Don't waste your time on the website. When you get there the car you are looking for may likely not be there despite what the website says. I went there looking for the Cayenne said to be there and it wasn't. Then one of the workers had the nerve to tell me that I should've looked at the date they received it (Feb 24) with the expectation that it would be gone by now. I was too angry to laugh. She blamed "ME" for thinking the car was still there even though the website STILL SAYS IT'S THERE TODAY!!! To make matters worse........ customer service clearly tells you that you can't speak to anyone at the location where the vehicle "should be." Who runs a business like that????? They were nice enough to give me my $2 back AFTER I ASKED!!! What a waste of time.

This was my first time going to Pull-a-part. The customer service was awesome. I was speaking with Gio and Rick, and they were so nice and even gave me some suggestions on how to improve the visual of my headliner. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys!!!!

The staff is amazing Zariel and Rick helped me pinpoint my running board and check out while signing up for this thing called a vip membership.

Was a very good experience the staff helped me find the wheel that I needed for my car.Very greatful to amy and odalis for pointing me out to where my car would be located on the yard and very Greatful to the little black child I think his name was juju who helped me carry the wheel to my car.

Cynthia helped me today and she was awesome. The location is nice and has a good selection of cars. They do a good job of rotating in new stuff so everything isn’t picked clean.

This place absolutely sucks. Staff are super unhelpful. Found a tire in the wrong spot that should have fit my car. It didn't. When I came to return, they would only do store credit. I won't ever be back to pull a part

I found the exact car I was looking for and got all the parts for a very reasonable price. In order to shop here you just need to pay a two dollar entrance fee, if you have a membership then it is one dollar. They have a large selection of cars and they are all organized very well. Since it can get hot somedays they have areas where you can get water. If you are looking to buy replacement parts but unwilling to shell out a ton of money, then I recommend stopping by here.

Man these guys are a life savers. I ran out of gas in the parking lot and they jumped out to help me really fast in this storm. John that work in the back and the guy working the counter Geo had great attitudes !!! Thank you guys

From the moment I walked in I was greeted. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I honestly had no idea what I was doing or exactly what I needed, but shoutout to Joe for his help and patience. For those like me who are unfamiliar, keep in mind that you have to bring tools and literally pull the parts yourself!

The staff here really doesn't care about anyone or anything. Get here no later than 5pm each day, they are supposed to close at 5:30pm but the atmosphere here is such that God forbid they stay open the full 30 minutes. But you get what you pay for. They have a great selection of cars and parts for very cheap. It's a necessary evil if you're fixing a car on a budget.

I was looking for brake pads bracket bolts for a family members' car and they had some. Even though they were a tad bit smaller they were still friendly people to deal with. I will be back again.

This is one of my first nice experiences to see it directly how it all works. You go there and pay $2 entrance fee and enter the huge open lot. You optionally can search for the items you are looking for in a computer at the entrance and print the details on a paper to take it with you. Then you just walk up to the row you need and remove it all by yourself and come back to the entrance and pay the amount they say. From what I have seen it’s very very cheap.

We just bought an air cleaner and an inline intake manifold for around $50! Matthew was very helpful and made our experience so much better. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully he’s here again!
