Anything we need for the cars, my other half goes here. Tonight 9/9/24 I’m very thankful for Uncle “Ted” for changing my battery for me even when we let them know it was smoking up. Definitely recommend this place for the parts and for the service!
We bought an alternator and went home to work with it only to find a chipped piece. We tried returning it right after we found the piece along with the receipt but was denied a replacement. We asked to speak with the manager only to be told it was the manager We were speaking with. Unprofessional service, not giving us proper chance to explain ourselves, not mentioning the warranty We paid for the part. No client deserves this kine service. And no manager is ever this rude.
Battery died this evening and car didnt want to start while I was in the area. Staff were friendly and quick to assist when I'd asked them if they did battery testing an jump starts. Walked me out to my car, assessed the situation and got my car up and running. Advised me on what i should do to up keep my battery and prevent future situations like this from occurring. They were very well informed, professional and overall took really good care of me in my time of need. Really appreciate them!!
Manaku, and Michael, was very helpful in figuring out the problem with my vehicle tonight. Ran several test right at the store and they were both very helpful. Very pleased with their OUTSTANDING customer service. I highly recommend O'Reilly's to anyone that may need a battery. They're quick to get you what you need, and very courteous.
To my luck, it's mother's day tomorrow, and although, I wasn't able to situate the battery tonight in my car, I bought a jump pack, and Michael and Manaku, recommended a Mechanic that would be best for me to call that can help install the new battery into my car. This brought me some relief, knowing there's a solution to this problem, give it a day or two. It's gonna be ok.
They went above and beyond, and I'm very much grateful for the business and customer service I received tonight. Will be back with the old battery.
Btw, did you know, that if you lose a receipt, if you've given them a telephone number to begin with, they have your purchases on record, and it's good for 6 YEARS!?!?!.. YUP!! No need to worry over lost receipts, give the guys your number, and they can always locate your purchase. MAHALO TO THE GUYS AT NANAKULI O'REILLY'S. MANAKU AND MICHAEL ???
This place ROCKS. I called them when my husband was headed in with low engine coolant and the store was super helpful and confirmed it was in stock and had it waiting for my husband. Thank you, Mahalo!!!! Terrific store! We will continue to use this location!

I'm rating this review 5 Stars for the sole purpose that I had came across an amazing worker at O'Reilly Nanakuli one evening just before closing who not only had excellent customers, took the time to explain each product and also had so much aloha to go with it. I want to humbly thank employee GEM for turning my bad day into a better evening. Your awesome personality, customer service, patience, laughter and help was used as an example the next day with my employees of what "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" is. Mahalo Nui Loa for being YOU!!!
They always find a way to give you the wrong part. Even when the box says something it's not it. I have gone back and forth to them multiple time. The only good thing is they are freimdy and very sorry for the mistakes. I just hate wasting my gas my time and my money. And as ee all know tome is money
The female cashier that I asked to help me was extremely rude. Zero customer service. Will never shop here again. You're better off making a trip to the next location. The drive will be worth it.
We came in for a flat tire, and Pomaikai went above and beyond to help us. She showed us what we needed and even came into the lot to help us patch our flat. Thank you so much, Pomaikai!! Your kindness really changed our day. :)
well i'm going to try my best but i haven't used that story yet because i don't have no vehicle or any kind of machine so just come down you can believe yourself you have all the parts to me automotive thank you
Great customer service, friendly with a lot of Aloha. I Bought a battery for my F150 and the gentleman tested my old battery and verified it was no good then went ahead and tested my alternator and starter to make sure that wasn't the problem. He the installed my battery as part of there service. I am pleased and will return for service again.
I do 100% of my shopping at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Nanakuli for a number of reasons.
1. Staff is always helpful. Especially when it comes to testing batteries and changing wind shield wipers.
2. They have always provided me with everything I needed.
3. Store is always clean.
4. They offer a military discount.
5. Parking is never an issue

It's a good place to buy auto parts because if they don't have it in stock and another OReilly store has the parts they have it transferred to the store you are buying from within the next day
These guys have been there for me through 4 cars! They always seem to have what I need in stock. If it isn't, but it's on island, they have it in 2 hours. Very personable (Anthony, Joshua, Titus looking at you guys.) They ASK me about my project car even when I'm not there doing any shopping for it. Car parts are a bit pricey no matter where you go on island. They do what they can to match competitors, and even offer a military/veteran discount! Buying car parts for your daily (if it's broken) kinda sucks, there's really no way around that. But if I'm going to spend the money though; I'm taking my business where I KNOW I can get a good deal, and where the people take pride in their customer service. HIGHLY recommended!
Been here many many times and have never been disappointed. Everything I need when I need it! And they also rent out special tools, basically for free. The money you put down is also the money you get back upon returning the tool.
