I am new to self-car-care and i have only been to a few pull it lots. BUT WOW….i have to tell you that the KIND & respectful ladies and gentlemen at Atlanta’s Go-Pull it were a huge help and literally a life-saver! While at the lot I had a cardiac problem, specifically,severe angina.I wasn’t able to help myself but the staff and the manager were quick to help me. The team got me out of 99+degree heat and provide me with cold water, shade and a seat until I could take the heart medication I required. And on top of everything, they didn’t miss a beat with helping all their other customers. THANK YOU Go Pull it! PS: my ABS module works perfect too!

Honestly an overall solid junkyard experience, but my part was SO costly. The junkyard is very well organized, takes just a brisk walk to find the right vehicle, friendly staff, all great. When I rung up my HID Headlights, I was really surprised to hear the price at $260 for the pair. $140 more and I could just buy an aftermarket LED set! I was very surprised to see them price a part that was likely going to get crushed anyways at such a high price. I decided to go through with the purchase because I could sell the same headlights used on eBay for around $150 profit but come on, almost $300 for junkyard headlights (with the warranty + fees/taxes) is a bit ridiculous. I was okay with the price at the end of the day, but the saleswoman sneakily added in warranty for the bumper BRACKET itself, which was a different product. I did not notice this $15 extra fee until several weeks later. I would have been happier if the sales team was clearer that they were adding the warranty for the headlight AND the bracket.

My go-to spot for car parts. The staff are always nice and knowledgeable, especially Daisy. I've never had a bad experience and will continue to shop here in the future.

The young lady named Daisy is always pleasant and professional. It is a breath of fresh air in the used parts industry for someone to be both very knowledgeable and patient with customers at the same time.

This used to be the place to go to get used parts for a good price. I’m not sure what happened but now they’re just as expensive as eBay and Amazon, so I don’t bother driving down anymore when I can find the same part online (and sometimes cheaper) and get it conveniently delivered to my front door.

Went to this pull it today and was checked out by daisy for some bmw parts. She gave us a good deal and had extensive knowledge on parts. Good yard for sure!

I drive from Cleveland Georgia after calling and asking if the car was there and the car wasn’t there That’s a 1:20 minute drive one way I’m very disappointed this is my first time at this location and they are very unorganized and unprofessional

Filled out the form to get a quote to sell my car off and no one has gotten back with me about the car. I got a text that I could get extra money so I followed the link and did everything but no one has called me about it to set it up. What a waste of time. They don't ever pick up the phone and it's impossible to get anywhere with them.

This is the best salvage yard I have ever seen they go above and beyond more than you would expect. Great staff and my biggest shout out goes to the owner. Twice I showed up and was refused entry after driving over an hour. First time I got there 4:30pm. The Google hours state 6pm closing. They had already clocked out. I pointed out that Google maps says 6pm. They said that must be summer hours and they were going home. This last time though...... As I approached the door some little punk came out the door and shouted at me "you're not coming in". It was 5:32pm, last entry is 5:30pm. I kept walking, hoping I was dealing with a reasonable human being. This scruffy little flake then closes the door and crosses his arms like some kinda bouncer, destined for the ER. (I had a friend in NYC who was a little small to be a bouncer at a bar I worked at. It was past last entry and he told a marine vet that he couldn't come in, and he bounced my friend straight to the ER). So I get to the door and as I'm putting my tools down and saying "please, I just drove an hour with no ac and I know exactly what I need to pull", this little nonce puts his hands on me and shoves me with all his might. Mind you, my girlfriend who weighs 110lbs touches me with more force when she's not even mad. He says his name is Carlos and keeps up his tough guy act as he steps inside and closes the door behind him, kinda like a Chihuahua that barks a lot and then cries and runs away with it's tail between it's legs when you step to it. Although Carlos being more cowardly than a little Chihuahua did this without me even stepping to him. Anyway, I'm not sure what the purpose of Carlos's featherweight shove was, against someone with his hands full. Just to take cover behind a closed door. I think management needs to check this kid. His actions were absolutely unacceptable for a place of business. Not to mention he might end up hurting himself because of his actions. Check your cameras, Thursday 8/17 between 5:30pm and 5:40pm and see for yourself. I'm sure that is not the way you want your staff to be behaving. Or maybe you just don't care. This place is overpriced anyway. Do yourself a favor and go to Pull-a-part where prices are reasonable, as are the staff. Update: Nice of them to reply, with at least some truth that he did in fact put his hands on me. As for my 'aggression' and pushing, totally false. Absolutely unacceptable way to conduct business, and then lie to cover their staff. 0 stars!! ****In response to your response, why don't you use other google services to upload that video. I would recommend YouTube. Then share the link here so other people can see how your staff handle themselves?

I've visited here few times after it was bought out. Still have good inventory. But unfortunately have yet to have good experience. Their prices are to high "in my opinion". I have met few staff that are nice and respectful. But others just seem angry, and are waayy to serious.

I was there today. Wasted time. The prices are in no adequate. For a part that costs $15.95 on Amazon, they asked for $17, and for an old windshield blade $6, when a new one costs $7.5 in Walmart. And also they charge a fee of $ 2 just for entering the site. So. There may be an OEM parts on the junk car, but it has exhausted its resource, or maybe OEM pard has been replaced to China made part. Car is junk.

Terrible place of business. Came in there and bought a door panel and they didn’t tell me the price until the receipt was printed out. Found out they nickeled and dimed me for everything on that door panel. I then asked if I can give them back the parts for a refund on the parts I didn’t need but they said I couldn’t because I didn’t get their “one year warranty”. Even though my receipt just printed out. What’s next they’re going to charge me for the paint on the door pane next? Didn’t want to make a scene since they were closing and they had a kid running the cash register. Called the next morning and they couldn’t do anything for me. Definitely some snake oil salesman business if you ask me. Avoid this place at all cost cause they will con you in some way.
