Nora she is so Professional so Productive so Genuinely Nice Personality Very Friendly Very Again PROFESSIONALISM at its finest, i come twice she helped me with my Car filter in the car she was so helpful, she even put on my small headlights, & my engine air filter also. She went way beyond helping me as a customer i see Nora as the Manager her Professionalism again she went way beyond to help me && i came in third time i had my engine light on she did my diagnostic she found two problems she got on it fast im so thankful for Nora’s Professionalism she bring to us Customers my experience with her i’m so thankful. Ordered a part was told would receive a call never did.For part went back a week later was was told it would take 7 to 10 more business days waited another week went back was told part was never Ordered ?

Team O'reilly always gets it right always there to help. My last visit I was personally helped by the district manager. She was amazing,she showed me where everything was that I needed for my 1995 Chevy Cargo Van. Morning crew , night crew it doesn't matter, Customer service is always paramount at Makaha O'Reilly's.
Whoever came up with the idea to bring this store to our neighborhood should be awarded !! Having this store do close to home I know many people in our community puts use to this store so many of my friends go in and out several times a week ! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because 1) most workers have no clue what their talking about or selling 2) several employees on multiple occasions had me waiting til they were done with their personal calls or didn't talk to me during my transaction because they wouldn't get off the phone 3) they talk about really inappropriate things on the phone loudly so everyone in the store hears. Basically in general they should have some kind of education program so their workers know what their selling and they need classes on customer service
