I needed a rear hitch added to my CX-30 immediately. They were able to install on short notice. Installation was very professional, and well done. No complaints.
My car was a mess. Joyce Automotive took real good care of me. They pointed out things that I thought had been repaired by other recommended mechanic shops! When I called them to check on something I had forgotten about, there was no problem. Tyler's jumped right on it. I spent more than I'd planned to spend but at least it fixed right so far. I haven't driven it anywhere since the repair, but just the whining alone being stopped is worth every $10. If I have any new issues, I know where I'm going. I suggest you give them a try. Very nice people. They take there time to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had oil change, tire rotation, a new overflow reservoir replaced, & transmission oil change & I believe a hose that was leaking water into my car under the dash. The other shops totally blew me off about that problem. Thanks guys !
They are amazing here. We took my dad's vehicle here after a bad experience with another garage. Joyce Automotive was extremely fair with there prices. And they went above and beyond with there service . I would recommend them on any day of the week.

Needed a timely oil change and tire rotation had received their advertisement in the mail before so dug it out and went there. Friendly ,accommodating and didn’t even think I got into my reading material and it was done! Have live in Lakeland since early 80’s and honestly thought they were just towing and tractor-trailer repair.

I was looking for a new shop and saw Joyce Automotive via Google; Despite the "bad" reviews, I gave them a shot. Was in and out and all services requested were performed in a timely manner as well as at an affordable cost. As a woman, it was nice to see another woman at the service desk and not feel inferior or treated differently for asking questions about my car or visit. Only "concern" was parking, as they had many cars on the lot, which is understandable given their business.
A very pleasant experience. Everyone was nice. The service was quick and on point. They did not push services that were not necessary. I was especially appreciative that they went out of their way to make sure I got to and from work. HIGHLY recommended!

Best towing experience ever. Lori was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The driver, Andrew, couldn' t have been more courteous and helpful. All taken care of in an hour's time from my first phone call to hookup. Absolutely great!
I truly hate that I have to write this review. I’ve been bringing my family’s vehicles—and referring friends and family—to Joyce’s Automotive for years. Until today, I believed they were honest, reputable, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that trust is gone.
I brought in my wife’s Buick LaCrosse with a bad PCM. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it, though it took about 30 days for the part to come in. No issue there—I was fine waiting. One battery, one PCM, and $2,600 later, the car was fixed. But when we got it back, the driver-side rear quarter had a huge dent and deep scratches that were absolutely not there when it was towed in (see pictures).
The car is older and not perfect, but this was fresh damage caused while in their care. I called immediately, frustrated but expecting them to make it right. Instead, I was told to bring it back in, only for their team to dismiss it by pointing to a clause in their paperwork that says they’re not responsible for damages.
So let me be clear: Joyce’s Auto, you’ve lost a loyal customer who has spent thousands with you (check your records under my name) and referred easily tens of thousands more in business over the years. Not anymore. Just because you have a catch-all clause doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take responsibility for damage you caused.
I’ll be turning this over to attorneys to make it right. Unlike your shop, I believe in living by the principle: if you mess up, you make it right. And I have plenty of time to see this through.
Hometown Tire & Auto (Plant City) had my truck for 1 month and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Joyce towed my truck to their shop for free and had me completely fixed and ready to hit the road in 2.5 hours! Excellent job and service!
Worst experience so far! We called through Geico Services and needed the car to be towed. The service in the beginning was helpful thanks to emily however after a couple calls someone else took care of us that was not emily. We where informed that there were only two tow drivers working and neither could help us out and instead we should just wait in the waitlist they had. Not only that but we didn't actually hear from the tow driver until about an hour and a half after the claim was done, and he told us that " I was just told about your incident 15 minutes ago" on the phone. We sat there waiting for more than three hours overall just to get called at the very end by the dispatcher that we had to wait possibly more because another incident closest to the tow driver had to be taken care of. We were supposed to be next on the waitlist to be picked up, not to mention that the distance from the incident to the house was not event 3 miles of a distance. The dispatcher didnt seem to care either and demonstrated terrible service. This place is not worth relying on when a roadside incident occurs to you. We are paying a lot for Geico services just for our time to be wasted like this.
As someone that is very new to Lakeland, I had a very pleasant experience with this establishment. I went in to get a vehicle diagnostic for my 2010 Toyota Camry and within a reasonable amount of time, the technicians were able to accurately establish what was affecting my vehicle and let me know my potential next steps to address it. Not once did I feel like I was being manipulated or sold unnecessary services. 100% would recommend.
First time customer for a minor issue. I listened to how the other customers were being treated and it was the best I've seen. The personnel were very helpful and accommodating, genuinely seemed to have the customer's best interests at heart. I will be a customer for as long as I can drive.(getting older)
One of the best automotive repair teams around. Always very upfront about the items found and what needs to be done and what can wait if your cost sensitive. Work is top notch and usually have quick turnaround times with good availability.
The driver arrived very fast. He was very courteous, respectful, and professional. I needed to be towed to charge my tesla and he allowed me to sit in the truck with him and was down to earth. It was the fastest tow i’ve ever had honestly and I’d choose this company over and over again.
This was the best experience I have had in a long time with an auto shop. As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was received very courteously and promptly. Within minutes, I was informed of the cost of the repairs (which was less than I was quoted at another place) and once I approved, my car was pulled in and getting serviced. This will be my service center moving forward and will whole heartedly recommend them.

The Joyce tow truck driver was great. He assessed the situation which wasn't very good a 600 lb motorcycle with a seized rear wheel and transmission and got my motorcycle loaded correctly and delivered to my house in a short time. AAA however took forever to contract Joyce, gave wrong location for pickup and delivery.
Leo was knowledgeable, and so kind. Joyce's shop was amazing when I called for help and my car was picked up within 30 minutes. The ladies in the office were so nice. Thank you so much. I'm so thrilled with this place my car was picked up and fixed in less than 10 hours. The employees are wonderful. Thank you all so much. I'm quite pleased. I will continue to use Joyce's for all of my future repairs!!!
After waiting over 12 hours on AAA for a towing truck we reached out to Joyce’s this morning for a tow, within five minutes (Thanks to Nicky) they had a tow truck out on their way to get our car and within the hour they had it picked up. Our driver, Dru, was not only incredibly professional he also kept us in the loop on getting our car secured and after it got dropped off at Joyce’s automotive. We are so grateful for their prompt and professional service and would highly recommend them.
I’m glad that I took my car to Joyce. Sally was very nice and helpful. Also Laurie was nice to give me a ride home and came back to pick me up. I’m going to make sure that my family and friends will have your information in case they have car trouble. I highly recommend this place. :)

I consider this company to be the worst I have ever dealt with they scout out people and very unlawful manner. To tow your car in a parking lot that is not properly marked. I am very devastated with the attitude that I received. I was told I was gonna be charged $100 to drop my vehicle then ended up charging me 105 and they were happy to tell me that if they would’ve taken the vehicle that it would’ve costed me $250 to get it back here’s a photograph of the vehicle in the place that it was parked and as you can see, there is no sign that says that I cannot park there. I’m seeking to take them to court.

Once there, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and updated me on the services that are coming due on my car. I had the best feeling picking up my car that my husband now has an appointment for his car this weekend! Had the best experience ever at Joyce Automotive and Towing. Had to get my rear window on my BMW fixed. The quote given was way better than any of the other places around. Customer Service was excellent ...Thank you Tyler. Whilst waiting they had complimentary drinks and snacks. The waiting time was excellent I was in and out of there with my window fixed in no time.
