The lady at the desk was very rude with customers that had a lack of knowledge about getting in que.
She was so rude that customers started cursing her out.
Well I was next and she was as equally nasty to me as well.
I have been shipping cars from Copart for years and the system for the que was malfunctioning.
She needs to find a new line of work.
She’s not qualified for the pressure of customer service.
After totaling my car, I went to collect my items, but several of them were missing, and the air tag was longer in my car, but still at Copart. If you need to pick up personal items after you totaled your car, do it BEFORE they take it here.
Amazing place, they just need to change the people that works there, especial the lady that is in the front desk she think the place belongs to her bad service and bad way to treat costumers, I be a regular costumer but copart corp should do something about it or they will lost a lot of costumer we need them but they need us.
BEWARE-this company does not THOROUGHLY inspect cars before auctioning off! They go by what little info that insurance co gives-EVEN WHEN IT’S NOT ACCURATE!
My husband bid on a car due to very little wrong with it and after he wins, FINDS OUT IT HAS FRAME DAMAGE!!!! Are you kidding me???

This copart location with steal your personal belongs. They will then proceed to blame you for leaving your personal belongs in your car. Make it make sense. People at this location are also rude when you ask about anything.
Saw Buy It Now price for a vehicle came to check it out. Just checked vehicle prior going to building - still available. On the yard , still available. They send drivers to watch and follow you. I stopped at a car and yes employee/driver stopped too.. Made it to the car (remember Buy it Now) - testing it. While IN the Car. 💥 Boom -Car Is Sold. Like that fast while checking it out.!!! Timing is suspicious but the fact it happened TWICE at this location is no coincidence. They are just disingenuous and don't care about people. So my time wasted. As always at this location. Beware and be alert coming to this location
This place is a complete joke! Terrible customer service! I wrecked my vehicle yesterday and was unable to take all my belongings with me. I arranged for my car to be picked up the next day from the tow yard so I could get my things. I literally left from the hospital an went straight to the tow and they had already picked up my car not like they were instructed. I had to visit their yard the next day. I do the sign in process an wait about 10 minutes and they say they are ready. I go in and the clerk had order the wrong car to be brought up. She apologized and said they would be right up. 25 mins later she has told them to bring the wrong car again! While waiting I observed her helping another customer in a very rude manner. Scolding the man for messing up a form instead of taking time to be patient with him because clearly there was a language barrier. I spoke with him after and he also said she was very rude. I waited almost 1 hour for them to finally bring my car. When I looked inside all my belongings had all been stuffed in garbage bags and locked in my back hatch. My car was dead so I couldn't even open the hatch. They broke items off of my car Instead of allowing me to remove items myself. They had my vehicle less then 24 hours and should have not touched anything! When I complained to the manager he was unbothered and started spitting off policies to me and blaming the wreckers for any damaged items. This place is completely unprofessional. They need to learn more patients and a higher quality customer service.
The receptionist came at me with attitude right from hello. This place is a disaster. Here's to hoping she sorts herself out with whatever help she desperately needs.Looking at the reviews.. she should be fired. She's miserable and will continue bring your company reputation to the ground.
Awesome Customer Service! The entire staff was Professional, Accommodating and Efficient. The teamwork displayed was remarkable and generosity was second to none. Saved me a lot pain and anguish, which I so desperately didn't need. A wonderful experience.
The first time I went there I thought the person at the front desk was rude and had an attitude. I dismissed it because I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, when I return about three weeks or a month later I then saw that there is a serious problem with the person at the front desk. She’s very short with people and speak to them in an unprofessional manner. I really hope she gets a handle on this She’s a very cute girl. I just wish her attitude was as cute as she is.
What a nightmare this place. I guess is a requirement to have a disrespectful attitude to work here. All of the representatives are miserable, worst customer service in the wold. No respect for the drivers and their most valuable asset. TIME
Only have 1 star because the ladies at front desk are great. Loading times are horrible. Plan on being here for hours even with a appointment. Over 3 hours to get 1 vehicle. Why have appointments?? This is one of the worst coparts I've been too and I've been to them all over the country.
