Part Authority visited on today had a load to deliver. Arrived at 7:30 am and departed at 4:00 pm. Jamaican man VERY UNPROFESSIONAL not customer friendly or friendly at all. It makes no sense for anyone to be that way or act accordingly. Upon reading the reviews I had mixed signals about the delivery but from experience this is the Worst of the Worst. As a truck driver and delivered all over the states this is definitely at the bottom of my list customer service is definitely lacking.Do not deliver here....

This location is not truck-friendly at all. They are extremely strict about appointment times. Drivers are only allowed to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment, otherwise they make you leave their property.
There is also no truck stop or proper parking nearby, which makes it very difficult for truck drivers who arrive early after long trips.
The receiver was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude, which made the experience even worse. My broker told me the appointment was strictly at 8:00 AM, so I planned my trip accordingly, once I check in, I found out it’s 1 pm. Now I don’t know who to blame now I still ended up wasting my entire day waiting.
If you are a truck driver coming here, plan your trip very carefully because it’s not an easy place to deal with and they don’t seem to care much about drivers.
Don’t DELIVER here the black guy is rude he will kick you out and tell you to come back app time, even tho i was told it’s first come first serve.

Looks everyone's got a bad day. I read the reviews for this place and j thought it was gonna be horrendous. The lady that greeted me in the parking lot was great big smile on her face told me where to check in, name was erika definitelyshe was the highlight of my day. They have security inside the red door guy inside was super nice checked me in got me docked right away. The lot is a little tight but very manageable for a expearianced driver. Unloading was fast. Everyone here was super chill with a great attitude I dont know what the bad reviews are about. That to say I've spent a lot of time in GA and the south more broadly. I have no doubt if I would have come in hot with a bad attitude myself I would have had a very different expeariance. My advice for anyone coming here is be on time, duh, and down here you get what you give. Have a big smile walk in say hello ask how everyone day is and be respectful. I wish more recievers were like this. A word on unloading time. It could have been faster to be honest, but i had a second stop after this and I'm out in plenty of time to make that so I cant complain.
The received guy is uneducated and disrespectful I don't know how to hire them, he deserves 0 stars, but there is a nice guy who offloaded me his is Momadu or something like that,
Actually there should be a 0 star rating option, Receiving guy is a worst person I have ever seen at warehouses, needs education how to talk, shouting without any reason, keep these people away from working places otherwise they’ll help company to get 1 star rating very soon. He is working hard to named this place a worst place. all docks are free, still they don’t want to work. Try to stay away from here.
If Parts Authority sign on the building say Open @ 8:00am and Closed @ 5:00pm on Saturday, then why is there no one there at 2:00 on the same day?... Change your sign to say closed before 2:00pm!
My experience delivering a load to this business has been terrible. After a 2 hour wait I was told that I was not on the schedule. After contacting the broker they found that I was on the schedule and I was told they would unload me. After 4 hours I went in to see what the hold up was. It did not go well with one dock worker., he yelled and told me I was not on the schedule today, but we had already established that I was on the schedule earlier in the day.. It has been very upsetting how I have been treated here. The only bright spot was a dock worker by the name of Derrick, he stepped up and began unloading my trailer. The one star belongs to him
