Here's my assessment of Joyce Automotive and Towing as a person who is making every effort to maintain his Honda Odyssey 2007 to avoid a car payment. I arrived at Joyce in a tow truck. My soccer mom van's battery kept dying, and I work in Tampa. So I need my van. Ryan was awesome. I explained to him about the urgency to repair my van the same day due to my employment in the Bay Area. He listened and told me they would try to make this happen, provided the issues weren't serious. I did appreciate his honesty. Over the years, I've been to different repair shops and I have often felt that I wasn't welcomed. Of course, these other shops wanted my money-me not so much. At Joyce, I felt quite welcome. Ryan explained the issues with my van. He worked with me concerning various options & cost, and I got my van on the same day. Great service, friendly, & excellent work ethics.
Drew just picked up our car, it only took him 15 minutes to get us! He was so nice, professional, careful with our car, and polite. They get the job done in a timely manner, there’s never any hidden cost or fees, and they keep you up to date on what is going on with your vehicle. Joyce is the only mechanic that we now trust with our cars.
