Asked a lady in the same complex where the emission building was. Guess she works for the Kees Customz. She was rude. Acted like she didn’t want to help me. So I went to the emission building. A black guy was there and he told me they don’t do emissions anymore. I asked him why does he still have the sign up saying emissions. He said that the guy who owned the building didn’t take it down. Okay either somebody is lying and they didn’t want to help me or they’re just running bad business. Either way nothing surprises me anymore. It’s always bad customer service with all these people. Even if the lady didn’t work in the emissions building, she could have been nicer. Will be my last time coming to this building.
Open late on a Friday! I remembered at the last minute that I needed emissions done. David was friendly and knowledgeable. Emissions were completed quickly with no issues. Thank you David!
Fast!!! Great service. Open till 8 p.m. I was purchasing a car and needed to make sure it passed emissions. I called them at 7:45 p.m. Got there at 7:55 p.m., had me immediately pull in, performed the emissions check, and did it all with a smile. Never once complained about what time it was. There are so many businesses locally that advertise they're open until a certain time yet if I arrive within 30 minutes of closing they refuse to perform the service they offer or complain about it the entire time I'm there. What a refreshing change to actually have a business who performs the service they offer right up until the time they are scheduled to close, as it should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I came here for emissions and was done in about 10 minutes. The gentleman, David, was very thorough and professional. The fee is $18 (cash only). The environment is friendly and I will refer my friends to come. Thank you.
We have gotten emissions here for several years now. They are fast and know what it means to give great customer service. David is very professional and helpful! Price has gone from $15 to $18 but we will continue to use AutoTrail for our emission needs.
Absolutely great experience here at AutoTrail Emissions, I am leaving this review for my fiancé but i shared the experience. I will be bringing my vehicle here in October! GREAT JOB! Would give six stars if they let me!

Worst emissions place ever. Emissions test failed with six codes. Adjacent mechanic tested and found only one code—not a code that affects emissions. Tried to get retested during business hours 9AM to 6:00 PM. Took off work for 9:00AM testing. Waited till 9:30AM for them to open—adjacent mechanic said attendant doesn’t come in till after 10:00AM. Came back at 2:10PM to find door open with sign saying “Will be back in 10 minutes. Now waiting till 2:40PM and still no one around. Waiting our time. Paid $17 still have the retest to pass. Thinking about starting over with
Very professional and never made me feel unwelcomed i was in and out very quickly compared to most emissions text places around here and was cheaper at that ...would highly recommend everyone go here wonderful service
