Always something interesting in the yard here and decent prices. Warranty is good but make sure you keep your receipt! Some decent deals on cars for sale up there as well.

Cars are on stands off the ground they have shopping carts and different things to push around for your tools and parts it is all cement. the prices are really good. Destiny and Sherry are very helpful. And don't think they don't know what they're talking about. These girls are more on their game the most of the guys are there and they do not play

I love coming here, I always get a warranty on my parts then I don’t have to pay for them again if there is a problem. They have a large yard and keep the cars changed out. Sherry always takes the best care of me.

I know Sherry remembers me vividly. I bought a cup holder and a console cover (2 pieces), but I noticed that, on the receipt, they separated them into 3 pieces with different prices. I went back to Carlos, the cashier. He explained to me that they are 3 different parts. I left and I came back again, and I asked if I can remove the cup holder, since I don't need it. That's when Sherry (supposedly the general manager) jumped into our conversation by saying "Jesus Christ" with a grimace. She was standing behind me, and literally breathing down my neck. I turned around and told her that she shouldn't say that. She said in a threatening manner "I wasn't talking to you", and she kept making threats. I knew from her tone and looks that she was trying to make a scene, so I ended my conversation with her. Sherry is unprofessional. If only she had kept her mouth shut, Carlos would have taken care of everything. He was more professional than her. I am sure she would not have said that to any customer, but she seems to judge people and underestimate them. She probably thought that I don't even speak English, and that's why she felt like she could talk to me in that demeaning manner. Sherry, I know you would either deny that I have been to your place, or you would write one of your generic, devoid-of-any-empathy responses by asking me to call you. I will not. Just change you attitude towards your customers, and treat them with respect.

Simple straight forward. Business. Prices are very reasonable with a good part warranty. Not money back, but if it doesn't work they'll exchange it as long as you have the receipt. Good idea to take a picture of the receipt just in case. 👍

Beware of automatic warranty charges. Shady place adds warranty charges without asking and will refuse to remove them once added. They swear that it is noted on the register of the automatic warranty charge. However, when asked, they would not show me where it said that. Below is a picture of the sign at the register. You tell me if I missed the automatic warranty charge part.

Destiny the manager was so unprofessional, upon checkout she didnt explain that she was gong to obligate me to purchase 6 months extended warranty on all items i purchased, she didnt give me a choice. There for not doing her job there is obviously 2 kinds of warranty 3 days for free or you pay for extended warranty which is something i didnt ask for Ive worked for junkyards such as cfpp before and i know this policy by heart. There is sighns everywhere inside the shop explaining this policy aswell She robbed me of 14 dollars which are on the receipt with photo evidence I was wondering why it was so expensive She put warranty down for a dipstick!!! But as i looked at the receipt and asked her to refund the warranty she told me she will not refund the money i will just have to come back and get store credit. And it is the customers responsibilty to let the merchant know what warranty they would want. Verry rude and upleasant when i was just asking her nicely Beware

First, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They printed out alternatives to the part I needed, but unfortunately they wouldn't have worked. But they were the 4th try, so I can't hold that against them. Plenty of carts, wheelbarrows, and flatbeds for recovery. Only setback is makes and models are all over the place. So when you your checking in, ask about the part you're interested in a get their list. Good luck!

Be careful of these people. I went to buy a grille yesterday for an 01 impala and they tried to charge me $30 for a used grille. when i asked why it was so much for a junkyard part, the fat guy clerk with glasses stuffing his face, tells me, "Let me see if i can get it lower" He come back with $26. and tells me he took off the warranty. So not only do they over charge, they also try to steal your money, by adding stuff on without telling you. I looked the grille up online and seen i can get a brand new one for $6 dollars more. Do your research before going to this place. Cheaper places to go then this company. I wont be going back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JUNKYARD!! First off this COMPANY is not even credited by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and their workers are the most unprofessional, incompetent people to walk the planet. We needed a motor for my car. They had 8 of the same vehicles I needed, and all 8 motors were bad. I then put myself in a waiting list for when a motor came in for my car. I waited 3 1/2 weeks, want and got the motor. Paid for the motor and paid to have the motor pulled and then put into my car. After putting the motor in the car, we discovered that the head gasket is blown in the motor I bought. When I called up there to talk to them the employee Michael answered the phone, I proceeded to tell him the situation. He informed me they don't have another motor for my vehicle and will not give me my money back. I told Michael that this was my only vehicle, I already waited 3 1/2 weeks for this motor, and because you don't have another vehicle with my motor, you want me to sit and wait for a motor to come in but you don't know when that will be. I have no vehicle, to twin 2 year old boys, have no way to work. After being laughed at my Michael (the professional he is) I asked to speak to the manager. Bethany, the manager got on the phone, and her customer service skills were even worse then Michaels. They all seem to enjoy screwing people over by selling them bad motors, and then refusing to give you your money back or or the product you paid for! SO BE WARE!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED, and LAUGHED AT! THEY ARE THIEVES!

