I bought a used bumper from eBay and it wasn't mentioned that all of the clips were broken. Found the Bumper Doctor and they were able to fix all of the broken clips and saved the bumper from being trashed. Super duper happy that I found this shop!!!!!!

This place is very unprofessional. My step dad called and asked them if they had my particular model of bumper and they said yes. They had the year, make, and model of my car so I thought we would be good. I called myself and asked if they had the bumper just to be sure, they said yes. So I drive up there and tell them the bumper I need. A guy comes out and looks at my car to be sure. Then they go back inside for 10 minutes then a guy comes outside and tells me “I’m sorry we don’t have the bumper for that car” so I say “that’s why I called to make sure that you had it before I came down here” he says “yeah I’m sorry my manager must’ve got it confused.” They do have a lot of bumpers if you’re looking for one. Just make sure that before you go up there for no reason that they definitely have what you need with photo evidence.

Little tricky place to find. But very good people. Little hard to find it. So you park your truck in the parking area where other cars are in the plaza & walk to the place, then they give you directions bring back or straight.

Be prepared for the fact that after agreeing on one price over the phone, they will eventually tell you another. You either accept the new terms or leave with nothing.

If i could give 0 stars for my time i would. I own a car lot & i know how important time is. I call at 12:30pm to assure they have a bumper i called about a few days prior. for a FX35, dude answers i ask him he straight answers “yup we got it “ , im like okay great, can you set it aside im going to be on my way. He goes “yup i got it” DUDE DIDNT EVEN CHECK. Make a TWO HOUR drive to get there, for them to tell me “oh im sorry we dont got it” …. I JUST CALLED and you told me you did !! All he could say is… “im sorry” as if that gives me back my TIME & GAS. Total FOUR HOUR DRIVE, because this dude couldnt have the respect to physically check if they have something before making me drive 2 hours. All he could say is “im sorry” horrible customer service, no resolution, no respect. Wasted 4 hours of my day, dealing with traffic & $100 in gas. Time is $$ ANY BUSINESS acknowledges that. All he had to do is CHECK and i wouldnt have gone go waste my day, but he was too lazy to do so. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend them if youre coming from far. Theyll waste your time

Went on website looking for a white 2007 Honda Accord Bumper. No color given on website, so I called. Provided PartsLink Number. Nice Website! Gentleman told me the 1.) range of pricing 2.) I would need it painted (the upsell) since it will probably have scratches and that it will need to be 3.)installed (the upsell). I asked him again if he had a white bumper. More talk (up sell), no answer. Asked me to come in. For me -60 min drive, then a return visit to get someone to transport it IF it is white. For them -10 min walk to check. Business must have a profit and I was told they have quite an inventory. Very disappointing.

Brian was very helpful on my last purchase, as the bumper was missing a piece that cannot be purchased aftermarket. He shipped the missing component same day, no questions asked. More than pleased with my repair. My 06 Dodge Magnum SRT8 bumper is practically the holy grail and incredibly difficult to find. These guys got mine not only repaired, but fabricated a couple missing sections from nothing. Blown away by the work and can’t wait to get it onto the car!

horrible service completely ignored. White man must be depressed or absolutely hate his job with a passion. bumpers are badly scratched with no care, i do not reccomend this place at all. Go look somewhere els for bumpers, and good luck having them pick up their phone, they will let it ring and ignor you

This is a place where you can find used but good bumper for your vehicles

Bought a bumper about a year ago from them. Perfect condition, professionally wrapped/packed. Price was fair, location was a little inconvenient, but I'm not complaining.
