DONT USE!!!!!!.....Had an emergency at 12 am, my husbands truck broke down and as I was looking for him a tow company to tow him home, I spotted a Bama Boy operator in his truck. I asked the tow driver if they had any available trucks to tow a truck to my home address and he stated "Yes" that was possible and another operator could have the tow done. I proceeded to call the local number for Bama Boys and mentioned to the dispatcher what the tow operator stated to me and asked if the tow was possible, the dispatcher asked for pick up and drop off information and then placed me on hold, she came back and stated they did not have anyone and that the tow operator I had seen was the only driver in the field. I asked if he could go and get my truck and she then stated that they didn't go from the Conyers area to Wesley Chapel and that Wesley Chapel was not in distance. But then changed the reasoning saying it was 12am and that after a certain time they don't go out Conyers distance, then she stated that they had no drivers and the driver I spoke with couldn't do it! Just unprofessional!!!.. the story changed 3 times!!!!....Wesley Chapel is 2 exits down from Sigman Rd. I witnessed their tow driver drop off a car and drove off with an empty tow, but stated no tow operator was available?! This is a tow company and the radius in miles was 15 miles. Black owned business, but not willing to take any business! Dispatcher unprofessional and not clear at all with policy & procedure. Training needed for Dispatcher!!!!!
This company took care of my needs with great customer service. They responded very quick and had one of their truck in route with in minutes. First class all the way. The price was very reasonable. Im very pleased all the way around. Give them a call and they will take care of you too. Thanks
Cedric came out to tow my son’s Chevy Silverado to the dealership for repairs. The truck has a very high lift on it and the front driver’s side axel had broken and the entire wheel was turned out rendering the truck undrivable. Cedric had all the proper equipment to stabilize the wheel and get it pulled onto the tow truck without causing further damage. 2 other companies came out before Cedric and didn’t have the proper equipment to get the job done. Kudos to Cedric and Bama Boys Towing Inc. for doing an awesome job! We would definitely use them again for future towing needs.
Charles was helpful and he has great manners Echoe Keisha Anthony Chris Tyrone and Cedric Charles went above and on and he is the world greatest tow truck driver.
Chris saved the day! We were stranded on the side of Hwy 138, all other towing companies was going to take over 2 hours and wanted down payments before showing up. Chris was there in 30 minutes, didn't take payment until we arrived at our destination. It was easy process to pay via Zelle.

These young men always take great care of us! Months back when returning home from a week long hospital stay, the d/s front tire flew off, across the street and hit a tree. The guys came quickly and even got the tire from out of the bushes. Tonight, my daughter was on the way home and the truck cut off. She and my boyfriend were able to get it off to the sidein a parking lot while she waited for AAA. The guys got there, loaded the truck up and took it to the repair shop. They always come with a great attitude and have a heart for helping. They communicate well and are punctual. I would absolutely recommend them for any towing needs you might have.

I must say that this is a great company to deal with. They towed my car after an accident in November. The staff is friendly, easy to do business with and have great customer service. After calling around and being disappointed from the prices or them saying they couldn’t do the Job I finally ran into this awesome company on google and called Bama Boys, they came within 5 mins and was done just a fast!! My name is Ralita D. My car was towed by Bama Boys through AAA July 8. I should’ve taken it as a sign when they were running four hours behind to pick up my car. The driver (Chris) failed to tie my car down properly which resulted in my vehicle hitting the back of the cab. I was told that he would personally take care of the damages but then was ghosted two days later. When trying to go through their insurance, the entire situation was downplayed as “just a bumper” when the damages were over $11k and counting. My vehicle was dropped off to get the initial problem fixed (O2 Sensors) driven fine to the body shop & I’m still without my car a month later because additional damages have been found due to this accident. This “just a bumper” incident has cost me a lot of headache and now suffering because their insurance company does not want to take the blame for the additional damages and an over $2k bill will be put on me. I still don’t have my vehicle. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go through another company. The level of professionalism is hard to find at this business and it’s a shame that hard working people are left with the fall.

Top notch! I actually used them to tow my car from another tow yard because the people who had my car were very rude and overpriced. They got to me in 30 minutes as quoted, the price was reasonable with no hidden fees. They handled my car with care! I had to ride to the drop off with my car, and the operator was a complete gentleman and made me feel safe and secure. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

I had a great experience with Alex from Bama Boys - I was alone and locked my keys in my car, after several failed attempts of trying other companies to come out , I finally found Bama boys. Less than 30 minutes later Alex came to the rescue and had my car open within a minute! He did NO damage to my car & was very nice.
