Why are they weighing the recycles without the barrels.? They're putting it in plastic bags then weighing it. I see the scale has a negative weight with nothing on it. Please look into this matter. In fact, I'll take a video of it.
Without a doubt hands down to the braddah and sista who holds down this center, they have a perfect work chemistry switching off position one in the back one in the front and it moves smooth, I always tip them $5-10 every time because they deserve it, no waiting long periods, no attitude, and always the best local music rarely heard these days. Bringing back old memories of old hawaii. Reynolds you have 2 awesome employees at this place, give ‘em a raise, job aint easy but these 2 no sweat, I’m sure that is hard to find.
Staff are always busy and fast. I like getting my money back because I'm charged at the register for deposit , so why not get your money back. The guys there help you with giving you the garage cans and lifting up to the truck. Good job!
It is sturday the 10th of April. 9:19 am and the workers are just niw pulling up. No one seems to be in a hurry to service customers at all. Not good for buisness.
I believe the employee calculating the refund is under paying customers. I returned way over 900 (17 oz or less) plastic bottles which I filled 10 (55 gl) trash bags and got $26 in return. Based on the company's return rate, I should have gotten at least $45 in return. I didn't question the employee since I didn't want to make a scene on a very hot day and they were other people waiting in line. I totally feel I got ripped off and wanted to put this out as an awareness to everyone else. I did send my concern to the company and hope to get a response from them.
Waianae location is a good one because you do a few errands like cash on your collection of recycles and go shopping at the Waianae store . The guys over there are nice