I’ve never left a review on google (or anywhere else for that matter). But this place is so bad that I’ll end that streak. My car was towed to an copart lot for insurance to check out the damage. After my adjuster came to check out my car, copart was supposed to tow my car to a local body shop on March 10th. They didn’t actually tow it until the beginning of April. When they finally dropped it off at the body shop they left my car unlocked and keys in the car just zip tied to the steering wheel instead of using the key drop. Also they had removed my license and didn’t bother to put that back on. When they fedexed my license plate to me it was bent in half and no screws were included. Apparently I don’t need my screws back
I've pulled from roughly 40 different copart yards across the country. This yard is the epitome of an absolute disaster. The office personel were awesome. The guys in the yard running loaders are an absolute joke. 2 hours past my appointment window, loader operator pulls me into the back and watched me load the vehicles myself, while the others drove in circles trying to look busy.
Zero stars. Waited today 40 minutes on the line, to preview vehicle, and didn't watched it. Left to the home. And what is interesting nobody was before me and after on the line. Some women on the front desk was friendly only with Spanish guys.
If I could give no stars, that is what I would do. There is so much attitude from the 2 females at the front desk. They hate their job and the people who come in there. Why do they make you wait for up to 45-1 hour to see a car? There is no reason and the other Copart's do not do this. I hate coming here as much as I hate going to the Post Office. RUDE RUDE people. We are trying to save cars is all you RUDE SO CALLED employee's
I would not recommend them for any kind of business they have no respect for people's property and their employees are thieves I had a gift for my daughter in my trunk they threw the mats in there damaged it and somebody stole a phone holder out of car. And the management or supervisors will tell you you shouldn't have had the stuff in your car you should have removed your things they just brushed it under the rug and moved on. I wouldn't have gave him a star but that was the only way to write a review if you value your things don't take it there.
I had to come here to pick up items from my car that was declared a total loss. The check in system is simple and efficient. On either side of the doors,, you simply scan the QR code, access the site and fill in the information which take 3 minutes. You will need your lot # for easy location of your car. Go to your car and wait for a text that lets you know they are ready to assist you inside. The site provides an ETA but it can go from 30 mins, jump to 60 minutes and to "Ready Now" all in 20 minutes time based on how quickly the agents clear the line so I would stick around and wait it out. Whitney helped me and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She was a ray of sunshine on such a super cold and wet day.
This location is a joke. You have to pay the loaders to bring out or vehicle or wait a one or two hours for them to bring out your Vehicle. I been here since 8am and its 9:30am and I'm still waiting. Iaai is such a better place for picks.
I’ve been with copart for a couple of years now and this is the first time I find them to be completely incompetent and clueless.
Purchased a vehicle from this yard and the loader gave my driver a different car. The vehicle arrived at my shop in Hollywood FL over 1,000 miles away, to find out it’s the wrong vehicle. When I reached out to the yard and inform them of the mistake they were extremely unhelpful. The office manager at this location is completely useless, instead working with me on a resolution she simply denied any responsibility for her employees mistakes. Now I’m out $700 on shipping cost. Worst location ever!!!
One of the most ridiculous locations I’ve ever been to. Workers have no sense of urgency and are ill mannered. Management might want to incentivize or better train staffs on customer service; if customer satisfaction is their priority which I honestly doubt.
This place is the worst with load times. You have to wait HOURS to get just 1 vehicle. They tell you to make an appt to avoid the long wait times. You make an appointment and you still wait for hours. Loaders are constantly stopping to talk to drivers and each other. No other location is this bad that I’ve gone to. They really need to get better and get more organized especially when you make an appointment and have times to keep. I try my best to avoid this place by all means cause they will waste your whole day and evening.
Came here to pickup a car since 11 am. It was 2 pm and I was still waiting on the car. And when I try to talk to someone, they said they were busy. This place is unorganized, no knows where the cars are, and they each give a different answers or explanation of the lot. There is no leadership whatsoever. Whatever the issue, it looks like this place has no manager or working toward a purpose. I know I m wasting my time writing because there will be no change. However, I wanted to warn my fellow people who shop cars at this location.
