Mr. Wayman with Finish Line towing towed my car today 12-4-25. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the service. He came in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service. I HATE TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS! I WOULD PUT NO STARS IF I COULD!!! Terrible, terrible company! Please avoid! My brother called them and they had him sitting outside for over three hours and then the driver FINALLY came out to the scene and told him, "He had another job that he needed to get to and that he would be back in 15 mins." The driver never came back! my brother felt discriminated against, and not taken seriously or even taken care of! He sat waiting on a service that was never received! He also spoke with a manager and she stated that she sent him to do the other job and there's nothing he or anyone else can do about it! I was on the phone with my brother the entire time! and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy!
It was the worse experience ever! Steer clear of Finish Line Towing at all costs! Don't waste your time on a company that will leave a consumer in the side of the road FOR HOURS, and then disregard their safety, and also their concerns!
Thank goodness for Tyler he was there in 15 mins just like he said! He was nice and professional, I was able to get my car towed during my lunch break-I appreciated that😁

Stranded on the side of I-20, I was given a 60-90 minute ETA from roadside assistance for this company to help me out.
More than 90 minutes later I find out this company dropped the call and didn't update anyone and refused to answer their phones.
Now I have to wait another 2 hours for a different company while car's pass by me at 70-80 MPH.

I’m absolutely thankful for Tyler(T. Dubb). Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. This morning my blazer would not start at the gas pump. My insurance company sent out Finish Line towing and Tyler showed up (before the hour time frame they gave me). Me thinking the worst and trying to get the car to the dealership Tyler tells me he could get the car started. He did just that, it was the battery. Tyler jump started my car, told me I needed a new battery and where to go to get the service done. He even answered my questions on a different car without hesitation. First time using Finish Line Towing and I will continue to use Finish Line Towing.

Tyler was an absolute lifesaver for my husband and me when our SUV broke down on a very busy and dangerous road. He arrived quickly, was courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. Tyler patiently helped us charge the battery not once but twice, and his calm and understanding attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Tyler showed up thirty minutes early for our 8:30 appointment - I couldn't believe it when I saw him there at 8:00 AM, ready to go. Within fifteen minutes, he had everything sorted out. What really got to me was how genuine he was throughout the whole thing. It didn't feel like some cold business transaction - it was like having my brother or cousin help me out, you know? In a world where everything feels so impersonal and rushed, it was honestly refreshing to meet someone who still cares about doing right by people. Made my whole day.

Tyler is a real stand-up kind of guy awesome driver very knowledgeable of what he's doing very professional I would recommend him to tow anything at any time I had him totally classic 71 Mach 1 and he took very good care of it and finish line towing is the only towing company that my whole family recommends they're fast and they're excellent at what they do and very good prices as well
Mr. Robert wright and his co-worker went above and beyond their job. My car needed to be towed they picked up and had my car to me within 45min, plus they tried to jump my car. Mr. Robert wright said that he believes it’s my starter. Both men were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

They answered the phone immediately and had someone where we needed them in a half hour. Price was reasonable, particularly considering the distance from their company. Front desk and driver were competent and friendly. Payment process (charge card) was flawless.
Randy was my driver. The service was excellent. He was very quick, friendly, and efficient. He was very careful when putting my car on the truck and he was smooth navigating in and out of my complex. He even let me chat his ear off on the drive to the dealership. 10/10

My employer uses Finish Line all the time . They are always very quick even when we call for last minute needs. Randy is usually the one that comes to help out with our deliveries. He is always quick, professional & efficient. He always has a good attitude about last minute changes from our customers also. And he is always polite & good for a laugh. I’d give him 10 stars if I could .
My alternator went out in my vehicle today . I used my road side assistance & Finish Line Towing was the company they chose . I was in a panic because I had to get to my son by a certain time . I called the company and explained my dilemma and asked for ETA . The manager Nate drove his personal car to me to expedite the jump . The jump was unsuccessful because it was the alternator . Nate took me home so I’d make in time for my son off the bus . Then Jeremy towed my vehicle . Jeremy called when he was on the way and was very polite . Both gentlemen had excellent customer service , & were polite . They went way out there way to help me and get my vehicle home. I would recommend them to everyone . A business where the heart of the company is service will ALWAYS do excellent ! They definitely get my business again .
The customer service was far beyond what I’ve ever received. I’m a 22 year Army Veteran. Robert treated me like I was his family. Even helped recommend an amazing dealership that was closer to our location. It was a God send. Give that man a raise please!!!!! You just don’t experience good people like that anymore these days. I will recommend Finishline Towing from here on. Especially Robert, he safely towed my car, his experience definitely was a plus since the car was electrical and would not go in neutral. It truly made my day💪🏾
Yesterday I came out of a volunteering activity only to find out that the passenger right tire on my F-150 had gone flat during the two hours there. Road service sent Finish Line Towing. Fernando was great! First we unsuccessfully looked for my trunk’s tool to access the spare tire under the truck. Then Fernando tried to use the kit from a friend’s sports utility car. Finally he filled the flat tire with a solid amount of air so that I could safely drive to the nearby Mavis Tires Store two minutes away.(And they were so kind to change the tires!) Although the flat tire incident set me back a couple of hours, my husband was supposed to drive long distance on the F150 the next day. So God used this inconvenience to possibly spare us from something worse. So good!
He stopped to assist me without being called, I had a flat tire in the darkest, dangerous, isolated part of HW 212 possible. He showed up like a superhero as I was embracing for a 3 hour AAA recovery to arrive. The gentleman refused to take the monetary tip I offered.

Ryan was quick and professional with our towing. Our car moved safely and he communicated with us the entire time. He notified me from pick up to drop off. I will definitely be using their services again.
