I am not referring to what Mr Goodwin said I am referring to my experience. This was not just a phone game I talked to you guys in person and over the phone last time I asked to speak to your mechanic you said they were too busy go down the street to another mechanic and then when I told you the transmission went out then you guys refer me to the same mechanic down the street I told you I was not able to pay for a new transmission I only have the car for a month and then you guys said there was nothing you can do. So no this was not a miscommunication this was not a phone game I have spoke to you guys in person and over the phone last time was over the phone because the car does not want to go and I was not going to risk my life to drive all the way to Cleveland and possibly be stranded somewhere so I told you guys to go ahead and get the car since you guys did not want to help me out you know you sold me a bad car it was not even checked out it was just delivered to you guys that's why it was over there at the mechanic shop it wasn't even ready this is bad business

I'm given a bad review on so many levels at first.Yes, they are nice.Of course , they are cause they wanna make a sale. At first I got the nissan leaf It's a electric car I did ask questions about it and All they would tell me is that they didn't know any information on the vehicle except how much it is that you're make model. I also did notice that they do get it from our auction plays.Government deals government deals that they try to hide that paperwork. But they end up giving me a 2014 Chevy sonic. I know they just got that car because it came from across the street from their mechanic shop so they never checked anything out. They just told me oh. It's a good running car. On the 1st day of driving at home, I went to go. Put gas in it in the car will not crank. Then I noticed the. Gear shirft would stick And when I will go reverse?It acts like it that you want to go in reverse.I had codes run on it.There was many problems with it.The little problems.I don't mind fixing, but when it comes to the transmission is Going Out.That is something I should not have to fix. I do not recommend getting a car from them because like some People said in this review They sell junk cars. And I really don't check them out. I will never purchase another car from them ever again

Well! I have been with my lady, she was having trouble with with the Nissan leaf, in which she purchased there. One time, she asked me to come up there to pick her up. When I got there she said the car was still charging. Anyway, we both went up there again, to tell the staff there, that the car would only get 30 miles on a charge. So the car was returned, with little or no grumbling. So the car was returned. Yes she was given another car, this time corporate auto gave her a 2014 Chevy Sonic. I went with her to test drive it, it felt fine. ' Well the story wasn't over. She came in and said smell this. Stunned to smell the oil on the paper. It smells like gasoline. I ? WOW. She told me that the shop mechanic had inadvertently put gas in the oil crank case. She asked me what to do, I said drain it and put the oil back, since the shop mechanic in corporate auto messed up. Granted it could have been worse. But people BE AWARE, corporate auto shop mechanics are making costly mistakes and not owning up to it. And hurting the customer and the corporate auto dealership. Well since I was with Ms Webb at the dealership. The staff there polite and respectful. From what I see corporate Auto is doing the very best to help each and every one who is in need of decent quality transportation.

Absolutely love this place. Kim & Jessica are such wonderful people they will do whatever they can to get you into a great vehicle! They make sure you understand everything about the whole process and are just such amazing people. Walking in you just feel like family you can't help but love these two women they are incredible! for them it's not just about making a sell its about helping people out and getting you into something reliable. I definitely recommend going here for your next vehicle! You won't regret it my husband and I are both over the moon over both vehicles we've gotten from here!

Corp Auto was able to delete my horrible review, but I noticed that it was gone. They sold me a car (2014 Subaru Forrester) and in less than a month it had to go to their shop for transmission work. Where it sat for over a month. When I finally got it back, it worked for maybe two weeks. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! When you buy a car from them, they give you $ off your next payment for good reviews on google, fb etc. I know MULTIPLE people that this has happened to. Also, when I was spending hundreds of dollars in their shop, they still expected me to make my payment. (Of course I know) but the amount that I was spending at THEIR shop for THEIR mistake (not knowing the trans was bad) my car got repossessed. Shawn would not let me get my car seat or wallet out of the car to come to the office to try to negotiate terms. Then when I got to the office he charged me almost $150 for my stuff out of the car. AND DIDNT LET ME GET IT OUT. He went through my whole car and made a list of everything he found & had me check over it before I was allowed to leave with said stuff. Never got to look in the car for anything missed. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH!!!! Beware!!!

