Ryan was my angel today! I had a flat tire in the parking lot of Auto Zone in Cleveland Ga and Ryan worked diligently until he replaced it!!! He saw that the jack I had was no good and he bought a floor jack from the store. After he replaced the tire, he asked me to pop my trunk and he gave me the floor jack. He was my Angel today and I will be forever grateful for that young man.

$10 for a 2 pack of Sylvania 194 LL peanut bulbs (AKA. TAG LIGHT BULBS, LICENSE PLATE BULBS) is OBSCENE Retail auto parts stores are really becoming obsolete because they're pricing themselves out. To put this in perspective: I, instead, bought a 10 pack of Sylvania 194 LL peanut bulbs on Amazon, with tax & shipping, they're still just $6.56. Andrew was nice

I would like to give a huge shout out to the young man Ryan who helped me this evening with an issue. It did take a good bit of his time up and was even close to closing time but he never stopped what we were working on until the problem was fixed ! Thank you young man ! I appreciate you very much !

If you’re a young woman DO NOT come to this auto-zone by yourself. I came in with another person thank god, but when we walked in the man behind the counter was sitting WITH HIS PANTS PULLED DOWN TO HIS KNEES with his underwear still on ( I’m dead serious). And when he realized that two customers had come in he quickly pulled his pants up and had them unbuckled in front of us. We asked him for an air filter, he said they had it, (fine) and then asked us what size our car engine was, we weren’t sure so we went outside to our car so he could check, but had to uncomfortably wait for him to finish buckling his pants. Finally we go outside, he checks the engine and then goes to look inside the car to see where the air filter would go, and said that it would be too difficult to replace even though I already knew how to replace it myself. He talked to me like I was stupid and kept sarcastically telling me that it was really hard to replace implying that I had no idea what I was doing even though I’ve literally replaced my own air filter SEVERAL TIMES before. In conclusion if you’re a young woman in need of a car part make sure to come with someone that you trust to help you because it was honestly really unprofessional the way everything was handled. Not sure what was happening with the pants thing? But that seriously needs to be checked out because that made me and the person I was with EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

I had an amazing experience here! I was visiting from Mississippi when my car's alternator went out while I was in Georgia. The staff was incredibly helpful—one of the ladies there even helped me find a mobile mechanic who was both reliable and affordable. The part itself was also very reasonably priced. I truly appreciate their kindness and assistance during a stressful situation!

Andrew is NOT the guy you want to seek help from. From the store, to my car, back into the store he lost not only the part but the screw that holds in the part, then thought it was my fault then realized he dropped the screw into the taillight. He was no help finding the right bulb for me, but when i go down the road to another part store they have no issue finding the bulb for me. He then proceeds to say he fixes my tag light, and when i get home it isn’t even working. Not happy with his help.

(December, 2024) Adrien walked a quarter mile to the other end of the parking lot to get a computer printout from my car, which would not start in front of Tractor Supply. I appreciated him taking the time and making the long hike. Many thanks to Victor for taking the time to show me how to install a new tail light bulb (August, 2022). Had them order some special hard to find in stock exhaust hangers for my 1996 bmw z3. They were able to order them for me and had them the next morning at 9am. Super fast getting the part I needed and got the right parts exactly as I described over the phone! Very fast and friendly service!

Very poor customer service. 3 employees in the store none acknowledged me and I kept trying to get help for 10 minutes. Finally left They weren't doing much and just frowned most of the time

Alternator and battery went belly up simultaneously in their parking lot. The guys (shout out to Andrew, especially) did everything they could to help. Many Thanx, Cleveland auto zone.

Ricky J was the nicest, most knowledgeable salesman I have had the privilege of working with in a long time. We were traveling and needed a battery, he sold us the correct battery and installed it and all with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommend AutoZone in Cleveland Ga

Britt came out and changed the bulbs in my headlights! Another changed the batteries and another changed wipers!!! Everyone was so helpful! I highly recommend Autozone!!! They were amazing!

Never again they don't value there customers her in cleveland ga. Ask a question get laughed at. Never again will I do business with these people. Of you want better service go to advanced or slack Napa in town way better. Rather spend a lot more money then to be laughed at.

