Waianae Convenience Center in
Waianae (HI)

Super convenient place to throw away refuse, whether old household items/appliances, garden trimmings, or other rubbish except for certain items like old paint, used oil, old flourescent bulbs or flammable/explosive materials. It's free and open every day except for holidays. You're allowed to drop off 2 loads per day per household. The Convenience Center, also known as the Opala Center, is open from 7am - 6pm unless the dumpster bins are full before closing time, then the staff will refuse any further drop offs. FYI, the staff will not help you unload your vehicle.

Organized... had line but attendant very good at moving vehicles in a timely fashion.

Get there early before a line starts but even if there's a line, everyone is pretty quick to dump their load. My son's are always ready to lend a hand when they see someone having a hard time. Oh and da braddaz over there always safe and courteous.

Emergency room for anything on the waianae coast. Virus station check.

Phones are disconnected. How can we get in contact with them to see what time they close, or if they are full

absolutely no issues. showed up had a spot within a few minutes and was able to dump what i needed to. security guard was friendly too.
