Might be great for car needs but the ladies that work in the reception area have never once spoken to us with any ounce of respect. The general manager herself has hung up on me when I spoke to her on the phone, because I told her that her employees behavior was rude. Didnt even apologise or give me a minute of her time, staight up said im wrong and hung up on me. They are cheap and have a lot but totally pushed away me and my family and friends as customers due to there rudeness. Also the general manager refused to give me her name, as well as the original person I spoke to who claimed to be the manager, neither should be in a position of such seeing as they can't take criticism or apologize to a potential costumer for there rude behavior. Don't work somewhere where you have to talk to people if you are such a rude, incompetent person.

Usually go for odds and ends parts no problem and make it a point to go back every time, last visit I drove 60 miles to get there 30 minutes before closing for a hope at some parts, and doors locked won't let anyone in. Should probably change the hours to closes at 4:30 I stead of 5 if your not going to stay open wasted time I could of spent at another salvage yard closer before they all closed

I know Sherry remembers me vividly. I bought a cup holder and a console cover (2 pieces), but I noticed that, on the receipt, they separated them into 3 pieces with different prices. I went back to Carlos, the cashier. He explained to me that they are 3 different parts. I left and I came back again, and I asked if I can remove the cup holder, since I don't need it. That's when Sherry (supposedly the general manager) jumped into our conversation by saying "Jesus Christ" with a grimace. She was standing behind me, and literally breathing down my neck. I turned around and told her that she shouldn't say that. She said in a threatening manner "I wasn't talking to you", and she kept making threats. I knew from her tone and looks that she was trying to make a scene, so I ended my conversation with her. Sherry is unprofessional. If only she had kept her mouth shut, Carlos would have taken care of everything. He was more professional than her. I am sure she would not have said that to any customer, but she seems to judge people and underestimate them. She probably thought that I don't even speak English, and that's why she felt like she could talk to me in that demeaning manner. Sherry, I know you would either deny that I have been to your place, or you would write one of your generic, devoid-of-any-empathy responses by asking me to call you. I will not. Just change you attitude towards your customers, and treat them with respect.

They have a better selection then most LKQs however they do NOT allow sawsalls.. major pain in the butt after taking 7 bed bolts out and the last one spins and they tell you that you can use a hand saw to cut off a bolt that's barely reachable... offered to pay for them to have their shop guy torch the bolt off or cut it on the employee only side they refused.. not very helpful. Needless to say, i doubt I'll be back

I love coming here, I always get a warranty on my parts then I don’t have to pay for them again if there is a problem. They have a large yard and keep the cars changed out. Sherry always takes the best care of me.

Destiny the manager was so unprofessional, upon checkout she didnt explain that she was gong to obligate me to purchase 6 months extended warranty on all items i purchased, she didnt give me a choice. There for not doing her job there is obviously 2 kinds of warranty 3 days for free or you pay for extended warranty which is something i didnt ask for Ive worked for junkyards such as cfpp before and i know this policy by heart. There is sighns everywhere inside the shop explaining this policy aswell She robbed me of 14 dollars which are on the receipt with photo evidence I was wondering why it was so expensive She put warranty down for a dipstick!!! But as i looked at the receipt and asked her to refund the warranty she told me she will not refund the money i will just have to come back and get store credit. And it is the customers responsibilty to let the merchant know what warranty they would want. Verry rude and upleasant when i was just asking her nicely Beware

Simple straight forward. Business. Prices are very reasonable with a good part warranty. Not money back, but if it doesn't work they'll exchange it as long as you have the receipt. Good idea to take a picture of the receipt just in case. 👍

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JUNKYARD!! First off this COMPANY is not even credited by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and their workers are the most unprofessional, incompetent people to walk the planet. We needed a motor for my car. They had 8 of the same vehicles I needed, and all 8 motors were bad. I then put myself in a waiting list for when a motor came in for my car. I waited 3 1/2 weeks, want and got the motor. Paid for the motor and paid to have the motor pulled and then put into my car. After putting the motor in the car, we discovered that the head gasket is blown in the motor I bought. When I called up there to talk to them the employee Michael answered the phone, I proceeded to tell him the situation. He informed me they don't have another motor for my vehicle and will not give me my money back. I told Michael that this was my only vehicle, I already waited 3 1/2 weeks for this motor, and because you don't have another vehicle with my motor, you want me to sit and wait for a motor to come in but you don't know when that will be. I have no vehicle, to twin 2 year old boys, have no way to work. After being laughed at my Michael (the professional he is) I asked to speak to the manager. Bethany, the manager got on the phone, and her customer service skills were even worse then Michaels. They all seem to enjoy screwing people over by selling them bad motors, and then refusing to give you your money back or or the product you paid for! SO BE WARE!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED, and LAUGHED AT! THEY ARE THIEVES!

