy. Raylon asked what I absolutely needed in a car and what I was looking for; he got to work and lined up all possible options. They let me test drive in the snow which is a plus in the Midwest! They allowed me to take my time and discuss options. Dan cranked the numbers and explained finances, next thing I know we were signing papers. Buying a car usually feels like drag but this interaction was very honest and lots of laughs. Thanks Texas and Dan!

Poor experience from the start. I initially tried to verify whether a vehicle was in stock and was given the impression that I would receive a call from Ben the following day. That call never happened. Instead, I received three other calls and two emails, one of which included a video. I then emailed Ben to explain that I would not be able to make it into the dealership on Saturday and that I would reach out if I decided to move forward with any vehicle there. Despite this, on Saturday I received two additional calls, followed by another call on Monday. In that voicemail, the sales associate referenced a completely different car. When I returned the call to explain my experience, I was repeatedly interrupted and not given the opportunity to speak or be heard. I understand that sales is a challenging business and that competition is tough, but setting yourselves apart starts with listening to customers and respecting their communication. Unfortunately, this experience did not do that.

Amazing service! Excellent and highly recommended. Took me a hour to purchase one more car from here ! Mirsad (Mat) is very professional and made the entire process so easily and quick! This is the only dealership that we come back to each time. Excellent service and amazing team!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will never take my car here again. I have brought my car in about three times for different problems and every single time there is clearly a problem with my vehicle. They have sent me home stating there’s nothing wrong with it. This third time we were able to pull the codes that were up when the check engine light was going on and even after giving the technicians the codes they still refuse to do any work on the vehicle. My car would not accelerate properly was making horrible noises and shaking intensely while driving. This car is clearly not safe for me to be driving on the road and instead of looking at any of the parts that pull up on the code, they just told me to take my car home and then it was perfectly fine to drive. When they couldn’t diagnose the problem, I even offered to show them a video of what my car was doing and like I said we gave them the codes that they needed and he had advisor. Refused to even look at my video. The issue that I had before this was with the screen. It continuously has a message shooting up on the screen while I’m driving, reversing or using any sort of app on the screen stating that I need to take it into a dealership. When I bring this car into a dealership, they tell me there’s nothing they can do to take that message off of the screen. They refuse to replace it. They refuse to fix it and now I am sitting here with a message popping up every few minutes while driving. This pops up even while I’m in reverse, trying to use my camera, which I know is illegal for them to refuse to do service on when it messes with you being able to properly use a back up camera. I’ve spent over $60,000 on a car that has needed to be brought in three times and the car is not even a year old. They could care less about putting someone in an unsafe car to drive and are extremely lazy. I will never step foot in this dealership again, and I don’t think anybody else should either. It’s a complete waste of your tim. Do not waste your time here go to another dealership who actually give a crap about their customers because these people careless and have no problem expressing that either.

I purchased my newest Ram and a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for my mother, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and overall experience. Came in to trade my WRX in for an Audi I liked. They gave me a great trade-in value and helped me get a prorated rebate for my after market warranty which I wasn’t even aware I could do. I just bought 2026 2500 ram from Arlington Heights Napleton Dodge Ram, and WOW—what an experience! David Sawicki was absolutely amazing to work with. He made everything super straightforward and really took the time to understand what I needed. The management team was fantastic too. Truly great people all around. The WORST to say the least. I’d rate them zero stars if I had that option. I was given an I.O.U. Voucher for 1 free tire rotation & 2 free oil changes. I had my vehicle serviced at the Arlington Heights Napleton for an oil change & a tire rotation. After waiting nearly over an hour, I finally got the vehicle. I asked if the tire rotation was performed only to be told no it wasn’t give us a couple minutes to do so. 20 mins later I received my vehicle, only to find a puddle of oil on my driveway. I called Steve the service Manager & he was not sincere or understanding. He repeatedly kept saying well, we can see what’s wrong with your car, we can see what’s wrong with your car. There was nothing wrong with my car. I just went in for the oil change. I requested for my vehicle to be towed back to their location. A few days later I received a call informing me the technician did not tighten the drain plug. I reached out to speak to the Manager to say this is unacceptable & how do I trust to have my vehicle serviced there for the 2nd oil change. I was assured Daniel Lopez will call me to discuss my issue. I have yet to hear from him. I also just learned that when they performed the tire rotation it was done incorrectly. Since the rear wheels are larger than the front they rotated them front to back and vice versa rather than side to side. Needless to say I will never return or refer this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or have serviced. One mechanics mistake, could have damaged my car for good.

