The most horrible customer service. The most ridiculous policies. They take your picture they take your phone number but when you buy an item, they do not keep records of it. It is unnecessary to take all the information that they do from a customer. If at the end of the day you can’t come and exchange something when you accidentally bought the wrong year and throughout your receipt . They want to act like it’s a Gucci or Prada store that you need a receipt to exchange something when you just bought it and you got the wrong year. To Spanish ladies in the front including the manager, are completely uneducated unethical, they have no idea what customer services is. Ridiculous to say the least.
Great place. Was able to get a set of seats that looks like new (22 years old) for a nice price. If you want to pull the parts and buy them for a fair price, this place is for you. I have been here numerous times. A+
The best self-serve junkyard. They sell a bunch used and reconditioned batteries for a great price ! - Vehicle fluids, -to sets of tires / single tires on the outdoor racks for quick grabs!!
