Today was my first time here. My mechanic sent me here and I was totally lost. Ms Wendy walked me through it and guess what? It was a great scavenger hunt. I will bring my girlfriends next time.
We needed an alternator for our 2004 Nissan Armada. The alternator we found didn't fit but the manager remedied it and went above the call of duty. With her help we located the correct alternator. Her graciousness and stellar customer service helped our find from being in a bind. I highly recommend this place. It highly recommended, from my husband experience as a mechanic, due to organization, honorable policies and the huge selections. It's highly recommended by me as a mother and woman due to the customer service, efficiency, and organized layout.
The best salvage yard in South Florida, period. I live down in Broward County/ Fort Lauderdale and will drive up to this location off of Benoist Farms and Southern Blvd in West Plam Beach at least once every month/ two months. At the U-Pull & Pay they have great prices, better inventory, and most of all the customer service from their people, like Ramses, is what sets them apart from all of the other yards. To me it's worth the trip to not have to deal with the only salvage yard by me which is an LKQ! (Who are always overcrowded, less inventory, a lot more expensive and their employees treat everyone like crap.) Thank you U Pull &Pay for not over charging your customers, having the VIP program, and providing the great customer service everytime. It's the little things that make all of the difference especially right now when it's everyone that is struggling/ going through a hard time due to how crazy everything has become in this inflated, greedy world.