I had a issue in the past with the service department that led me to leave a negative review. After posting it, I was contacted by Sharnae, the Customer Relations Manager, and I’m genuinely grateful for how she handled everything. From the moment she reached out, she was professional, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. She took the time to understand what happened, made me feel heard, and took responsibility on behalf of the dealership. Most importantly, she acted quickly to make things right. Because of her effort and follow-through, she was able to help me and make things right and restored my trust in how customer concerns should be handled. Her communication, respect, and commitment to resolving the issue were exceptional. Although I had issues in the past, Sharnae turned a bad situation into a positive experience through her dedication and care. She is a great example of what real customer service looks like, and I appreciate everything she did to help me.

⭐⭐ (2/5) – "Good Selection & Facility, But a Nightmare After the Sale" The Positives (They Exist): - Large selection of trucks - Facility was clean, well-organized, and professional. - Salesman was patient and showed the vehicle in pouring rain without much complaint. The Negatives: - Copy of title received 69 days after purchase despite phone calls. - Lien discovered which further delayed commercial plates. - Was able to register for commercial plates 71 days after purchase. - New truck work downtime during this delay. - Check engine light within 200 miles. - Turbo pipe leak → reduced power and warning on truck display to see dealer, which led to the truck + trailer to be towed to the nearest dealer — $400+ tow cost. - The other dealer charged → $800+ to replace turbo pipe. - Throttle body and CCV filter had to be replaced. - Transmission fluid looked overdue, engine oil overfull and thin, intermittent key FOB issues. - All repairs out-of-pocket — no warranty support except active regen. - We wanted the High Output model — got Standard Output (not clearly disclosed). It works but not preferred. Bottom Line: A 2023 model with only 55,000 miles should be reliable — this one had neglected maintenance and required repairs. Getting a copy of the title should not take 69 days.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle last weekend from this location. We made a same day appointment and coordinated the vehicle we wanted with Napletons. They were very patient and answered all of our car inquires. They even sent us the car fax to the car we were looking into. Upon arrival, we were already all set to test drive, thanks to David Sawicki. David was very professional, knowledgeable, & worked fast to get us in and out on the road. All I can say is from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely staff in front. Such friendly faces and for not having a appt, they got us in quickly and made sure we were taken care of. We worked with Muhammad A. (sales consultant), who answered all of our questions. He really knew his stuff! Never once did he rush us. He also made sure that we got the best deal for our budget ! I bought an Audi Q3 from this dealership earlier this year and it included Napleton Care for a year which includes oil change, tire rotation and a multi point inspection. I took it for an oil change on a Wednesday and the following day while driving to work my engine overheated due to the coolant level being below the recommended point. A complete shock considering I had just taken my car to the “experts” that told me everything looked great. Needless to say I spent more money than their Napleton Care was even worth on top of the stress that could’ve been avoided had the Napleton mechanics done their job in the first place. I will not be returning for the rest of the Napleton care. I’ll be going to a dealership that actually knows what they are doing. Absolutely unacceptable!

Two weeks ago I purchase 2025 Jeep wrangler spot and I have excellent experience. The people there was so nice,professional, polite and most important not to pushy. Our sealer Nick was so nice helpful and he do everything to we get best deals. From now I gonna recommended to any my friends to go there to buy cars because he not gonna get disappointed and for sure gonna get best deal and enjoy in atmosphere there.