Front counter isn't very nice, and they charge you for every little thing. If you buy a power steering pump, and it has any kind of brackets on it, they'll charge you for each bracket individually. Also, part prices aren't much cheaper than rockauto new prices. But I guess that's just florida

Their prices are higher than Budget U Pull It, but their cars seem to be less picked over (likely since more $), place is more neatly organized, and it is mostly paved which makes it a lot nicer to work up under vehicles. They do charge a warranty without you asking on each part but you can ask to remove it on what parts you want to. Good thing and bad thing: Some parts there’s no need to have a warranty and spend more money (like something that has no moving parts). And then some parts it’s better to have the opportunity to come back and replace the part if it doesn’t work. Frustrating that you can’t take the wheelbarrow to your car directly and load and unload as easily depending on where you park, whereas Budget lets you do that.

Been shopping here for a bit and I'm very pleased. They get some pretty decent condition older cars, which is what I'm always looking for. The yard is kept in good condition. Staff is always friendly. They offer discounts on weekends so join their text marketing. They only text me on weekends.

EDIT: Since writing my first review 5 years ago, MANY things have changed here! It has changed ownership numerous times and it has been under current owners care for a least a year or so. The customer service use to be outstanding and employees so helpful...now they all seem like they hate their job, the girl with glasses who seems to be the "manager" literally runs off all the employees and customers too! She has a nasty attitude and every time I go there she has a problem with something! They got rid of the nice long stainless sink out back to wash your hands at and replaced it with a broken plastic tiny sink that is 1/16 of the size of the old one. They rush you out of the lot WELL before their closing time. And they will add the "extended warranty"( more $) to every part without even asking! Nearly every part now has "core charges" even unheard of plastic parts now have cores. And when you bring your part to counter you better make sure you don't have any connectors, hoses, wires, or ANYTHING else attached to it because they will charge you for every little thing! And one of the biggest problems is how they have(and continue) to raise the prices of astronomically high! Some parts are better ordering NEW online, bc the NEW parts are cheaper than the ones you have to pull off cars yourself!! As you can read below 👇🏼 I really loved this place...but now I would just rather take my business elsewhere "I was extremely impressed! Vehicles are all raised so it's easy to access parts, and sit in clearly visable numbered rows. They also have brand new wheelbarrows and shopping carts to push along the freshly paved asphalt making the whole experience a lot easier, and their prices can't be beat! I got a quote on a part and they're $35-45 cheaper than any other you- pull in the area. Very well set up and organized from the "yard" to the office building and a friendly customer oriented staff. They are more than accommodating and helpful and I would definitely recommend to everyone. * They close at 5pm but get there before 330pm to insure you have plenty of time to get your parts!"

I hope that this email finds the proper personal in this location. I went to this location to get a rim for my daughters car being that she was involved in a car accident just this morning, thank god she is ok and there was no major damage to the car except that the tire's rim got damaged, it was bent and could not be fixed. when i went in i explained this to the gentleman in the front Jason, aldo he was very nice he did not explain to me the policy about returning the items i purchase from them. I bought the rim and tire and all he told me was about a $1 warranty but no other explanation was given. I assume he thought I knew. I took the tire and went back to see if i can change the tire and take the car out of the impound they had it, being they charge by the day and also being my daughter only has liability insurance, it would not cover the impound stay. I read the return policy and it said i had 7 days to take the item back, I went back with 30 minutes of buying the tire and when I got there i was told that i could not return the tire and that if i left it there i would be charged a fee to dispose of it. Is a friking junk yard, I left the tire and lost out on $35 that i paid for the tire. I was in a hurry and dint want to spend any time trying to argue with the people there. Being that my priority was getting the tire to get my daughters car out of the impound. I was so disappointed that I had explained the situation to jason and all I got was an im sorry and by the way you dint get the warranty so i cant do anything. My advise is you never know who you are dealing with or what is wrong in a persons life, sometimes a little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I had the car in shirahs towing, I told the owner on how these people treated me and how they were unsympathetic about my issue. Thank you very much for taking advantage of my situation I hope that the $35 dollars that you took from me make you rich.
