We have hundreds of cars & trucks for you to pull parts from. All vehicles are placed on wheel stands and organized in the yard. We have wheelbarrows, engine hoists and tire pullers for your convenience and we offer free parts interchange information. You can even check our on-line inventory before you get here.

Poor customer service, and just because you dont see me on your sign in sheet doesn't mean I haven't delt with your employees. I will not contact you because I dont care to try in resolve your problems with the employees you hired . Seen you're hiring so heres a tip focues on hiring employees with better customer service skills.
They had exactly the body part i needed. Left fender including headlight assembly. Repaired the fender bender accident for pennies on the dollar. Friendly, they even supply wheel barrels!
Unfortunately, this place used to be very good and organized but nowadays is a whole mess! They don’t even know what cars they have in their yard! Whoever the manager is, needs to tighten things down and set up a process for you guys to know what you have on your yard!
I was looking for a part I needed for mimi cooper. They had the part i needed at a good price! Large selection of car parts. Would recommend. Will be going back for future parts. Thank you!
The place is ok, the prices also acceptable but at checkout they include extra charge for warranty widouth asking, and after they print the receipt they refused to return the extra charge for warranty, for a $360 basket of parts the warranty is over $80 ! So be careful about that!
So just want to let everyone know before arriving if you intend on bringing or helping your son look for parts for a car that isn’t 18 it doesn’t matter that you are a parent or that your child is in school for diesel mechanic they will not let them come and pull parts for there own vehicle. Crazy part is the management is terrible in picking and choosing when to follow rules. My son was there weeks ago to get a shifter solenoid and walked straight back through with my grandfather. Even if this place is close there are probably better options and better people to deal with. Avoid unless your desperate
I called this place and asked him if they have a part. They say they have a vehicle here. They can’t tell me if there’s a motor in it. I drive 45 minutes away to come here. I didn’t have the proper shoes. I asked them to go check to make sure the truck has the motor in it or the parts in it they wouldn’t do. It wouldn’t allow me drove all the way home. Come all the way back they charged me three dollars. The motor is not even in the truck, I asked for my three dollars back and they said no this place is a joke
Show up 30mins before closing time or more.
I miss it twice. After ending work several milles away the closest time I reach there avoiding overspeed tickets was 4:32... they should fix OPEN TO PUBLIC till 4:30

I have been here a few times and can't recommend these fine folks enough! Every visit has been right on the money with parts and the size of the yard is just right. Unlike the corporate junkyards these folks here have much better quality parts and even have a dedicated cleaning process of their yard! Thanks!
Cars are on stands off the ground they have shopping carts and different things to push around for your tools and parts it is all cement. the prices are really good. Destiny and Sherry are very helpful. And don't think they don't know what they're talking about. These girls are more on their game the most of the guys are there and they do not play. They have other cars for sale.
No warranty unless asked is better then charging for a warranty i didn't ask for. What the hell does an empty door need a warranty for any how??? Been coming to this junkyard since 2018. It's very dis organized, it's falling apart and a core charge for a door???? Really. That's dumb. Whatever
I had hernia surgery a couple weeks ago and they wouldnt help me load parts my son and I needed in car. I even offered to pay them. Sons gonna fix car for me this weekend. I'll never go back there. Update he never said anything about helping on his break. He said there's only one luggage nut holding them on. He never said he or anyone else would help. I'll never be back.
had what I needed BUT Derrick "short bald dude" went out of his way, used his knowledge, and just doing his job found my part from a different make and model. Tried to tip him the man would rather shake ur hand first class thank Derrick
I don’t know how 5 stars got put on my review… but I didn’t do it!!! As you can see inthe pic.. I was charged a warranty fee for a $2 gas cap and every other thing I got.. when we went to see about fixing the issue ..we were met with hostility and refusal of even store credit! They refused to take off the charges saying I agreed to the warranty charges when I was not even asked.. we were the last ones out and being rushed! I was dealing with my credit card being denied and having to set a new pin! Telling us we had a bogus receipt and it wasnt the original. Well.. this happened to someone else I know.. I should’ve known better ..
The ties may be checked when put on the rack, but anyone with common sense knows y'all don't check months later. Your employees are too lazy to do that. A tire without air exposed to the sun after rain, no all those tires are horrible. And why have online prices if your not going to honor them? You can keep your bs apology. I'll go to lkq in Tampa or Orlando before I go back to a rip-off place like yours!

