Doug and MJ are amazing I dropped my wallet and they had for me such a blessing and helped me find my wheel for my car

I cant bellieve how happy i am. This is like the kids park for the Child me service is good . Everything organized . Allot of cars in the house " if not all of em"!! Lady on the front office is super! The only thing i would leave a note for is to provide people with small equipment that they can atleast rent from the store while they are gettin theire stuff pulled. Insted of purchasing theire own personal equipment from outside

Doug assisted us with our credit issue.. he was very helpful.

I went to Pull-A-Part Atlanta North off Buford Highway and the the customer service was great. The young lady at the counter Marilyn was Exeptiional with every single customer. I couldn't believe how great she was and knowlegable and smiling while she handled the customer. I immediately wanted to see her manager to pay her a compliment. Just awesome service .

Doug provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable answering questions I had. Great attribute as well!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I visited this location a few days ago for the first time, and while the store did have the vehicle parts I needed, the customer service—particularly from management—was unacceptable. The manager at this location was arrogant, unprofessional, and openly disrespectful toward Spanish-speaking customers. I personally witnessed him speaking to a Spanish-speaking customer in a condescending and hostile manner, raising his voice and displaying clear passive aggression simply because the customer was having difficulty understanding him. His behavior came across as discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. It was upsetting to witness such treatment, and it left a very negative impression of this business. I do not understand how someone with this attitude is in a management position. If this is how customers are treated, it raises serious concerns about how employees may be treated as well. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this experience was disturbing enough that I felt compelled to speak up. Due to the manager’s conduct and the apparent discrimination I observed, I will not be returning to this location.

Rocio and Daniel really helped me out by introducing me to the VIP program they have. It's completely free, you get cupons each month, and don't have to worry about loosing receipts because they keep them on your account! Don't know why anyone would pass up on it?!

Wasnt having the best of time trying to find what I needed but Marilyn was incredibly helpful in directing me, really great customer service overall.

i love coming to this place to get parts for my project car, marilyn always has a smile on her face and is quick to assist me when i’m looking for a certain part. love the holiday sale’s too!

Never really had any trouble with this location they always treat me right and are always courteous.

We had MJ as our clerk and she did a great job finding our long lost account and getting us through quick and friendly

We received so much help from everyone especially the guys in the yard helping us find the part we was looking for and offering to take the part off for us because we didn’t know how and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap parts

Love this place. Been repairing my celica for a few months now. Every time I come in MJ is always on her A game. Greets with a smile, very knowledgeable and overall the best. When she attends us, everything is always smooth. Can’t recommend enough!!

The ladies at Pull-A-Part are the most helpful women I have meet. The men however at that establishment are full of themselves. The manager has never been helpful and I have seen him give preference to the men that work there. I have seen him argue with the ladies that work there and his behavior towards them is unexpectable. I hope they hire a new manager soon, the store was doing so well without him. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because those hard-working women deserve better. Rocio, Adeline, Jordan and Paloma are what makes the North location the best.

Everytime I come to Pull-A-Part, I am excited to see the staff. They all try their hardest to help me find the car I am looking for. Rocio and Paloma always make their best efforts to make my experience lovely.

Rocio is an extraordinary person who is always willing to put her foot forward and help me. Paloma has great customer service and shows genuine interest when I talk to her. Jordan and Adeline both show great leadership skills. The staff at Pull-A-Part make me feel welcomed every time I go to sell a car.

Great place we came just to see if they had any sun visor clips for my gfs car and out of the 5 different VWs they had 1 with the same color and style clip we needed , very organized and easy to navigate just use the website, location and find the exact row the car is in , check in was easy $2/person part only cost us $10, would definitely come again

MJ was a gem. If you pulling small parts off a junked car and have complaints you are the only one to blame. Hot, dirty, lots of late model junkers just like God intended.

I found the exact car I was looking for and got all the parts for a very reasonable price. In order to shop here you just need to pay a two dollar entrance fee, if you have a membership then it is one dollar. They have a large selection of cars and they are all organized very well. Since it can get hot somedays they have areas where you can get water. If you are looking to buy replacement parts but unwilling to shell out a ton of money, then I recommend stopping by here.