Stopped at Auto Zone with concerns on battery. KYLE was great! Cleaned battery connection and did a check to ease my concerns. Educated me on car facts and couldn't say thank you enough.

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition and I had NO IDEA how to change out a headlight. Thankfully, Bronson helped me out. He got out his tools and got the light changed for me. It was a learning experience for us both. He was so kind and polite. I wish all retail workers were as great and as helpful as Bronson. THANK YOU BRONSON!!!

I'm sorry to you autozone. I didn't mean to give you a 2 star review. It was by mistake. I agree that you do strive for excellence and that is why I choose autozone most of the time. You are great. Employees are very helpful and ready to get you the tools/accessories you need for your project.

I believe his name is Jordan maybe Josh but he was very helpful even considered my needs once leaving the store in order to accomplish the needed vehicle task set out for and without his inquiry at check out to ask if I had the special tools needed to do so I would not been able to do timely without having to figure out all on my own who knows if I would have been able to and wasted my money and time all together then end up having to find a mechanic to take my vehicle to been out of a ride during the time it would take the mechanics to get to it and all the dollars more it would have costed!!! Not only was I like no I do not have & how much but learned at that point I could rent the tool return it to a different autozone in another city where I was traveling to and get the full amount right back in my pocket for which I did and cost me nothing extra in the end. Mission Accomplished! In fact anytime I’ve been in this store next to Dominos Pizza everyone has always been extra helpful and in educating me on things I otherwise would not have known from being just becoming a single mom DIY YouTube Mechanic

Yay for Cody at Autozone who helped get my friends back on the road today! So impressed with how helpful and friendly he was installing the battery and wiper blades! We will definitely recommend this store and use them in the future!!!

I had simply a loose fuse nothing more than that and they were fantastic professional really nice Jordan T is the one that helped me super courteous great place to know of and 10/10 would recommend to a friend and they’re just so kind helpful and don’t seem to be out to just get your money like a lot of places will.

My 1999 Nissan Pathfinder broke down not too long ago. I walked into Autozone and gave them the code. A very kind gentleman named Trevor helped me. We diagnosed the problems I was having, and we decided to get a new distributor. He even walked me through the steps of installing a distributor. I went home, and I was able to install the distributor by myself... and surely enough it was the problem I was having! So now the Pathfinder lives another day! All thanks to you Trevor! He is very kind and smart. one of the best workers I ever met! Trevor deserves a raise! A true professional! Hats off to you, Trevor!

Usually a trip to the auto parts store is quite unmemorable, I've always found the employees polite and willing to answer questions if needed. But there is an employee at this store, Skylar, who is always goes beyond (including the time he stayed after closing to make sure my husband and I got the right car battery & got it hooked up so we could get home safely after a long a road trip) in a way that makes running the errand a enjoyable. For someone like me who knows little about cars, I appreciate his knowledge and proactive attitude.

These guys are awesome. I went when I got off of work it was 15 minutes before they closed. I left my credit card at home they were sweet and let me drive home and get it even though it was after hours. Thank you guys

I am ashamed to. say I don't know the young man's name But his customer service was phenomenal. I literally just have left at 8 tonight and I couldn't be more happier Not only did he help me get the oil cap off of my Jeep Cherokee, but he was so knowledgeable in the problems I was facing with the vehicle . Not only was he able to give me precise and knowledgeable instructions on things that could be affecting my vehicle, he also was very knowledgeable on the different problems that this brand and this line has He even put the oil in the vehicle for me . This young man is a wonderful addition to your company and thank you so much for helping me

Good people that are informative and helpful. Although someone didn't know how to put wipers on and I myself, an amateur, followed the simple instructions for the three vehicles that needed new wipers. At least they helped me find the correct sizes for all vehicles.

I came here several weeks ago to buy some antifreeze. I selected my product and went to the register to pay (no one but me in line). Another person walked in and the store associate went and helped them and then ushered them in front of me to ring them up. I put my merchandise on the counter and left. Not good business etiquette. FYI Tractor Supply had the same 50/50 mix for 3 dollars less.

I dropped by to sort out an online order close to closing time. Phillip and Skyler help me and worked through the problem well after closing time until it was resolved. I am impressed, will definitely go to Cleveland's Autozone for future purchases and help. Very helpful, Great service.
