JR’s did a great job doing the repair work in a timely manner at a fair price. They saved me money by fixing a switch rather than installing a new one. I definitely recommend them for auto body work.

We have two cars in the family. Both have made and are making trips this month for a driveway incident - both cars one family member! Funny, I guess. J.R. Collision has been very helpful in arranging the work so that we still have access to one of the cars at all times. They were available to the work when needed and finished as promised. And now both have that “new paint” smell! These were insurance claims, and the work was within the insurer’s appraisal - additional work was reported and approved and the car was still delivered on schedule.

Horrendous customer service at this body shop. However, they performed the repairs to an adequate level that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I won’t be returning to this shop if I ever need work done, there are better options out there and more professional auto centers.

Mr. Strong presented as personable and professional. Replacement of rear bumper and mirror was done to our satisfaction. When we called to inform that we were on our way 9to pick up the car, he provided the courtesy of starting the car up and warming it for us. We will definitely recommend JR Auto to our family and friends.

From the moment I contacted them, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. One of the things I really appreciated was their partnership with Enterprise Rental. This made getting a temporary vehicle so convenient, as I was able to get my rental car and drop off my damaged car all at the same location. JR Auto Collision handled all the coordination, which was a huge relief. Dealing with insurance can often be a headache, but JR Auto Collision worked directly with my State Farm insurance company, taking that burden off my shoulders. They communicated clearly throughout the process and ensured everything was handled efficiently. And most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the repair work. My car looks fantastic – like the damage never even happened! They also provided a warranty for their work, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with JR Auto Collision.
