Called for a quote. I sent pictures per requests with part numbers. They gave a quote that was below market value for the precious metals inside. I tried to negotiate with I higher, but fair market value price and was immediately told “I’m sorry that DPF is no value I’m not going to pay for something that is not of value” & “You may take it to another location if they are willing to pay you that”. Thanks! You got me more money than your initial low ball offer. 2 stars for being shitty when they did have to be.
They were able to recycle my catalytic convertor, they paid a good price. I misheard them and thought they said a smaller fare, they corrected my hearing and paid a higher price than what I heard. I had my 7 yr old with me, and they gave him a powerade on the way out. I don't want another catalytic converter to go bad, but if it does, I will return. Thanks!
