Very friendly and helpful staff. Super cheap entry fee and they always have discounts. Cover to get in is very cheap as well. They always have a great selection and you can’t beat their prices and quality.

I like doing business with these people they're straightforward and honest I recommend this place to anybody that needs any kind of parts for the automobile or truck this is the place matter of fact they bought one of my used cars from me. No fuss no mas. Came in they looked at the vehicle 5 minutes later I had the money in my hand walking out the door excellent

Been shopping here for a bit and I'm very pleased. They get some pretty decent condition older cars, which is what I'm always looking for. The yard is kept in good condition. Staff is always friendly. They offer discounts on weekends so join their text marketing. They only text me on weekends.

They have a great selection of cars and trucks. When i came in they gave me a list so i can easily find what i was looking for. Found the car easily. Friendly staff, explain how it works. Sherry, Jayson and Destiny helped me.

I hope that this email finds the proper personal in this location. I went to this location to get a rim for my daughters car being that she was involved in a car accident just this morning, thank god she is ok and there was no major damage to the car except that the tire's rim got damaged, it was bent and could not be fixed. when i went in i explained this to the gentleman in the front Jason, aldo he was very nice he did not explain to me the policy about returning the items i purchase from them. I bought the rim and tire and all he told me was about a $1 warranty but no other explanation was given. I assume he thought I knew. I took the tire and went back to see if i can change the tire and take the car out of the impound they had it, being they charge by the day and also being my daughter only has liability insurance, it would not cover the impound stay. I read the return policy and it said i had 7 days to take the item back, I went back with 30 minutes of buying the tire and when I got there i was told that i could not return the tire and that if i left it there i would be charged a fee to dispose of it. Is a friking junk yard, I left the tire and lost out on $35 that i paid for the tire. I was in a hurry and dint want to spend any time trying to argue with the people there. Being that my priority was getting the tire to get my daughters car out of the impound. I was so disappointed that I had explained the situation to jason and all I got was an im sorry and by the way you dint get the warranty so i cant do anything. My advise is you never know who you are dealing with or what is wrong in a persons life, sometimes a little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I had the car in shirahs towing, I told the owner on how these people treated me and how they were unsympathetic about my issue. Thank you very much for taking advantage of my situation I hope that the $35 dollars that you took from me make you rich.

Awesome customer service, awesome people, great prices. Miss sherry (management) is very reasonable and straight forward.

This place is overpriced and will upcharge you if you don’t know what you are doing, charged me $39 for a MIRROR and I got a brand new one off Amazon for $29. I don’t know much so I paid the 39 and ended up going back and the only gave me $32 back and it’s only for store credit. Rip off.

Went in today and found a Bucket seat i desperately needed for my van, was just a tad more than i thought in price but regardless i still got what i came for. yard is clean, great car selection 🤙🏽

My experience about the place they do help with lowers prices, but they need to keep an inventory of what goes out because if you're looking for a certain item then your paying a fee and going in .other than that good place

This is a great place to shop but I wouldn’t want to be that lady that runs the place, after I watched her get cussed out by a dude and older lady, I don’t know how she held back the way she did because I wouldn’t have. Mad respect for her!

These people deserve less than a one-star rating. They only give store credit, (okay) you will not get your money back. I bought an engine from these people with a 6-month warranty. they tell you that you have 30 days to get a store credit, which I did. Then they tell you that if you don't use that store after 30 days it turns into an exchange which is fine. I need an engine for my car, so then they tell me after 4 months if THEY don't get my engine, I lose my $250!!!! (Not only do I not get to fix my car) Who does that because they can't get my engine in. Calling to try to talk to a manager or owner is worthless. I will never spend another dollar here. I suggest you think about it before you do.

I was looking to buy a replacement jack for my vehicle. After going through several vehicles, I found one that wasn’t an exact replacement, but I hoped would work. On the way out, I was stopped by an employee on a forklift. He was polite, but asked that I give him the jack because they were not allowed in the vehicle parts area due to safety concerns. . I explained that I wanted to purchase it, and he said that was ok, but that I would need to head straight to checkout. When I mentioned that what I had wasn’t actually the right one, that was the start of my day getting much better. The young man, Connor, said he would help me find the right jack and would meet me in the front of the yard. We met there, and he searched several vehicles to find what I needed. The vehicles had not yet been fully processed and weren’t in the main yard, and we’re parked tightly together. Connor squeezed through, and climbed over vehicles trying to find the right jack. Eventually he did. I am quite impressed with the help and service Connor provided me today. He had plenty to do already, but went the extra mile for me. I’m so glad he came to work today! I feel he is representative of all the personnel I have encountered there - polite and helpful.

They are theft very bad altitude what happened to me I buy stuff from there doesn’t get my i return it and I get credit stores I came back after a month because the hotel she told me the credit hood for 1 year when i came back to get another thing they said your credit stor it’s expired and I told them the employees tell me good for 1 year she said you lair and get out for here I call the cups for some people lll ready iwell have them take you with them very rooood old lady I’dnot recommend it for any body

I visited Polk county Pick N Pay. And had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Marissa in particular was great. Friendly, quick and thorough. Wonderful setup. The cars are in grouped by make and model in a in specific row. She gave me a list of the cars on a sheet of paper. I could find what I was looking for and am very impressed. Great job Marissa and great job Pick and Pay!

Gave them 2 stars because they were pleasant on the phone... but after calling them 5 times for a car pick up, I called someone else and got rid of my car in 1 afternoon. Thank you to the other company.

Since the new owners have taken over yards a mess. Cars aren't stacked as stable and safe as they use to be. Prices have sky rocketed. 2024 update. They have now have the manufacturers all mixed up rather than keeping them separate making it much harder to find what you might need .

Prices are ok. Paid about $110 for 3 tires. Employees were very rude. They should be more understanding that not everyone knows the rules if they've never been there before. One of the tires I bought separated in less than two weeks. UPDATE: 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING THREE TIRES FROM THEM, TWO OF THEM SEPARATED SO THAT WAS BIG WASTE OF MONEY! CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM TWO STARS TO ONE
