This location is amazing , I've had the opportunity to visit all 3 florida locations and can easily say this one is the most customer service oriented, they never fail to make me laugh !! It's like I can have a terrible day and I know that will change as soon as I get there ! Special shout out to Felix , Carlos , ray and Denise ! Great experience always!

Brandon at the west palm beach location at the checkout counter was awesome. Took the time to help explain the VIP program.. Great customer service A+++, get more people like him.

Highly unsatisfied. Was given the run around from several dispatch agents and also their tow company to sell my car. Was given a quote but no other information or call to schedule a pickup for about a week. Got in touch with the tow company and was told they never had a ticket to pick up my car after calling for several days. My issue still has not be resolved. Will never recommend to anyone. Their internal communication sucks.

Went here to get a rim and tire off of a vehicle they had but did not have the tools as we were told they will take the part off for a charge, well that was not true. Luckily a very helpful employee by the name of Carlos offered to help and take the part off for me.

Francis & Carlos, along with the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The yards always in good shape. Nothing but good things to say.

I have attempted to call your facility and it was an absolute atrocity. You are trying to modernize the most archaic business on Earth by making people fumble around with an AI and call center in Bangladesh. It would be easier to cure world hunger than to figure out whether or not you have a part that stands across hundreds of vehicles and years. The only reason you survived is because you're likely one of the only yards left on planet earth.

My first time going to U pull Auto parts greatest experience I’ve ever had and an auto salvage yard so many vehicles to choose from the manager was so tentative. I watched him deal with all the customers that were in there. I’ve been in business for 23 years and great guy to have as a manager, I believe his name was Carlos When I was a young man I used to restore cars. I was from Staten Island in New York dealt with every auto salvage yard in Staten Island. Great place gave it a five star rating the manager I give 10 stars

Hello good evening ! if I could rate it zero stars , that’s exactly what I would rate it . The most saddest part is the customer service was absolutely amazing from the young lady who had helped us she showed us exactly the car we were looking for until we ran into a bigger problem the pictures that are shown are not what the cars look like when you get into the yard , I must say I was very disappointed because the specific part I was looking for appeared to be in the most perfect condition but going out to the yard it was not , now this being my first time ever even in a junkyard and I decide to come here hoping to have a wonderful stress less experience was not that, I go and then ask the man to be refunded the admission or a simple sorry or an explanation as to why was I shown a car that’s in perfect condition but it is not that when you actually see the car , he replies with “it’s a junkyard “ with absolutely no care . I understand it is a junkyard but the fact their is no prior advisory that the cars in the pictures are not what they may seem when you get out their is a total rob , and a very easy fixable problem so customers do not get robbed and waste their time here thinking the part is their . I am highly disappointed for it being my first time here and I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was horrible .

You guys are always my first choice when it comes to buying used parts, BUT... there's one thing i don't like and i think it's an easy fix on your end. It's the fact you only present one picture of the cars you have on the yard. For example, i was looking to buy a set of rims from a car but the picture you have only shows the front of the car. I can't see if the car has rims nor if they're the model I'm looking for.

Very friendly staff and great prices; found a pristine hood pad for my 07 mustang for a whopping 8 dollars (cheapest online was $145 plus $20 shipping). 11/10 highly recommend.

I love to go get my own parts, it's like picking your own veggies at the supermarket, you don't want someone else picking them for you! But, their prices are very high. A lot of parts are cheaper on eBay than here and considering the time you spend taking them off and driving there, you might wanna check online first. Not many newer cars, mainly older junkers and it's ok organized but be prepared to travel a lot so bring your own cart!

Çalled five times, if you're going to have another company handle your phones make sure they have good connections couldn't understand a damn thing. Evidently you're cheaping out on the company that handles your phones.

Looking for parts here was a good experience. The staff were helpful, everything was organized and clean, and there is access to a helpful and informative website that allows me to find the car that I need online instead of spending hours to look for the car I need.

If you want to look for parts for your car, this place is ideal. You have to take your tools and get them out of the cars they have on the lot.

The guy at the front lied to me told me a manual seat would be $35 then I get up there and he says it's $56 because it has an airbag he said nothing about airbags I don't need the airbag anyway then he says he can't call corporate he can't meet me halfway anything and then wanted to start fighting with me. These people have no concept of cuff service or integrity I will never shop there for anything ever again I'd rather pay more anywhere else just out of principal.

Showed up here looking for a couple of bolts for my car side view mirror that I couldn't find to purchase a through the manufacturer. The people that work there were so nice and friendly and helpful. I had gone to another place a couple miles away and had a really bad experience where I couldn't even get into look for my part. Anyway, there's a $3 admission. Everything is neatly organized. You have to bring your tools. You have to really search for your car and no what other cars have similar parts. There were a lot of people there. I recommend you bring a hat and some water and sunscreen and mosquito repellent. They do sell drinks inside. A lot of different variety of cars there. They'll tell you what cars are there but they can't tell you exactly what parts are there. I tell you it's really hard and hot working out there in the sun without shade. However, it seemed like you could get a really good deal if you could find your car and knew exactly what you're looking for. I can't get over how professional the business seemed. I wish I could have found the exact parts that I needed. I did find bolts but they were not exactly the correct length as mine. What I mean is they didn't have my car there and other cars didn't exactly have the same bolt so I was unlucky that day. There are other places that are similar to this nearby and the people that work there were very friendly and suggested I could try those other places. Just a real nice professional group of people there the day that I went. I noticed free wheelbarrows and they also had engine pull chains there.

Great place. Prices are good and vehicles are organized and easily accessible. They have all kinds of makes and models, and they also have a website that shows you what cars they have and how long they've been there. That last part is very handy because sometimes you go to a yard and half the car is gone because its been sitting for a while. At least you know when it got there so you can make a guess as to what's left. Highly recommend this place for good parts on a budget. Bring boots, the yard can get muddy.

The best self-serve junkyard. They sell a bunch used and reconditioned batteries for a great price ! - Vehicle fluids, -to sets of tires / single tires on the outdoor racks for quick grabs!!

I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff always keeps this yard picked up and free of debris. The yard is clean and safe to navigate. Isles and rows are clearly delineated and marked for convenience with finding in stock vehicles. There’s always plenty of friendly staff in the front office to check out and help check inventory, I have never had to wait more than a few seconds. They even sell ice cold refreshments and waters at a reasonable price which is great. I have been to every self-service salvage yard in Florida, and many in other states, and this is among the best run and cleanest yards in the southeast US.
