They had customer appreciation day you don't want to miss the next customer appreciation day for the hospitality and friendship that we experienced at this O'Reilly Auto Parts a fantastic location no I'm not just saying that because of the free food I've been here many times and it's always been excellent

Drove like a bat out of hell to make it before they closed on Sunday. Arrived with 6 minutes to spare, but the front door was locked. Another patron and myself knocked on the door, and the tall guy with curly hair and a beard as well as the heavy set Latina acknowledged we were there. They decided to ignore us anyway. After repeated knocking, the man gave us the cut off (your head) sign. I said, "I just drove like a bat out of hell to get here on time." He obviously did not care. I said I would leave a bad review and he gave me the thumbs up sign. So here it is. What is with the bad service at this place? Poor training? Poor wages? Both?

On Friday afternoon I went to buy something at that store. There was a girl. I don't remember her name, but she was a thin Latina. What bad service she gave me. She treated me very badly. Not only me, she was rude to all the customers. One of the mechanics who works there told me that she was always rude to the customers. I would like the manager to see my message and call his attention. I would like him to teach her to respect people because customers are treated with respect. We are not going to get anything for free. We are going to buy.😡😡😡😡

I went to get a back windshield wiper bc it was rainy and mine wasn't working. They guy who rumg me up was so nice and put it on for me because I couldn't even get the old one off. Thanks to him I got it changed before it started pouring rain!

Terrible..they sold me a used BAD part TWICE! 1 for each of the 2 different stores I went. Ended up going to Advance Auto Parts instead where they had a brand new part that worked

Super helpers and friendly since I called them by phone and when I go to buy the part, they was specific & honest give me the time to explain my needs and an exellent price with a great quality parts ...

I would rate this place 0 stars if I had the opportunity. I came in and wasn’t greeted or offered any help, but that’s not even where my uncomfortability started. I was looking for something and as I looked three boys were at the cash register cussing up a storm and talking about girls bodies. One of the young men were repeatedly saying the N word and he wasn’t even black. I do not recommend coming here if you want decent customer service and respect. I was uncomfortable and hope that this is dealt with because it was not okay!

my experience has always been to find vehicle parts but now i am requiring a mikuni carburetor for an axis bm200 minibike and put more than speed power. I visit soon

Had a very bad experience with customer service at this oReilys last year that put a very sour taste in my mouth towards the whole company, but today, I took a chance and came back. Derian went far above and beyond what I expected and turned me into a loyal customer AGAIN. He definitely redeemed this store. Give him a raise and promote him over his co-worker asap. I will continue to come back as long as he is here. Thank you again Derian.

I guess to get waited on one has to be a Latino & a male. Very bad customer service...wait a minute I didn't even get that. I wasn't even acknowledge while waiting in line . A guy skipped ahead of me. Smh. Never again this location.

Never had any issues out of this location. Fair price and expert help and even offer plenty of best practice tips and tricks to get whatever you need to get done, done. Always clean and well organized store

Worst customer service . 2 Employees present with no customers in the store . Approached one of them for help to purchase an item and he had no clue . He just walked away . The other guy just kept smiling . Short on staff can be understood but no staff is better than these employees. Will go across the street to Autozone

O'Reilly is a very professional company always have the products you need, or they can order the products you need . O'Reilly's is a great company. I'm satisfied with doing business with O'Reilly's.

Great Service! People come in and out constantly so no idea who will take care of costumers, but they all works as a team! 100% Recommend this location. They offer Military discount as well💖💖💖

Great auto parts store. I was searching for a thermostat that no other store in the Metro area had on hand. I placed a call to O'Reillys and it was available for a reasonable price. My arrival in the store to my checkout took 6 minutes. The guys here were very knowledgeable.

Very helpful. Didn't have what I needed atm but gave me an address to another store 7 mins away.

They were very helpful. Store was clean. Returned a starter bought in February 2021. It didn't last long and nether did the replacement. Taking it back tomorrow. The starter was poorly remanufactured. Not the stores fault. Let's see how long the next one last. Getting tired of changing out the part. Nothing worse than being stranded. 😡🥵

Went here yesterday to pickup a fuel filter. Called ahead to make sure it was in stock. Spoke with Jordan who said it was. When I picked it up he had it waiting and I had a fast checkout. Jordan went the extra mile. Purchased other items here before and always had a good experience. They are a bigger store so have more inventory. Everyone working there wore a 😷.

Great customer service. Even though they couldn’t help us with both items that we asked about they were very friendly and really tried to help us! Unfortunately, this was our second choice place. I wish we would have chose here first. Advanced Auto Parts had terrible customer service and we happened to see an O’Reilly. Thanks for treating your customers the right way!

Picked up windshield wipers brought them to the counter. The person st the front desk was waiting on one person forever. We patiently waited until someone popped out of the back room to wait on us. Finally, we were able to purchse the wipers and requested free install nobody available to do it. Complete waste of time. O'reilys advertises free install. Never go there again....Service was deplorable.

Antonio was so helpful. I called everywhere to find a Battery with no luck . The. I call O Reilly s and got what I needed thank you so so much

I came in the other day to check whether or not my mom's car battery was bad and Abel was the first one to volunteer to take a look at the vehicle and also replace the battery for us. He worked hard and diligently to get us out within 10 minutes , I would definitely recommend anyone who needs help to stop by here. The rest of the crew I met that day all seemed extremely friendly and welcoming as well.

The staff is extremely helpful, especially the night crew on 28Nov18. They assisted me with diagnosing a fault in my car and getting the part to install on the spot. Something AutoZone wouldn't do

Just had a very bad experience with autozone and came here. The staff was more than helpful and i can’t thank you enough! Will always be conducting business here from now on!

Only one guy has being helpful, every other staff has no knowledge of parts and how-to's... ( update ) came back in for a few parts counter person actually argued with me about what I wanted and when she called manager over (marcelo) he didn't even bother to talk to me, just made a rude comment "that's it tell him he's wrong". I was standing right there... will not be coming back.

I never buy on this place again, really bad costumer service, I bought a fog lamp for my truck,20 days later the lamp just blow inside the fog lamp fixture, went there to replace, they said the lamp blow because was in my car and not gonna give me a new one, I did complain about, guess what?? They put me out of the store.
