I was very pleased with the quality of the service work that I received! I took my 2011 VW Jetta SE over there in in January 2026 to get quote on a Vacuum Pump replacement. The VW dealer quoted a high $$$ so I wanted a second opinion. The guys at Real Autohaus got right on it and quickly gave me a quote the same day. They did the work over the next few days and I had my car back to me very quickly. Excellent communications through the whole process with regular email reports and phone calls. I saved approximately $600 at least compared to the dealer. Absolutely would go back!

I brought my car in to have two tires installed, that I brought with, and to have the alignment done. They were very professional and did a great job. The mechanic at Real AutoHaus did a fantastic job and the steering wheel is finally straight after months and multiple tries elsewhere! The man at the front desk was very polite and respectful. It is very hard for me to get there before 4:00 and they were still accommodating and even stayed after 5:00 to get the job done and done well. I greatly appreciate this. I will be using them for future jobs.

I bought a used car, and the day after I got it the electrical system started glitching. The car powered down and sensor lights started popping up. I thought I bought a lemon! I was told to take the car to Autohaus of Arlington Heights. From my first interaction to the multiple phone calls and messages, the customer service was impeccable! Mo was my contact, and his patience and compassion put me at ease. My car needed the window seal replaced, as water had gotten into the car during a car wash, and flooded the module, causing all the issues. Mo kept me updated the whole week they had my car. He even drove it to a car wash to make sure I wouldn't have the same problem again. He was outstanding. The whole experience was positive, even when the situation wasn't. I will take my other car there too!

Had an issue with the locking door on my 2017 Land Rover Discovery, and Autohaus in Arlington Heights fixed it quickly and professionally. Honest, knowledgeable, and great people. Highly recommend! A few weeks later, I brought in my old Ram 1500, and they showed me everything I needed to know to drive safely. Everything was fixed, and now my 13-year-old Ram with 242,000 miles will be taken care of at this place from now on. Thank you for the great service and honest advice!

Even complimented me on the good condition of my 2012 Honda. A disreputable business would have told me that a 2012 needs a lot of work ($$ for them). Real Autohaus has been our auto service shop for years. We completely trust them.

Came in with a P0491 code and right away explained that the code could be multiple issues and that they would check it out. They cover your uber up to $10 and they fixed my issue within hours and they call the warranty for you and file your claim.

My Lexus was producing a known to be very complex trouble code. I use ChatGPT to research the best independent shop that could handle this kind of problem in my area and Real Auto House came out on top of my search. I walked in without an appointment and Jimmy, the manager of the entire shop, took the time to do a deep scan while I waited. They had my car in the shop the next day and a technician named Nick skillfully traced down the fault while the shop manager kept me posted on progress. The outcome was perfect. My car was returned, running better than ever, and all of this was at significantly less cost then going to the dealer. I am now one of many of people that consider themselves lifetime customers Of this shop. Highly recommended!!!

Very helpful group of men here! Especially from being out of town in an emergency situation, they were very honest and helpful And super communicative with zero games or misunderstanding. Having only been a customer of Real Autohaus for 5-6 months now, I am already impressed with the team’s ability to accommodate their customers’ needs and to deliver measurable results. After months of issues with my tires cumulatively costing $1,000 +, this shop was the first to properly diagnose the issue and fix it when every other shop threw out ideas with no real solutions and unsustainable results. I haven’t had to worry about seeing the low tire pressure light on my car go off every other week or cancel important plans to work around a flat tire. The team’s thoroughness, specifically that of mechanic named Ethan, are so appreciated in an auto industry that seems geared towards squeezing the maximum amount of money for the least amount of effort. Jimmy and Anish working in the front have been consistently friendly and validating in listening to all of my concerns; thus far, I have not had to worry about any details being withheld or unexplained. They did a PPI inspection on my sq5 from carvana. Quick turnaround and kept me updated along the way whole time. Jimmy was fantastic and their tech Nick was able to find the issue i reported easily.

If you are a woman don't bring your car here because you will be over sold and recommended repairs that are not needed. Whatever good will we had with you guys has gone out the window when I saw the estimate you gave my girlfriend for things her car did not need. Also $700 for 3 tps sensors replacement is highway robbery. The greed is astonishing

Very good service when I went for an oil change, and again when the low tire pressure warning came on. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly, and they care about fixing the problem and not about overcharging. They want repeat customers and treat us accordingly. I highly recommend them.
