My wife recently went to Napa and, since she doesn’t have much experience with tires, she found herself in a bit of a bind. The staff there, however, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist her. Despite their busy schedules, they took the time to teach her about tire maintenance, showing her exactly how to check and inflate the tires to the proper PSI. They patiently walked her through the whole process, ensuring she understood how to use the air pump and the importance of keeping the tires properly inflated. Normally, I’m the one who handles tire care, but I was at work that day. I’m truly thankful for the extra effort they put in to help her out. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and I’m really grateful for the time and care they took to ensure everything was done right.
I was trying to return an auto battery today that I bought in Feb 2023. My car would not start with this battery. I brought it back to Hanabusa’s to try to get another battery. However, they said that the battery was still good after testing it in store and I should take the battery back. They could do nothing to resolve this. I told them a mechanic had also tested it and said that the battery didn’t have enough cranking power to start the engine. I needed a new battery. They would not prorate the cost for the new battery. I bought a new battery from them and installed the new battery. The engine started and starts multiple times It was the old new battery. BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy a battery from them again and will take my business to O’ Reilly’s in Nanakuli. ??So sad I’ve been doing business with Hanabusa’s for decades. I would have posted no stars but you have to rate at least 1 Star to post. Unbelievably bad service. ???
Excellent service, fast and reliable. A business that's been here many years and many more to come! A local favorite. 5 stars but I would give this business a 10 star rating. They treat every customer with aloha and respect. Very helpful and dependable. Mahalo nui loa to the entire HANABUSA STAFF, you guys are the best!
The service here is excellent and always friendly and helpful. I get parts here regularly. Update a year later.. Through the last year going here. I prefer it by far over any of the other stores in the area. They are super busy but take the time to get things right. Napa has some pretty competitive prices as well which has surprised me. My last car battery was 150 bucks everywhere but here. This one was 110 bucks. Its not always like that but Im very impressed with the amount of parts they can get in quite quickly.
Need parts? Great place, friendly staff that cares all about you and your needs. True meaning of Aloha. Something that's lacking in business now days. It's all about $$$.... not with NAPA Waianae.
Always pleasant no matter how busy they are. Clerks go out of their way to find things for you. If you order a car part they tell you when it will be in etc. I've done a lot of business with them over the years. Always item comes in when they say. Will help you carry things to your car. Always a good experience.
The people here are very very friendly such beautiful smiles when you walk through the door but I do find this place a bit cluttered so much in such a little space but other than that I love this place I come here for all my auto needs and once in awhile just to browse the accessories the workers here know exactly what you are talkin about and often will give you an awesome price I will be returning here before I go anywhere else they are my local one stop shop for all my Auto needs
They have all the basics & then some for your car , truck & other motor vehicles. Special parts may have to be ordered and they'll bring it in the same day unless it has to be shipped from elsewhere out of state. There's a friendly staff that will try to help you get what you need... Calling them is the best way to see if they have what you're looking for...
Today was my first experience using the Napa app. To place my order with Hanabusa's Parts NAPA the app worked great, but I have to say that the people that work at Hanabusa's NAPA are what made the app get 5 stars. They are excellent they have a great attitude, excellent knowledge of knowing just what is needed to complete the job, and they even looked for a different part number that they me have in stock. Because the one I put on hold on the app. They didn't have in stock. Thank you Napa app, and even more Mohalo to Hanabusa's NAPA you are great!
A teeny tiny auto parts store, but they've always had everything I ever asked for. I'm sure if they didn't have an item, they'd order it for me. Prices are good. Staff behind the counter are friendly, helpful, and patiently answer my questions every time I'm there. And that means a lot to someone who doesn't know much about cars.
