Incredible service from New Assistant Manager there, Zeke. I wasn't sure what amount of oil I needed for my vehicle and he brought me 4 different options and a recommendation. Place looks much nicer lately. Recommended.
To those who read this. I went to there stone mountain location to pick up parts and the service was horrible, I was quoted a price with taxes over the phone and when I arrived to pick up the products the customer service rep working the front desk was dry and rude towards me and the amount in which I was quoted was not the amount that I paid. If you want to buy products from this company do not take what is quoted over the phone because it's not right and the service sucks.
Terrible experience and customer service. 4 employees standing around and I wasn’t greeted at all. They acted like I didn’t exist. Hate to play the race card, but I’m sure you can infer why I wasn’t greeted or attended to in a timely fashion.
Absolute worst. Do not do business here!
This is the "best" place to get the right automotive parts. They have always given me the correct part with #1 rated service. I highly recommend this company and will never go anywhere else.

I purchased some items from Conyers location to fix a car and was giving the right parts but my invoice reads different. I recently tired to return the unused items and they wouldn't take them back because they put the wrong items on my invoice. He manager came off as rude on the phone and I cooperate wouldn't do nothing about it. I suggest before anyone use this company to sure you are paying for the what you get. I got the items I asked for and paid for three totally different items and they want return my money ervn with the invoice.
Bad customer service! In one years I have replaced my radiator twice, they will not stand behind their product for a new one this time (3rd time) after another 2 years! When it is defected, 3 in 3 years!
