If you want to lose your money come to this site, because they don't care about customer service! they just fill their bags and be careful about putting a bad review because if you have business they go to your Google reviews page and describe you just what they are! Look for options but don't go with these people, if you don't believe me just see all the reviews, plus they only care about your money they treat you like you are doing them a favor! Save yourself a bad time and don't come here!

Don’t waste your time with these clowns! Very dishonest! Called to get a price for an amp for my bmw. Was told $100. Showed up to buy it and they doubled the price bc I “didn’t have it in a text” Then drove an hour and a half on a Saturday to get an injector. Google says they are open 10-2 on saturdays… they sent me a text that Saturday is by appt only. Use another salvage yard if you can!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I’ve known of them for years but this is my first time doing business with them by myself without my mechanic. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN!!! I guess they think all women don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Regardless of everything they are not people who stay true to their word!!! Please don’t waste your time coming here. I wish I could tell all of Georgia!

My wifes car was having issue with her abs light so i went to them to purchase a new abs module. The abs module was not compatible so i brought it back less than 24 after viktors associate said he’ll refund me since it didnt work. I was on the phone with my wife when she was trying to get the refund and because they didnt want to give her the refund or work on her car they then threw her keys down on the couch instead of handing her the keys seeing that she was holding our new born child. Horrible service. They dont care about you, they only care about your money and they dont respect women go else where. There is a place named boost ready motorsports that is really good with their customers

SCAMMERS & FRAUD – AVOID BMW BUY PARTS! I had a terrible experience with BMW Buy Parts (6443 Warren Dr NW, Norcross, GA 30093) and I strongly advise against doing business with them. I purchased an engine from them that was misrepresented and not what I was told it would be. They conveniently left out crucial information, and once I discovered the issue, they refused to offer a refund or even an exchange. Their customer service is nonexistent—once they take your money, they don’t care about resolving any issues. They don’t stand by their products, they don’t disclose refund policies at the time of purchase, and they make excuses instead of taking accountability. I’ve had to file a formal complaint and will be pursuing legal action if they refuse to resolve this matter. If you’re looking for BMW parts, do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable. These guys will take your money and leave you with junk parts and no way to fix their mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM BMW BUY PARTS!

I had a terrible experience with this seller, Victor and this shop, I found them on Facebook Marketplace and I initially went to their shop to purchase a part, an O2 sensor but due to a language barrier, the seller gave me the wrong part. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return it myself because of work, so I sent my mom to exchange it. When my mom arrived, the seller lied and claimed I never paid for the part, even though I have bank statements proving the payment. They forced my mom to pay again, essentially making us pay twice for the same part. Additionally, they provided no receipt or proof of purchase, making the situation even more frustrating. This seller is dishonest and took advantage of both me and my mom. I strongly advise against doing business with them. They also always keep their door locked, which is strange for a business.

First time visiting this establishment and must say they have everything you need fir your BMW. Wish I could have found it earlier, could have saved alot money. The owner Victor was very nice and so was hi assistant. So guys if you need BMW part come see Mr. Victor! They also have a service department ?

Dont buy from this place, they sell junk cars and parts. They are sketchy and wont give you receipts. There is no guarantee with these people

Liar and Thief!! Ordered a BMW x5 steering wheel airbag. The item came in and the emblem had a dent on it. I notified Victor right away. He said to ship it back, and he would refund me minus a restocking fee. I disagreed about that since he sent me a faulty item. I already paid to ship to me and to ship back to him. He’s a liar and a scammer and has been ignoring me. He took my money and he has the product. Don’t do business with them.

Awful customer service .....sold me parts that don't fit my car and only offered a partial refund. These guys don't care about your needs....it's here you are, good luck and don't come back!

I went there a week ago, and got a simple oil change and the mechanic left a the oil pan screw loose and when I talk to the owner about it he acted as though it was my fault. Now how could it be my fault when I don’t even fix on cars. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car to this place for any major repairs, when something as easy as an oil change couldn’t be done. I would give this place no stars if I could.

They’ve got everything here, great customer service and know a lot about BMWs. Great place to source your parts without spending a ton of money on brand new parts.

These guys are good! They know what they are talking about when it comes to BMW’s and Mini’s!! They do everything step by step and explain what’s going on and are reasonable with prices! Understandably they are very busy so you have to call ahead! I will always go here and never again to dealership

I recently bought an 04 BMW 325 that needed a ZF transmission. These guys gave me a GREAT price and had the car back to me at the end of the day after they installed it. They’re very upfront and honest and they know what they’re doing. Definitely glad I chose a BMW since I know they am an work on it! TRY THESE GUYS!!