I bought a vehicle from Corpauto a few weeks ago and turns out I had a few problems with it, I went and told Big John and Amanda and they went above and beyond of what I thought they would do. They fixed the problems loaned me a car until it was fixed and have the best attitude ever!! Everyone should go and buy a car from them and tell them I sent ya! Thanks for everything you have all done for me, I'll never forget it!

Corp auto….. I bought a Chevrolet Tahoe from them back in November of last year. It had issues that Sean, the sales manager at the time said would be fixed before the car was delivered to me. The car was delivered but the issues were still there….. Fast-forward to February 2024, my car broke down and needed the transmission rebuilt. Kim and big John went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed with accuracy and efficiency. I had the vehicle back and less than a week even though my transmission has almost 300,000 miles on it they still gave me a warranty on the transmission I know this is a long review but CorpAuto I am very proud of you from the rude man that I spoke with back in November to February 202424….. I would almost say this is a new dealership!! They will work with you and they treat you like family. That’s more than any dealership has ever done for me so thank you CorpAuto. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ if you buy a vehicle from there, please tell them I sent you!

Wow what a GREAT experience! I bought a wonderful vehicle from CorpAuto on my birthday couldn't be happier! They are absolutely awesome and amazing people. They made the process so simple and quick. They worked with my budget and made my birthday one of the best ever! Such a great present to myself that didn't look like I was going to be able to make happen until I went to CorpAuto. I highly recommend buying from them wether for personal or business use!

Me & my husband went to Corp Auto today and as soon a we pulled up ,walked on the lot we were greeted by Shawn O’Reilly . We have purchased a lot of vehicles before but we can’t say enough how nice , helpful and extremely knowledgeable he is . He was not like your ordinary salesman. He knew what we wanted and how to get us in the Truck we wanted . They are very reasonable & cars & trucks are well maintained . We needed a Heavy duty truck so we purchased a F-250 HD . We were very happy with the results. The ladies in the office were very nice also . Amanda Gregory thank you for your help as well . Everyone was super helpful. Shawn is definitely the one to go to for your next vehicle. We will be sending more people their way . It was a real pleasure doing business with them with no long , drawn out process !!! Super fast and then Shawn took the truck across the street and washed it for us …. Hope yall have a great new year. Thank you again

The worst people I've ever had to deal with hands down!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldn't let me give a review otherwise. My advice would be NOT to go to Corp Auto. Anywhere else would be better than this place!! Disrespectful and dishonest!

Great vehicles at great prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of a solid vehicle. Update: unfortunately my truck was totaled by a distracted driver. With all the bad that went along with being in an accident. I couldn't be happier with Shawn and the ladies at CorpAuto. They were able work with me on the down payment and get me into the 07 Lexus. My daughter and I absolutely love it. Then folks at CorpAuto are the best I've dealt with and would still recommend to anyone in need of a quality used vehicle.

I just drove 8 hours one way to buy a car at CorpAuto. From my first email a week ago until I drove off the lot yesterday this place exceeded every expectation. They were professional, friendly and fast with their responses. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Sold me a tahoe. Problem when i pull off the lot. Could not insert gas in it. Will pour out. Had a transmission code p0741. And low oil pressure. Sean O'rielly did not want to put any money in to the Tahoe. Bad experience. Then gave me my truck back with parts missing off it from the auction. Never again

Recently purchased my first car through them. It was a very fast and easy process and the car has been great so far. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable used car. My dad also got his truck through them and he’s not had any problems with it.

I live in Texas and was looking for a very specific type of vehicle for business purposes. After a month searching nationwide sites I located the perfect vehicle at CorpAuto. Shawn was very helpful providing information so I flew into Atlanta and traveled to Cleveland to purchase the vehicle. I ended up staying a couple of days while CorpAuto went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in excellent condition and ready for the road trip back to Texas. They assisted with lodging, provided me with a van since I had flown in, and even gave me advice on the surrounding areas to enjoy during my stay. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and equipment in my life and hands down the team at CorpAuto are the best. I absolutely recommend them, they are friendly, very helpful, and honest. It was absolutely worth the trip. The vehicle I purchased is a 1998 Chevrolet 3500 dump truck and it runs as smooth as a brand new vehicle. When I am in the market to expand our business fleet more, I would make the trip again just to deal with such a great group of people. Thanks again CorpAuto!
