Big J and Travis were quite lovely and made a not-so-great logistical situation as smooth and fun as possible. Tesla coordinated the pick up for me and I’m happy they did! I had a great experience.
Said they were coming in two hours, I asked them to call me when they were on the way. 3 hours later, nobody shows and they won’t answer the phone. Terrible to do to somebody on the side of the road.
After been turned down with one towing company my insurance found this company and I am so grateful..I called the dispatch to ask how long and the lady was very polite and helpful. The guy that towed our Mercedes was so careful not damage the car he took his time loading and unloading the car. I will be recommending the company
The worst company ever . The guy that answers the phone is super rude however the actual driver was very helpful . I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it.
Later than was told. When i called The guy who answered was rude about it. I said I was Told 15 minutes, it’s been almost double. I have The time stamps to prove it was almost double the time and he blatantly said “oh it had not been that long. The guy is just stuck in traffic I’ll have my guy call.” I do not recommend this place. They were expensive and did not update you when late unless called.