Beware of automatic warranty charges. Shady place adds warranty charges without asking and will refuse to remove them once added. They swear that it is noted on the register of the automatic warranty charge. However, when asked, they would not show me where it said that. Below is a picture of the sign at the register. You tell me if I missed the automatic warranty charge part.

Be careful of these people. I went to buy a grille yesterday for an 01 impala and they tried to charge me $30 for a used grille. when i asked why it was so much for a junkyard part, the fat guy clerk with glasses stuffing his face, tells me, "Let me see if i can get it lower" He come back with $26. and tells me he took off the warranty. So not only do they over charge, they also try to steal your money, by adding stuff on without telling you. I looked the grille up online and seen i can get a brand new one for $6 dollars more. Do your research before going to this place. Cheaper places to go then this company. I wont be going back

What an amazing experience i had. All employees are eager to help and very informative. They also offer a warranty, if you dont get it, no exchanges. Their prices are great. Sherry was a great help, she has trained her employees very well. I will be back.

If your buying used car parts.. POLK COUNTY PICK AND PAY is the place you cnt go wrng.. affordable prices and you can purchase warranty so if parts quits you can bring back and get a another part just.. polk pick and pay is where its at

I will never go there again sold me heads for a Camaro come to find out they are for A Corvette tried to return them because I have a 180 days to bring them back they give me store credit I had to buy my heads elsewhere so I do not need them

First, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They printed out alternatives to the part I needed, but unfortunately they wouldn't have worked. But they were the 4th try, so I can't hold that against them. Plenty of carts, wheelbarrows, and flatbeds for recovery. Only setback is makes and models are all over the place. So when you your checking in, ask about the part you're interested in a get their list. Good luck!

Their prices are higher than Budget U Pull It, but their cars seem to be less picked over (likely since more $), place is more neatly organized, and it is mostly paved which makes it a lot nicer to work up under vehicles. They do charge a warranty without you asking on each part but you can ask to remove it on what parts you want to. Good thing and bad thing: Some parts there’s no need to have a warranty and spend more money (like something that has no moving parts). And then some parts it’s better to have the opportunity to come back and replace the part if it doesn’t work. Frustrating that you can’t take the wheelbarrow to your car directly and load and unload as easily depending on where you park, whereas Budget lets you do that.

If it says closes at 5 don’t close at 4 shits annoying having someone tell you on the phone y’all close at 5 get there at 4 an doors locked no one answers the phone

Been shopping here for a bit and I'm very pleased. They get some pretty decent condition older cars, which is what I'm always looking for. The yard is kept in good condition. Staff is always friendly. They offer discounts on weekends so join their text marketing. They only text me on weekends.

My experience was excellent very great customer service from all the employees .. destiny specifically went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information I needed to go find my part highly recommend this place for your used car parts !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super cheap entry fee and they always have discounts. Cover to get in is very cheap as well. They always have a great selection and you can’t beat their prices and quality.

They are theft very bad altitude what happened to me I buy stuff from there doesn’t get my i return it and I get credit stores I came back after a month because the hotel she told me the credit hood for 1 year when i came back to get another thing they said your credit stor it’s expired and I told them the employees tell me good for 1 year she said you lair and get out for here I call the cups for some people lll ready iwell have them take you with them very rooood old lady I’dnot recommend it for any body

They rip you off don't go here and no they did not say anything about a warranty don't let them fool you I could have paid the $1.60 then they never mentioned it

Front counter isn't very nice, and they charge you for every little thing. If you buy a power steering pump, and it has any kind of brackets on it, they'll charge you for each bracket individually. Also, part prices aren't much cheaper than rockauto new prices. But I guess that's just florida

I like doing business with these people they're straightforward and honest I recommend this place to anybody that needs any kind of parts for the automobile or truck this is the place matter of fact they bought one of my used cars from me. No fuss no mas. Came in they looked at the vehicle 5 minutes later I had the money in my hand walking out the door excellent
