I had the worst failure one could experience. I had to have my Ford V10 engine replaced in my motorhome. Peach State Truck (PST) broke down all my options in great detail. Additionally, they provided daily progress reports once work began. What I thought would take 4-6 weeks took about 4 days once parts arrived. The front desk was great (Ricky), and the chief Tech was great (Josh). At pickup I had a three-page checklist I brought. After two hours, I had one small item. Outstanding work. Now we will see how Ford Motor Co. rebuilt engine does.

This place is top notch! Parts were super knowledgeable about what I needed and service was quick to get the issue solved and get me back on the road! Would bring all my trucks here!

If you're looking for the best place in Metro Atlanta to service your RV, I highly recommend this shop. RV dealerships often do a poor job when it comes to chassis and engine work. I have a Class C Ford E450 with a V10 engine that is over 10 years old. Until recently, I had only performed oil changes at home. I took my RV in for a thorough inspection, and they identified several mechanical issues, which they promptly fixed. The staff is excellent at communicating and provided a detailed analysis of the problems. For just a few hundred dollars, you can bring your RV in for a comprehensive assessment of all systems, and they'll give you an estimate for any necessary repairs.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Peach State Norcross! They were attentive very helpful and opened arms to me and my son. I felt like I was a part of the team today . Our company small Sapphire Tank Lines came to Peach State over a year ago for some issues with a unit. Well, that same unit needed a brand-new ECM. We had all the work done at Peach State because the work is warrantied and the people know what they are doing! I wanted to share that your service team members like Rico and Justin treated us with the outmost respect and care. They made the experience very fulfilling, and they did their best to help with pricing.

If you need your truck or motorhome repaired, then this is the place for you!! Two other places (Ford Dealers) could not fix my issue on my F53 motorhome, but Peach State Truck Centers got it done. They are meticulous and thorough. My customer service advisors, Ricky and Justin, kept me informed and made sure my problem was solved. Those guys are great! The General Manager even checked in with me to make sure I was getting what I needed. I give this business my highest recommendation. They saved my trip.

Jada went up and above and was very personable.. had an issue where the tow truck driver kinda hid the truck we had dropped off. Jada was patient and found it for us. Great communication and definitely top notch.. Truck was also repaired quickly!! 110% great experience!!!

Fantastic experience all around! Truck was towed in for a clutch issue. Originally I was given a window of 3 weeks because of how backed up they were. Would have put me in a serious bind. Explained that to Kelly and Jennifer. Not only were they able to get my truck in and out on less than 2 weeks, but the repair has been perfect! Not an issue since. Everyone in the office was very nice as well. I would not hesitate to bring my truck here again.

From my initial call, Jeremiah stood out with his patience, helpfulness, and dedication to making sure I fully understood the next steps for our coach’s service. When I arrived, Jenifer welcomed me warmly, carefully documented all the issues and recall work, and left me feeling confident about leaving our coach in their hands. The very next day, the team had it in the shop, diagnosing issues and addressing recalls efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Jeremiah’s communication was top-notch. Since my schedule often limits my ability to take calls, we primarily communicated via email, and he made sure I was informed of every step. When the repairs were completed, he reached out promptly to let me know. I couldn’t pick it up right away, and he assured me it wasn’t a problem. A few days later I could finally come by, he had the coach pulled up front and ready—even though I arrived close to their closing time. Despite the late hour, he never rushed me; instead, we had a great conversation, and he took the time to make sure everything was perfect. What truly impressed me was the follow-up. Jeremiah reached out the next day with both a phone call and an email to ensure everything was in order and that I had no issues. Exceptional customer service! Came in for a simple PM appointment prior to a family vacation and had a check engine light come on as I was headed in. Jennifer and the techs not only completed the walk in PM on the same day, but they diagnosed and repaired the engine issue within 48 hours. Our family vacation wasn't a bust due to their hard work and fast turnaround. Thank you!

They had me diagnosed and approved for a new transmission within three days with the warranty. Had the truck ready within another three days. The woman that took care of me today was a blessing! I think each employee should have the same attention to detail that she exudes. A very simple fix for my 2023 F53 was going to be put off until next week until she intervened and took control of the situation. I will update her name as soon as I think of it! I don’t leave feedback and reviews but she deserves to be highlighted for making me feel like true customer service isn’t a lost cause.
