I have been a long time customer and the reason I keep coming back is because the service department is extremely professional, competent and friendly. I totally trust that they will only recommend the work that needs to be done and will do it right the first time.

I would like to sincerely thank Danny Schneerson for the outstanding service he provided. He took excellent care of my car, truly understood the issue, and was extremely polite, professional, and kind throughout the process. I had been to the service department multiple times before and no one was able to fully resolve the problem, but Danny took the time to carefully look into it and made sure everything was completely fixed. I really appreciate her patience, dedication, and commitment to getting this resolved. I am very thankful for her help and exceptional customer service.

All was nice. I’m just perplexed with reviewing my documents. Requested 100,000 mile service & had car fully reviewed, serviced and I paid to replace many items but with all that was done, I don’t know if the dear car received the basic oil change & tire rotation. I didn’t receive a notification in the paperwork nor a decal (many places would give) on my windshield.

My whole experience was awesome. The man was knowledgeable, so nice, and exceeding my expectations. Thank you!

Great Service!!! I brought my Rogue in recently for CVT Valve Body replacement. John Napientek was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything that needs to be done and didn't try to oversell and had my vehicle running smooth and clean. The quality of work is perfect. The job was done much earlier that was promised. Definitely will be going back for future services needed on my cars. John Napientek is the best Service Consultant!!! He gets a full complement of stars.

I had the pleasure of working with Khia on fixing my Rogue. He was so helpful, explained everything to me, but also helped me determine what was time-sensitive and would fit into my budget at that moment. Spent an hour and a half waiting and they come back to tell me they can’t duplicate the issue. I gave him a few more ways to try and he said the tech has already left for the day. This team failed to communicate with me until it was too late to rectify the problem that day and wasted my time.

I was welcomed to Arlington Nissan, shown the waiting area and offered coffee then settled down to watch TV while eating snacks and drinking bottled water. A short time later I was told that my car was finished, given a zero amount of to pay and brought to my car to go home. It doesn’t get any better!!!!

It is always sad when you find out you need a transmission replacement. Keven at Arlington Nissan made the process incredibly easy. He gave me a reliable quote, a free loaner vehicle, and even managed to submit a warranty plan getting me thousands of dollars off. His customer service was incredible! So glad that I use Nissan for my service.

The staff was very professional and cordial, right on point. They were quick and after their service, they do offer a complimentary (free of charge) car wash if the customer has the extra time. That way, every time they service a vehicle, that vehicle come out of their service bays like a newer vehicle. Overmore, while waiting they offer free coffee or other hot drinks for customers. It's pretty impressive if you'd ask me.

I took my daughter’s 2024 Nissan Versa for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in no time. I'm very happy with my service advisor John. He has a great customer service experience and cares about his customers. Thank you very much John!!

John is a great service agent and I have been working with him in my Nissan Rogue for the past couple years. He is excellent with people and very professional. I strongly recommend a promotion to retain him in your shop!

Came in October 4 on a Saturday morning at 8 AM. had my brake fluid and oil change as well as a tire rotation took about 40 minutes in total.very easygoing and Kiah was a huge help; got me in and out of the dealership with my car fixed up in 40 minutes or less payment was smooth and I was out the door.

My experience with Arlington Heights Nissan was not all bad. I took my car in for a recall and oil change and the representative Matthew, who met me was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. My problem was the shuttle. I had to wait 30 minutes to get back to work and I was late and then trying to get a shuttle to have them come get me to pick up my car no one ever answered, and I had to pay for an Uber to go get my car. I had called multiple times for a shuttle pick up. No one answered. No one texted me back and at that time it was 530 and I needed to get home somehow.

Great service from Arlington Nissan. John Napientek at service desk was super accomodative and welcoming. Apart from giving me a holistic view of my car service, he also printed out all the details of the benefits that come with the car as I didn't recall what are the added services/benefits I will be receiving when I bought my car earlier this year. 5/5 for the service personnel who did a great job servicing my car and customer service wise for John.

Omg !!! Great a fabulous service team! Thank you for fixing my car like new! After more work that was needed I love that you always kept me in the loop and provided me my options but Danny and the team was great!!! Service is good but the price is different from website and showroom. In website package shows as 99.95$ but they charged 135$ I’m unsure about the difference also car wash is not done properly still many stains left after the car wash.

John performed the most exemplary customer service. I can’t stress enough how amazing he was.I have been with Arlighton Nissan through Brian and Vince who were my service contacts and asst. managers. I can honestly tell you that nobody took the time and cared like John did. He surpassed them in customer service. I can’t stress enough how wonderful his service was towards me and the service of my car. He made sure every detail was done properly and the car was perfect. He went over and beyond. This is so rare in today’s world. I have one question to ask you if you do not mind. Why haven’t you promoted him to assistant manager yet? There is nobody that deserves it more than him. He is not only the most amazing person but an amazing employee.

Let me say John Napientek took very good care of me. I brought my car in on Saturday afternoon He promised me he will call within 2 hours and he did. He assisted me through the whole process including but not limited to Getting me a loaner, discounts included and I truly loved the video of the mechanic showing as well as just telling me what’s wrong. John broke the information down even further with a lot of patience for someone who doesn’t know a lot besides oil changes and tires etc the basics. I came in to do a recall and check the ac system. I worked with John at the service desk and he was very knowledgeable and gave me accurate pricing and time frames. He was very professional and friendly. He arranged for me to be shuttled back and forth from home while work was being done at no charge, and I ended up paying less than was originally quoted thanks to John’s help. I would definitely recommend these guys!

When I purchased my 2025 Nissan Versa in late December of 2024 at Arlington Nissan, Andres G. , the staff that helped us, was very friendly and helpful and provided great follow up post the purchase. Other staff appeared very approachable too. Today, June 21, at my first oil change appointment, I was happy about how smoothly the process went, that the complimentary oil change and inspection were honored without debate and I had a good experience overall. John, the staff helping me, was friendly , thoroughly explained the process and gave updates. All staff encountered seemed nice, professional and personable. Service was timely and the complimentary car was was also nice. Being an animal lover and advocate of all species, I also appreciated how during June donations were being made to help animals at Paws.

Good afternoon I just wanted to say that I have had a lot of cars and believe in the dealership a lot! Until I meet Jonelle Long ! This woman is amazing person she help me out and always keep me informed that work they’re doing on my car . I know everyone thinks car dealerships are expensive and yes they’re but they do a wonderful job on my car I was very impressed! All I can you get what you pay for and believe I took my car dealership for air conditioning was not working properly and they found out more things on my car that need to be fixed and I was not surprised because the car is a2015 Nissan Altima. But I tell you I’m happy that I went and very proud of the work they done! And the service advisor was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and good. So if have a Nissan please go there the work is excellent and the staff friendly. So when you go there go see Jonelle Long she is wonderful woman and very nice person and friendly… Jonelle Long and her staff was so supportive and I’m taking my car back there again! So if you want quality service and friendly service I suggest you go there!!

Wow this was a wonderful experience Our salesman Oscar was very helpful as the sales manager Steven was also very attentive and the finance department Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful I would recommend Arlington Nissan to anyone

Brian Weisbond at Arlington Nissan is the BEST!! Extremely knowledgeable Polite, Patient Friendly & informative. He answered all my questions to ensure the best guaranteed customer service experience. My service experience was elevated to the highest level. They even washed my car!! I know my vehicle is in Excellent hands with the service & technician team. A small detail with changing the vehicle color to Red to match my car on start up absolutely made my day!
