The gentleman that came out to assist me with getting my car towed to a shop was great. On time, called to check in with us and very nice. I’m happy to have used them and recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
My vehicle broke down and would not crank. Thank goodness I got there number from a friend. They came out and picked my vehicle up and delivered it to the agreed destination. Amazing customer service from the lady on the phone when talking to me about my vehicle. Awesome job from the driver whom picked up my vehicle and got it to the agreed destination. Not a bad deal on pricing either. No complaints from me. Thank y'all and be careful out there on those roads.
At 9:36 am roadside assistance stated service provider would arrive between 120-130 minutes. At 11:57 am truck had still not arrived. Roadside assistance provided update at 12:02 pm that ETA time revised with a new ETA 60 minutes (1:02 pm). Timing revised again at 1:26 pm as the truck had still not arrived, 15 ETA. At 2:02 pm updated ETA 0 minutes....3 minutes later notification that service provider can no longer provide service. Note: I personally contacted the tow truck company 1:03 pm, operator was going to call the driver to determine the issue and call me back.....no return call. Received a call from the roadside assistance operator after the notification service could not be provided stating they were not able to get in contact with the service provider. Frustrating experience.
The person who took my call was very helpful. The tow truck driver arrived as quickly as reasonable considering the area and was knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. He quickly did the job we needed. I highly recommend.

I was in north Georgia with my kids and while returning from my trip, my serpentine belt slipped off. I called my insurance company and they informed me that white county pickers was going to give me a tow. I was amazed at how fast, professional and informative Nick was when assisting me. The company is a great company. The drivers are excellent, quick and professional. The dispatcher made me feel comfortable and calm about an otherwise bad situation and reviewed my options to keep me out of harms way. I see no need for improvement.
Everything was amazing. Driver was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience a good one. If you need a tow, these are the guys to call. Couldn't have asked for a better hour and a half ride with my Jeep on the back.
The only towing they’re doing is towing that business into the ground. We waited over 2 hours for them because they kept extending their ETA and never came. We had another company called and they arrived in 20 minutes. I don’t suggest anyone use White County Pickers. Horrible experience.

My child was sitting in the road for 2 hours! My insurance company had to call another tow truck! Thank God for the Police officer that wasted her valuable time to sit behind him!
I know that they have lives to save instead of sitting behind a car with a flat tire!
She was a angel and kept him from getting hit by another car. I will never use them again and make sure anyone that I know NEVER uses them!

DONT USE THEM. IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. We were told $135 over the phone. They got here an hour after we were told they would arrive, put the car on, then were told it would be $175 all the sudden which was $40 dollars more than we were told over the phone. Then we called, were told there must have been some miscommunication with her and the boss, then after being placed on hold and she came back all the sudden she says “we never told you $135”. Funny to me after she talked to the boss all the sudden she never told us that when she just said she needed to call him about the miscommunication. She was extremely rude. Literally yelling at us over the phone. Then we decided to just take the car off and after telling them that we were told it would be another $40 just to to take the car off for him coming out here. So either way they will get money out of you. Whoever we talked to needs to learn customer service. Before they tried to up the price and we knew how crooked they were, they had told us the guy before us was acting like a “pain in the butt” (first off you don’t talk about customers that way in front of other customers), but now we see why he was being a pain in the butt. They probably did the same thing to him that they did to us. No way to treat customers. Tell you one price, then strap you down so you can’t get your car back, then up it or charge you a fee just to take it off.
Worse service ever called 24 hours straight and kept getting excuses and excuses and then last night they said they were gonna call me back and get directions I still have not gotten a call back and we ended up calling another company!!!! They kept saying they couldn't find our truck bc they were not even looking for it. Worse service of my life

Worst experience ever! Call for road side assistance and was told this company was coming to tow my car ETA 9:50 pm, no show, change ETA to 12:39 am, at at 1:25 am was told they would be there in 10 minutes. At 1:35 am they had still not shown to tow my car. Excuse after excuse from Cleveland, GA TO my location was 30 minutes. Left me broken down and never showed up!!! Do not recommend this company to anyone!
