This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In West Palm Beach, FL, MB Salvage Parts earns 68/100 with sharply mixed sentiment. Several reviewers praise Arnold’s helpful support, exact-fit OEM Mercedes parts, and a large selection, signaling strong inventory variety. Others report rude phone interactions and a mail-order purchase that never arrived, pointing to uneven customer service and trust concerns. Little is said about pricing, yard organization, ease of finding parts, or wait times. Overall, promising for finding the right part, but caution is advised for remote/ship orders. Data sample appears limited.

What clients say about MB Salvage Parts in West Palm Beach (FL)
Fantastic place had a large # of parts I will be back. Thanks Arnold!!!?
A complete scammer. I lost hundreds of pounds to this con artist. Paid for an item and then it never showed up but he strung me along just long enough to get outside of Ebay's complaints window. Never use this fraudulent seller.
One the answer machine sounds off the wall it's not clear is not precise it's not articulate
Two the loser mail that answers the phone has the worst loser attitude imaginable.
Three this man supposedly is a manager
And he's running a shop. What's it called loserville City don't waste your time don't waste your energy don't waste your breath.
He must have a problem with women cuz he definitely don't know how to talk to them
MB Salvage (Arnold) was a hero for me. Someone hit my mothers Mercedes and broke a lamp. Arnold had exactly what I needed from a salvaged C220, and not some cheap knock off part from China. It restored the car perfectly, and I am thrilled. I will always use him as long as I own a Merc!
