I had an amazing experience with Griffin Wrecker thanks to Scott. I accidentally locked my keys in my car at 1am, and Scott came to the rescue. He was extremely professional, prompt, and handled everything with honesty and integrity. In a stressful situation late at night, he made me feel taken care of. The car was unlocked quickly and without any damage. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism—excellent service all around. Highly recommend Griffin Wrecker and Scott!

Today was the fourth time I've used griffin for wrecker service. As always they were expedient and got the job done quickly with no damage to the vehicle. However the price gouging is a bit ridiculous, six months ago I had my truck towed to a dealership 20 miles away and paid $160 for the tow. Today I had a car pulled out of the ditch in my driveway and paid $300. I drove and parked the car myself afterwards, 50 feet maybe, to the car port. $300 for 20 minutes, which the first two times it was $60 for the same job just a few years ago. Same ditch lol

Unlocked my daughter's car for her in Cleveland. Fast service, great price, and friendly service. He even called me to tell me that my daughter was on her way. Best service in Cleveland/North Georgia.

Locked key in my pickup at our weekend getaway place. Got ready to head home and realized truck was locked. Called these guys and they were on it. Maybe 30 minutes from time I called til time he had my door open. And what I feel was a good price. Good people.

Awesome job!! Husband and I were staying in a cabin in no man's land. Our truck got caught up in some thick, wet gravel. We called and someone was there under 20 minutes and got us pulled out in no time! Very professional, friendly , knew what he was doing, and reasonably priced (especially on a Saturday morning).

This is the best wrecker service I have ever experienced. Derrell not only picked me up with my car and dropped it off at a repair shop, but he also drove me to a local restaurant where I could wait for a ride. He went out of his way to make sure I was ok. I want to say thank you again for helping me get out of a various dangerous situation off of Poplar Stump Road in Helen, GA. My Black Silverado wheel was trapped into a sink hole on the side of the mountain, an extremely close call of my truck going over into the river. Once again, Griffin weecker service, saved the day and rescued my car from its resting place on the side of my road. Mitch Richardson graciously called to let me know that it was safely delivered for repairs. THEN he took time to discuss what he had found, and in response to my many questions, gave me confidence that this was apparently a somewhat simple repair, and not the final collapse of the old car. So I am grateful with a sigh of relief and a few thousand (or tens of thousand) more miles before its retired. What a relief! Always a happy ending!

Incredible service. Used for wrenching my car's two front tires out of the mud on a day hike expedition gone wrong. Was recommended this company by local law enforcement over the phone after my roadside assistance insurance sent out a dud of a service provider. We called and asked about pricing, found out it would be a couple hundred bucks, and then we got a call soon after with an ETA for the service provider assigned to us (Scott). Scott showed up shortly after he said he would and was so kind and helpful. He quickly dislodged the front of my car from the mud. Then he showed us the best way off the mountain and even got out of his vehicle to show us the right way to approach another two tricky spots (mud holes and a creek) on the way back to the main road. We so appreciated his help and his kindness after a long day. 100% recommend this company! Thanks again Scott!

The gentleman that answered the phone was super nice and the gentleman that came to get my car was beyond nice. Also helped me calm down since I was very anxious. Made a few calls about a variety of places to have my 66 towed. One being over an hour away. Ended up getting it hauled in town. They were fast to get there and get it hauled to the place. They made it really easy to deal over the phone. Especially when I'm an hour away. Thanks.

The owner of this company personally showed up and pulled one of our machines out of the mud while we were servicing the power line that feeds this entire area. Super nice guy. He saved us alot of trouble when no other company around that we called had any interest in even showing up. If any company deserves success its this one. Highly recommend. AAA+

The owner rocks. They were short handed & he took care of my job personally, because he knew I needed help. And was very reasonable in price. These guys go the extra mile! Jacked up this beast, took the wheels to the tire shop, brought them back & reinstalled them, ASAP!