Hidden charges on females customers!!!!!!!! Myself and wife came in to get some none electronic parts (bumper, spoiler) I was washing up and my wife paid for the parts. We get home an hours away and I look at the receipt. They DIDN’T ASK if she wanted a warrentyand just added it on! An extra $19 out of our pocket. Really?!?!?!?!
Waste of a trip. What a business plan…. Have customers get their own stuff and charge them DOUBLE what other yards do because they are open weekends never again! I will also spread the word where ever I can you guy straight up ROB people. Everything I wanted was double if not more than a place that will pull it for you and give you a warranty. Crooks!!!
Update: I wanted to add the photo showing in fact DOUBLE price. Don’t worry your competition not much better than you. I got ALL that stuff for LESS than $100 so yeah you guys suck. You tried to charge me what like $70. People that don’t know use your facilities. They just are not aware you can buy for much less AND have someone pull the part for you. Don’t poke the bear!! I can’t pull up the gauge cluster too if you want. Face it your double period!
Worst place to go for parts.They put up a Sign 25% off.If you leave a good review and then when you go to get something they disclude everything u want to buy.Don't get to 25% off.Talk to the guy up front and was very rude So I got rude back with him.Asked to talk to the manager she was rude With me telling me she's gonna blast me all over Facebook.Because I told her I was gonna write a bad review and have my friend write a bad you?I would go to IKQ parts and Tampa.Then go here will never come back there again.

Came to get some parts for my truck today and found everything I needed except for a jack. I guess they take those out before putting in the yard. I had a great visit from the time I entered until I checked out. The prices were good and I was informed to hold on to my receipt in case I need to exchange any of my parts. I have 180 for an exchange or return. This place is a gold mine. I would refer to my family and friends.
They tack on a core charge for every part and don't tell you about it. And if you have to order any other parts from somewhere to install with the parts you purchased from them and it takes longer than 7 days then they screw you out of returning the old parts to get the core charges back. Lost a loyal customer today my friend... I'm sure I will get some snide remark reply from you like every other person that gave you a 1 star review. But I'm seeing a pattern here and so will everyone else...
Me and my dad just went to this junkyard for the first time had a good amount of cars. But be AWARE of the unspoken 180 day warranty we got charged nearly $7 three times also a part we needed was 40 dollars on Amazon and we got the part for $50 when my dad tried to get a credit back for it because it was more than a new part the clerk was a little rude I understand that he is not in control of the prices but no reason to get aggravated with a costumer when he got the credit they only rang it in for $47 so he got tired of the situation and just wanted the part back because at this point he didn't want to come back he didn't want the credit he settled for the part and had to pay an additional nearly $7 for the 180 warranty on a part he already paid a warranty after everything he paid around for that one single part paid nearly $60 USED brand new part on Amazon it was $40 there was also a female that was EXTREMELY rude to my dad when he wanted to go back to settle it tell him not to come back after he said it was expensive your costumers are what keeps you in business without them there would be no work I understand people will not agree with everything or see eye to eye but to be rude when someone is wanting clarity and understanding on why it's this much and why they were charged that much is no reason to be rude everyone works for there money and nobody likes there money being played with if I could give 0 stars I would
Always something interesting in the yard here and decent prices. Warranty is good but make sure you keep your receipt! Some decent deals on cars for sale up there as well.
Great experience, I’m new to Lakeland and first time coming to this yard. Customer service is second to none and very knowledgeable. Prices are amazing. Here’s a picture of my replacement trunk lid
